Medusa Group<\/strong><\/a>: The vision of the project Live in the City – Visionaries Housing Estate refers to the concept of a garden city, primarily in the layout of the necessary services. Kindergarten, school, shops and cafes as well as services located in premises on the ground floor of residential buildings make Osiedle Wizjoner\u00f3w in Krak\u00f3w, Poland is almost self-sufficient. We create a housing estate that guarantees the family \u2013 children and seniors \u2013 access to all basic services: kindergartens pharmacies, medical points, shops, banks, shopping centres.<\/p>\n

\u4e0d\u540c\u9636\u6bb5\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u5f53\u4ee3\u9970\u9762\u90fd\u5404\u6709\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u800c\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u62e5\u6709\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5b8c\u5168\u7531Medusa Group\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u64cd\u5200\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u94a2\u677f\u3001\u5e26\u9694\u70ed\u5c42\u7684\u8584\u5c42\u77f3\u818f\u548c\u4f18\u8d28\u6784\u4ef6\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u4f18\u96c5\u800c\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u98ce\u683c\u54c1\u8d28\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u6bcf\u4e2a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u90fd\u6709\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u573a\u5730\u7684\u793e\u533a\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

The modern finish of the elevation is different for each stage. The estate, however, has its unique character as it was designed entirely by our architects. Steel panels, thin-layer plaster with thermal insulation and high-quality components all guarantee that the buildings will remain elegant and modern. We would like each complex to have a feature of architecture making it distinct, yet allowing the whole estate to find a sense of community.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4e00\u671f\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7279\u70b9\u662f\u7531\u7a7f\u5b54\u91d1\u5c5e\u677f\u5236\u6210\u7684\u9633\u53f0\uff0c\u6bcf50\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\u5c31\u6709\u8d85\u8fc720\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u516c\u5bd3\u7684\u6784\u9020\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u4ece\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u7f29\u5c0f\u5176\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e0d\u65ad\u9002\u5e94\u548c\u8c03\u6574\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c\u5e76\u6fc0\u53d1\u4e86\u6237\u5916\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The feature characteristic to the first stage are balconies made of perforated metal sheet. For every 50 sqm flat there is over 20 sqm terrace! Tectonics of these flats allows us to optically reduce their scale, while at the same time we adapt to the apartments and open the possibility of going outdoors.<\/p>\n

\u4e8c\u671f\u9879\u76ee\u4e0e\u4e00\u671f\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u719f\u6599\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u66f4\u52a0\u7684\u9002\u7528\u3001\u7cbe\u81f4\u4e14\u6301\u4e45\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u8868\u9762\u662f\u77f3\u58a8\u8272\u7684\u9676\u74f7\u7816\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u533a\u522b\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u6750\u6599\u989c\u8272\u7684\u8367\u5149\u7eff\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u9633\u53f0\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u3002\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u8f6c\u5316\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u521b\u610f\u70b9\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u6b64\u4e5f\u6df1\u611f\u6b23\u6170\u3002<\/p>\n

What makes the second stage distinctive is clinker. Practical, noble and lasting. The buildings faced with a graphite-colored ceramic brick have a distinct fluo-green color accent. We are happy when we can find a visual idea that legibly translates into functionality.<\/p>\n
