Wowhaus<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5c06\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u533a\u6539\u9020\u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u79ef\u6781\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u65e2\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u4e3a\u516c\u6c11\u521b\u9020\u8212\u9002\u73af\u5883\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u7ba1\u7406\u57ce\u5e02\u53ca\u5176\u957f\u671f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u6218\u7565\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u56fe\u62c9\u5386\u53f2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u9010\u6b65\u8f6c\u578b\u5c31\u662f\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b9e\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n

Wowhaus<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe adaptation of large urban areas to public spaces that are actively used by residents is not only political actions to create a comfortable environment for citizens, but also a way to strategically manage the city and its long-term development. Here\u2019s the case of the gradual transformation of the historical center of the city of Tula.<\/p>\n

\u56fe\u62c9\u5386\u53f2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u590d\u5174\u2014\u2014\u57ce\u5e02\u590d\u6108\u5b9e\u8df5 <\/strong>Revitalization of the historical center of Tula \u2013 Urban Therapy practice. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Wowhaus\u4e8e2018\u5e74\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6539\u9020\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u4f7f\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bab\u56f4\u5899\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u676114\u516c\u9877\u7684\u5824\u5cb8\u7a7a\u95f4\u56de\u5f52\u5230\u5927\u4f17\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u8fd9\u6761\u5824\u5cb8\u51e0\u4e2a\u4e16\u7eaa\u4ee5\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u5904\u4e8e\u5de5\u5382\u5c01\u95ed\u533a\u3002\u800c\u4e0e\u4e4b\u6bd7\u90bb\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u8857\u533aMetallistov Street\uff0c\u66fe\u4e00\u5ea6\u6ca6\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u5730\u5e26\uff0c\u73b0\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u65c5\u6e38\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5b8c\u5907\u7684\u535a\u7269\u9986\u533a\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u73b0\u4ee3\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u6cd5\u6316\u6398\u8fd9\u7247\u95f2\u7f6e\u5386\u53f2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u5b9e\u884c\u7247\u533a\u632f\u5174\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5176\u8d4b\u4e88\u793e\u4f1a\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u63a8\u884c\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u57ce\u533a\u5185\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n

The project was implemented by Wowhaus in 2018. As a result of the transformations in the city, a new embankment appeared near the Kremlin walls (14 hectares), which was located in the closed territory of the factory for several centuries. The adjacent historic Metallistov Street, which existed on the periphery of city life, has turned into the Museum Quarter with all the necessary tourist infrastructure. We managed to reveal the huge potential of the historical center, which was previously in a functional vacuum; revive the territory, densely saturate it with social functions, without which the center of a modern city is inconceivable. The transformation of the historic center immediately launched large-scale changes in the entire city and region.<\/p>\n

\u5824\u5cb8\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u548c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4ef7\u683c\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u535a\u7269\u9986\u533a\u5f00\u8bbe\u4e86\u56db\u4e2a\u8054\u90a6\u535a\u7269\u9986\u7684\u5206\u652f\u673a\u6784\uff1a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5386\u53f2\u535a\u7269\u9986\u3001\u6ce2\u5217\u8bfa\u6c83\u535a\u7269\u9986\u4fdd\u62a4\u533a\u3001\u4e9a\u65af\u7eb3\u4e9a\u00b7\u6ce2\u5229\u4e9a\u7eb3\u535a\u7269\u9986\u548c\u5e93\u5229\u79d1\u6c83\u6781\u5730\u535a\u7269\u9986\u3002\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u9f99\u5934\u4f01\u4e1a\u5f00\u59cb\u4fee\u590d\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u5386\u53f2\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u4ed6\u4eec\u6539\u9020\u4e3a\u753b\u5eca\u3001\u9152\u5e97\u3001\u5496\u5561\u9986\u3001\u9910\u5385\u3001\u5496\u5561\u5e97\u3001\u7eaa\u5ff5\u54c1\u5546\u5e97\u4ee5\u53ca\u6e38\u5ba2\u548c\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002Metallistov\u8857\u4e0a\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u6062\u590d\u4e86\u751f\u673a\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u5ba4\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u3001\u5496\u5561\u9986\u548c\u9910\u9986\u3002U\u578b\u6cb3\u5e8a\u88ab\u6e05\u7406\u5e72\u51c0\u5e76\u6ce8\u6ee1\u4e86\u6c34\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u7f51\u7edc\u90fd\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

The investment attractiveness and the price of real estate around the Embankment have grown significantly. Branches of four federal museums have opened in the Museum Quarter: the State Historical Museum, the Polenovo Museum-Reserve, Yasnaya Polyana Museum\u00a0 and Kulikovo Pole Museum. Local business representatives began to reconstruct other historical buildings located here and adapt them for galleries, hotels, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and other infrastructure necessary for tourists and local residents. Courtyards on Metallistov Street revived: chamber studios, cafes, restaurants appeared there. The oxbow of the river was cleaned and filled with water, all engineering networks were brought up, which created comfortable conditions for business.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u6b64\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u90e8\u5206\u4ece\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u4e30\u5bcc\u4e14\u6df1\u53d7\u5e02\u6c11\u548c\u6e38\u5ba2\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u666f\u70b9\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c3\u5e74\u6765\u4ece\u672a\u6210\u4e3a\u65c5\u6e38\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u56fe\u62c9\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u5730\u533a\u6700\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u5468\u672b\u65c5\u884c\u5730\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u53ca\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u8054\u90a6\u6240\u6709\u4e3b\u6d41\u5a92\u4f53\u51fa\u7248\u4e8610\u591a\u4efd\u56fe\u62c9\u65c5\u6e38\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u8bf4\u660e\u8be5\u76db\u51b5\u3002\u5168\u5e02\u6e38\u5ba2\u603b\u6d41\u5165\u91cf\u4ece2018\u5e74\uff08\u5373\u5580\u5c71\u5824\u5cb8\u5f00\u653e\u4e4b\u5e74\uff09\u768482.8\u4e07\u4eba\u589e\u52a0\u5230\u4e862019\u5e74\u7684100\u4e07\u4eba\uff0c\u52302020\u5e74\uff08\u5373\u75ab\u60c5\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u4e4b\u5e74\uff09\uff0c\u6e38\u5ba2\u91cf\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86113.5\u4e07\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n

Thus, from a deserted space, the central part of the city has turned into a function-rich and popular point of attraction for citizens and tourists. Moreover, Tula, which has never been a tourist city before, for 3 years has become one of the most popular weekend trips for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region (more than 10 travel guides to Tula have been published from all leading mass media in Moscow and the Russian Federation). The total tourist inflow in the city increased from 828 thousand people (2018, the year the Kazanskaya embankment was opened) to 1 million people (2019), and in 2020, the year of the pandemic, the figure increased to 1 135 000 people.<\/p>\n

\u4e0a\u8ff0\u53d8\u5316\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u56fe\u62c9\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u6218\u7565\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u66f4\u5b8f\u89c2\u5730\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u7ecf\u5386\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u4e00\u5ea7\u5c0f\u57ce\u548c\u5176\u6240\u5904\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u9996\u5e9c\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e00\u5ea7\u5c0f\u57ce\u5177\u6709\u7834\u574f\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u6765\uff0c\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u8fd9\u79cd\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u8f6c\u53d8\uff0c\u56fe\u62c9\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u6446\u8131\u4e0e\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5728\u4eba\u529b\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8f6c\u800c\u8fdb\u5165\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u4ee5\u7ef4\u6301\u8d44\u6e90\u7f6e\u6362\u3001\u65c5\u6e38\u3001\u4eba\u9645\u4ea4\u5f80\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u66f4\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u94c1\u8def\u4ea4\u901a\uff0cSapsan\u9ad8\u94c1\u7684\u5f00\u901a\u5c06\u4f7f\u8f66\u7a0b\u4ece3\u5c0f\u65f6\u7f29\u77ed\u81f31.5\u5c0f\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5e73\u8861\u5173\u7cfb\u5c06\u4f1a\u4fc3\u8fdb\u56fe\u62c9\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n

It is quite possible that thanks to this effect, the development strategy of Tula in relation to Moscow will be able to change. And even – let’s take it more broadly – this experience will affect the relationship between a small city and the largest metropolitan area in the zone of influence of which it is located (most often they became destructive for a small city). Thanks to such consistent transformations, it seems to us that Tula has a chance out of unequal relations (Moscow pulling people and other resources) into partnerships (exchange of resources, tourism, balance between people who come and go). Given the convenient rail accessibility (3 hours, and soon it will be 1.5 hours by Sapsan high-speed train), such a balanced relationship could lead to economic growth in Tula.<\/p>\n

The Kazan embankment by the Tula Kremlin was a closed industrial zone for several centuries which has practically turned into an abandoned territory, a black hole in the very heart of the city. In 2018, as a result of renovation, the historical part of Tula is set to turn into a cultural centre interesting for residents and tourists.<\/p>\n
