Marianne Levinsen Landskab<\/strong><\/a> <\/b>has been responsible for the design and detailed planning of the square in front of K.B. Hallen. The original assignment included a masterplan and an overall idea for an existing area between a sports hall and the road Peter Bangsvej in the city of Frederiksberg. For a number of years the plaza had served as a parking area, subdivided by hedge plantings, which offered no or little room for activities. The developer expressed a specific wish for a new open public space that would link the sports hall and the city, as opposed to the existing design solution, where parked cars and existing tree and hedge plantings served as a barrier.<\/p>\n

\u5982\u4eca\uff0cK.B.Hallen\u524d\u5e7f\u573a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5b83\u5728\u4f53\u80b2\u9986\u548c\u5f7c\u5f97\u00b7\u90a6\u65af\u97e6\u4f0a\u516c\u8def\uff08Peter Bangsvej\uff09\u4e4b\u95f4\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u52a8\u6001\u200b\u200b\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u4e00\u79cd\u9080\u8bf7\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u5411\u57ce\u5e02\u201c\u5f00\u653e\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

Today the plaza in front of K.B. Hallen is a public open urban space that establishes a dynamic connection between the sports hall and the road Peter Bangsvej as well as serving as an inviting gesture that \u2018opens up\u2019 to the city.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e7f\u573a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u73a9\u800d\u6216\u9a7b\u7559\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5f00\u5c55\u5927\u578b\u97f3\u4e50\u4f1a\u4e4b\u7c7b\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5e7f\u573a\u53c8\u4f1a\u53d8\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5230\u8fbe\u533a\u548c\u4f11\u606f\u5385\uff0c\u80fd\u5bb9\u7eb3\u5927\u91cf\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n

At a daily basis the square serves as a place to play or reside. At one-off events as for example large concerts, the plaza transforms into an arrival area and a break \/pause room where a great number of people can gather.<\/p>\n

\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u72b6\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u6709\u5173\u4ea4\u901a\u6d41\u7ebf\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5b83\u4e3a\u8fdb\u51fa\u4f53\u80b2\u9986\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b9\u4fbf\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u5730\u9762\u51f8\u51f9\u6709\u81f4\u7684\u692d\u5706\u7ebf\u6761\u4e0e\u4f53\u80b2\u9986\u7684\u62f1\u5f62\u7acb\u9762\u5f62\u6210\u5fae\u5999\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u4e3a\u5e7f\u573a\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u827a\u672f\u5bb6\u7ef4\u57c3\u62c9\u00b7\u79d1\u83b1\u7f57\uff08Vierra Collero\uff09\u7684\u706f\u5149\u96d5\u5851\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u70b9\u775b\u4e00\u7b14\u3002<\/p>\n

The actual geometry of the plaza solves a number of considerations concerning traffic and way finding, such as providing easy and secure access for passage to and from the sports hall, and simultaneously the convex and concave lines add significance to the plaza by creating a subtle dialogue with the sports hall’s large arch shape, enhanced by the light sculpture by the artist Vierra Collero.<\/p>\n

The brick coating is constructed as two precise but staggered elliptical shapes that hold the energy of the urban space and offer room for play, stay or even appearances on the large in situ casted elements. All in all, the new plaza is un-programmed without fixed activities, which encourages spontaneity and improvisation.<\/p>\n
