Malinowski Design Urban & Landscape<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u201c\u81ea\u7136\u8fde\u63a5\u201d\u662f Malinowski Design \u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u539f\u521b\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5b83\u8fdc\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u4ee5\u5f80\u89c1\u5230\u8fc7\u7684\u201c\u81ea\u7136\u6816\u5c45\u201d\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u8be5\u5965\u5229\u7ef4\u4e9a\u82b1\u56ed\u5c31\u662f\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u521b\u6027\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5b83\u62e5\u6709\u6765\u81ea\u56db\u5927\u6d32\u7684\u6570\u5343\u79cd\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u5c06\u91ce\u751f\u81ea\u7136\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u80fd\u6e90\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\u3002\u65e5\u5e38\u8fd0\u4f5c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u65e5\u7167\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\uff0c\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u63a7\u5236\u6280\u672f\u4e5f\u80fd\u7ef4\u6301\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5145\u6ee1\u5f02\u56fd\u60c5\u8c03\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u82b1\u56ed\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8fd0\u8f6c\u3002\u5965\u5229\u7ef4\u4e9a\u5546\u52a1\u529e\u516c\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e09\u57ce\uff08\u4e00\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u4e09\u4e2a\u90bb\u8fd1\u4e14\u5173\u7cfb\u5bc6\u5207\u7684\u5e02\u9547\uff09\u5546\u4e1a\u533a\uff0c\u662f\u6ce2\u5170\u6ce2\u7f8e\u62c9\u5c3c\u4e9a\u6700\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5176\u9762\u79ef\u8d85\u8fc720\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u53ef\u5bb9\u7eb3\u8fd112000\u540d\u5458\u5de5\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u662f\u8be5\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Malinowski Design Urban & Landscape<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aNature Connect is an original concept of Malinowski Design urban & landscape studio, which goes far beyond the previously encountered forms of interior design using living nature. Olivia Garden is a revolutionary project that \u00a0combines wild nature with urban energy. During its implementation, innovative technology for controlling the \u00a0climate, which allows maintaining a natural, exotic garden ecosystem, even in conditions without access to daylight. At Olivia Garden, we have thousands of plants from four continents. The garden is the heart of the Olivia Business Center office complex, with an area of over 200,000 sq meters and \u00a0employing nearly 12,000 people. The building is located in the business district of the Tri-City and is one of the \u00a0most modern facilities in Pomerania Of Poland.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u5b83\u4ee5\u575a\u5b9a\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5145\u6ee1\u5f02\u56fd\u60c5\u8c03\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u82b1\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u81ea\u7136\u8fde\u63a5\uff08\u4eba-\u81ea\u7136-\u6280\u672f-\u5efa\u7b51\uff09\u7684\u878d\u5408\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ef\u4f11\u95f2\u7684\u5168\u5e74\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e00\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u5168\u6b27\u6d32\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u63a7\u5236\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u5b83\u62e5\u6709\u201c\u6c14\u5019\u8c03\u8282\u201d\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5916\u90e8\u6c14\u5019\u6761\u4ef6\u5982\u4f55\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u63a7\u5236\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u6e7f\u5ea6\u3001\u5149\u7167\u548c\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d41\u901a\u6765\u4fdd\u8bc1\u690d\u7269\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u8212\u9002\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u8ba9\u4eba\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u5f02\u56fd\u98ce\u60c5\u5374\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6709\u70ed\u5e26\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4e0d\u9002\u611f\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n

What distinguishes this project from others is an uncompromising approach to create the right atmosphere for\u00a0people in the space of a natural exotic garden. The result was a hybrid of Nature Connect (human-nature-technology-building), a space for work and relaxation with a year-round garden. To achieve this, we have developed a climate control technology that is innovative on a European scale. Such an equivalent of \u201cautomatic \u00a0weather\u201d, thanks to which we can control the temperature, humidity, sunlight, and air exchange regardless of \u00a0changing external climatic conditions, ensure the well-being of plants and the comfort of garden users. It is the \u00a0only place where a person can feel like an exotic landscape and in addition, do not feel the discomfort that often accompanies being in the tropics.<\/p>\n

\u5965\u5229\u7ef4\u4e9a\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u81ea\u7136\u8fde\u63a5\u201d\u6982\u5ff5\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u5047\u8bbe\uff0c\u5373\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u80fd\u591f\u5145\u5206\u53cd\u6620\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u5bf9\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u4ea7\u751f\u79ef\u6781\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8be5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8003\u8651\u5230\u4e86\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u566a\u97f3\u6c34\u5e73\u3001\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u5149\u7ebf\u7c7b\u578b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5145\u6ee1\u81ea\u7136\u6c14\u606f\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u7cbe\u5fc3\u91cd\u73b0\u4e86\u5145\u6ee1\u751f\u673a\u800c\u4e30\u5bcc\u591a\u5f69\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u96e8\u6797\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u70b9\u7f00\u7740\u6765\u81ea\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u51e0\u5185\u4e9a\u3001\u9a6c\u8fbe\u52a0\u65af\u52a0\u3001\u59d4\u5185\u745e\u62c9\u53ca\u70ed\u5e26\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u68ee\u6797\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u690d\u7269\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u88ab\u5212\u5206\u6210\u4e86\u56db\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1a\u804a\u5929\u533a\u3001\u653e\u677e\u533a\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u533a\u3001\u9910\u996e\u533a\uff0c\u4e14\u5404\u5206\u533a\u4e4b\u95f4\u5efa\u6709\u5939\u5c42\u3001\u9732\u53f0\u3001\u5c0f\u5f84\u548c\u5761\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

The Nature Connect concept used in Olivia Garden is based on the assumption that the arrangement of the entire \u00a0space is built in such a way as to fully reflect the mood of the natural ecosystem, positively influencing the well- being of people. The design takes care of the most important details, such as noise level, air quality, type of light, and an environment filled with nature. The lively, rich ecosystem of the rainforest has been recreated with great \u00a0care. The garden is decorated with plants from Indonesia, Australia, New Guinea, Madagascar, Venezuela, or tropical Amazon forests. They create four zones for garden users: dialogue, relaxation, coworking, food & drink. A mezzanine, terraces, paths, and ramps were built between them.<\/p>\n
