MSLA<\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>Just steps from bustling Market Street, Waller Park is a six-acre complex located at the former UC Extension site in the heart of San Francisco.The site plan stitches together an ambitious program of 330 market rate units, 110 LGBT-friendly senior units, restoration of the historic Woods Hall Annex as a community arts space, and a new public park and community gardens through the Waller Street easement.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f00\u53d1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cMSLA\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u56e2\u4f53\u548c\u89c4\u5212\u90e8\u8fdb\u884c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e24\u5bb6\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u548c\u56db\u5bb6\u5efa\u7b51\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5171\u540c\u7ebd\u5e26\u53c2\u4e0e\u56e2\u961f\u534f\u4f5c\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u900f\u6c34\u94fa\u88c5\u3001\u751f\u7269\u6e7f\u5730\u79cd\u690d\u3001\u8010\u65f1\u79cd\u690d\u7b49\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u704c\u6e89\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u90fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u65e7\u91d1\u5c71\u5e02\u7684\u8282\u6c34\u704c\u6e89\u6761\u4f8b\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

MSLA worked extensively with neighborhood groups and the Planning Department in the development of the design and was the common link on the design team which included two developers and four architecture firms.The project uses permeable paving, bioswale planters, drought tolerant planting, and all irrigation systems were designed to comply with San Francisco\u2019s Water Efficient Irrigation Ordinance.<\/p>\n
