01\u4ece\u5e9f\u589f\u5230\u57ce\u5e02\u96e8\u6797 From the ruins to the city rainforest<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u521d\u89c1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u5370\u8c61\u662f\u8427\u6761\u4e0e\u8352\u5e9f\uff0c\u7f3a\u5c11\u90fd\u5e02\u5e94\u6709\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u91d1\u534e\u5a7a\u57ce\u65b0\u533a\uff0c\u897f\u5165\u53e3\u4e0e\u6d59\u4e2d\u4e50\u56ed\u76f8\u63a5\uff0c\u4e1c\u90e8\u4e0e\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u76f8\u90bb\uff0c\u672c\u5e94\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u70ed\u95f9\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5267\u573a\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u7531\u4e8e\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u786c\u8d28\u94fa\u88c5\uff0c\u5355\u4e00\u6c89\u95f7\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5546\u4e1a\u8427\u7d22\uff0c\u4eba\u70df\u7a00\u5c11\uff0c\u6e10\u6210\u4e00\u5757\u8352\u5e9f\u4e4b\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The first impression to the project was depression and desolation, lacking the vitality of a city.
\nThe project is located in Wucheng New District, Jinhua, with the west entrance connected to Zhezhong Amusement Park and the residential area in the east. It was supposed to be a lively community. However, due to the large area of hard paving and single boring public space, it has become bleak in commerce and sparse in population and gradually been abandoned .<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u4e3a\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u65f6\u5c1a\u3001\u9c9c\u6d3b\u3001\u6709\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u6709\u57ce\u5e02\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u5b83\u6210\u4e3a\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u9f84\u878d\u5408\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5267\u573a\uff0c\u4e00\u7247\u751f\u673a\u84ec\u52c3\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ee1\u8f7d\u6b22\u4e50\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u4e50\u56ed\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u827a\u672f\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u591a\u7ef4\u4f53\u9a8c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

We want to bring the city natural vitality. Renovating the site by integrating the architecture and landscape design, and bring the fantasy journey of the city square into people’s daily life with the design strategy of “canyon & rain forest ” .<\/p>\n

We want to provide a fashionable, lively, warm, and nostalgic living experience for the people living in the city. We want it to be—A life theater for all ages, a vibrant commercial center,a children’s paradise full of joy and an artistic and natural multidimensional experience space.<\/p>\n

\u7ea2\u8272\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u6620\u5c04\u7740\u6dd9\u6dd9\u6d41\u6c34\u548c\u7eff\u8272\u690d\u88ab\uff0c\u72b9\u5982\u5ce1\u8c37\u96e8\u6797\u4ea4\u76f8\u8f89\u6620\u3002<\/p>\n

We use the way of transformation to improve the overall image, refresh the dull and shabby building facade with bright and contrasting colors, and optimize the traffic streamline with corridors to increase the connection between buildings, as well as increase natural lighting to create the rhythm of light and shadow.<\/p>\n

The red facade of the building reflects flowing water and green vegetation, like a canyon rainforest.<\/p>\n

Nebula Square, near the fantasy rainforest can be used as a different activity space, which can bring new emotional experiences whether it is commercial releases, festival celebrations, art exhibitions or rest and entertainment.<\/p>\n

Jurassic Paradise and Fantastic Animal Street attract children to visit, and create an interactive public space for all ages, bringing joy and multiple experiences to all.<\/p>\n

The detailed design of the whole project is coordinated with the facade style and color collocation. From outside to inside, the transformation from the urban interface scale to the near-human perspective scale was completed, and this subtle connection and transition through the change of design palette and material size was realized.<\/p>\n

02\u4ece\u5546\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u5230\u57ce\u5e02\u5ba2\u5385 From the commercial complex to the urban living rooms<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e00\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u62e5\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u4f53\u9a8c\u3001\u719f\u6089\u7684\u4eba\u9645\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u65f6\u5c1a\u3001\u9c9c\u6d3b\u3001\u5b9c\u4eba\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u66f4\u80fd\u8ba9\u4eba\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u8ddf\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u4eb2\u5bc6\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7528\u4e00\u6761\u50cf\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u56ed\u4e00\u6837\u7684\u4e3b\u8d2d\u7269\u8857\u6765\u6253\u5f00\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u6e90\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u8d2d\u7269\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u53d1\u73b0\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n

Except for nice living experience and familiar interpersonal relationship, a fashionable, lively and pleasant shopping environment can make people form a closer relationship with the city.<\/p>\n

We build a main shopping street like a city park to activate the city, allowing people to experience and discover more interesting things in the process of shopping.<\/p>\n

From Tmall Store to FreshHema, from unmanned supermarket to e-commerce live broadcast, it seems that everyone is looking for, exploring, and adapting to the new business environment. In fact, the real meaning of “New Retail” is to close the distance between users and products.<\/p>\n

If there is a “place” can constantly connect and interact with users and scenes, it may be the best way to survive in the Internet era.<\/p>\n

In Wantai Park Avenue, these suitable activity space, interactive installations, leisure platforms, retail stores, commercial activities are closely woven in a vivid and interesting three-dimensional space, and condensed into a large-scale urban public space with sufficient natural light and green element. It became a new destination of the city, a place where they can relax, shop, and socialize.<\/p>\n

The updated Wantai Park Avenue interpreting a futuristic architecture that coexist with the environment and also a sample of urban regeneration.<\/p>\n
