The key words given by the luxury house: quality, grandeur, service …… ONE CENTER was raised 5 meters from the original base, with a height difference with the park, A barrier of banyan trees naturally separates the project from the city’s central axis and welcomes you to the Secret Hotel. The super large scale entrance space with high end materials and high quality service will make people’s bodies and mind happy and full of expectation for everything.<\/p>\n

\u8981\u914d\u5408\u5927\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u573a\u5730\u539f\u6709\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5bf9\u666f\u5728\u516c\u56ed\u4e0e\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8854\u63a5\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5e73\u8861\u90fd\u662f\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8fd9\u8ba9\u690d\u7269\u9020\u666f\u7684\u96be\u5ea6\u6781\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n

\u690d\u7269\u56e2\u961f\u51b3\u5b9a\u4ece\u7acb\u9762\u4e0a\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u6797\u4e0b\u79cd\u690d\u7403\u7c7b\u4e0e\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\u7ec4\u6210\u6ce2\u6d6a\u9020\u578b\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u5927\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u95e8\u5934\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u4eba\u5de5\u4fee\u526a\u7684\u628a\u63a7\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fde\u7ef5\u7684\u66f2\u7ebf\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u7cbe\u81f4\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002\u96be\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u9700\u8981\u51c6\u786e\u63a7\u5236\u7ebf\u6761\u7684\u6d41\u7545\u548c\u9ad8\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u624d\u80fd\u51f8\u663e\u704c\u6728\u4e0e\u704c\u6728\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4ea4\u9519\u611f\uff0c\u73b0\u573a\u9700\u8981\u4e25\u683c\u63a7\u5236\u4fee\u526a\uff0c\u8ba1\u7b97\u704c\u6728\u91cf\u624d\u80fd\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n

To match the large scale entrance space with the original height difference of the site ,because of this amount of scenery in the park and the entrance space of the articulation part, how to balance are problems which make the planting landscape extremely difficult.<\/p>\n

The design team decided to plant balls and tropical plants to form a wave-shaped background to connect the large-scale entrance space, and through the control of manual pruning, to create a delicate feeling with continuous curves. The difficulty lies in the need to accurately control the smoothness and height of the lines so as to highlight the sense of interlacing between shrubs and bushes, and the site requires strict control of pruning and calculation of shrub volume to complete.<\/p>\n

\u8354\u57ce\u8fd14000\u5e74\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u5316\u80cc\u666f\u8d4b\u4e88\u9879\u76ee\u6c89\u7a33\u3001\u96cd\u5bb9\u7684\u6c14\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u7ed9\u4e88\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u300e\u4e2d\u6d77\u00b7\u8354\u5e9c\u300f\u5c31\u4ece\u516c\u56ed\u4e2d\u201c\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u957f\u201d\uff0c\u624e\u6839\u4e8e\u8fc7\u53bb\uff0c\u7e41\u76db\u81f3\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5ead\u9662\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5168\u90e8\u67b6\u7a7a\u5c42\u4f1a\u6240\u7684\u5171\u4eab\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u4ee5\u6241\u5e73\u5316\u7684\u6784\u6210\u65b9\u5f0f\u5448\u73b0\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5728\u54ea\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u89c2\u8d4f\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u7b26\u5408\u5f53\u4e0b\u6c1b\u56f4\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u4e0e\u4e00\u5207\u201c\u6995\u00b7\u548c\u201d\uff08\u878d\u5408\uff09\u4e00\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

The city’s historical and cultural background of nearly 4,000 years gives the project a calm and graceful demeanor, a trait given to us by the city, and ONE CENTER “grows naturally” from the park.<\/p>\n

The courtyard, as a shared landscape for all the overhead clubhouses, is presented in a flat composition that fits the current ambience regardless of the space in which it is viewed.<\/p>\n

The city’s climate combined with the project’s height difference allowed the designers to be creative in a small space, and we wanted to make the rooftop garden a multifunctional three-dimensional landscape space that caters to different age groups.<\/p>\n

We hope to bring a hotel-style resort feeling. Because of the complex elevation of the clubhouse, the functional space of the roof garden will be arranged according to the actual conditions to balance the height difference, thus bringing a richer and more interesting gardening experience.<\/p>\n

The first is the passage space combined by canopy, model house, scenic wall and fence, which is more depressing in feeling. To weaken the unfavorable factors of the site, the end view chooses a water feature wall with a sense of lines, and turns the space into a secret adventure with the matching of plants.<\/p>\n

The overall landscape space is comfortable, but due to the complex height difference of the building roof and the use of hardscape walls, the plants are neatly trimmed and then planted in blocks. Through the high-quality selection of materials and plant matching, the roof garden is naturally exquisite and full of power.<\/p>\n

It is because of the height difference that the multi-purpose pool can be embedded in the roof garden, which is the best viewing platform overlooking the park view. The garden space goes up one level to the veranda leading to the infinity pool. The space is filled with vertical lines of the view wall, which unifies with the design language of the entire space and continues to extend and amplify the feeling of space.<\/p>\n

The design of the pool is also arranged in a staggered manner, dividing different functional spaces. In order to ensure the permeability of the sight, the main pool is connected with a 10-meter transparent acrylic wall without stitching, penetrating the entire pool space.<\/p>\n
