\u91cc\u8868\u90fd\u4f1a<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5fe7\u601d\u5728\u6211\u7684\u5fc3\u4e2d\u6c89\u5bc2\u5e73\u9759\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u66ae\u8272\u964d\u4e34\u5728\u5bc2\u9759\u7684\u5c71\u6797\u4e2d\u3002\u2014\u2014\u300a\u98de\u9e1f\u96c6\u300b\u6cf0\u6208\u5c14<\/p>\n

Longfor \u2022 Blue Engine is located in Fufengqiao of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, the \u201cGolden Horn\u201d in Southwest Beijing, with two six-storey buildings respectively standing in the south and the north. Based on functions, services and humanity, Unlimited Metropolis Design successfully renovated the park with low cost by preserving trees, pruning shrubs and adding some art decorations. We also broke the limitation of the traffic space and integrated roads into the green land. And the terrain was reshaped to encourage interaction, allowing people to enjoy beautiful views during work and get close to nature during breaks. In this way we have created a multi-dimensional garden-style environment for people working here.<\/p>\n

\u5411\u65f6\u95f4\u81f4\u656c HEITAGE TALES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4f18\u5316\u6574\u5408\u65e7\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4e0d\u5408\u65f6\u5b9c\uff0c\u6dfb\u52a0\u5f53\u4ee3\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u589e\u5f3a\u6539\u5584\u539f\u6709\u677f\u5757\u7684\u529e\u516c\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5de7\u5999\u5229\u7528\u539f\u5740\u62c6\u9664\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u7b56\u7565\u4e0b\u7684\u5546\u529e\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u5c06\u73b0\u72b6\u4f18\u52bf\u6761\u4ef6\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u589e\u503c\u6ea2\u4ef7\u3002<\/p>\n

The badly-organized old spaces are well integrated andcomplemented by some modern functions, which effectively improves the originalworking environment. Meanwhile, materials removed from old buildings areproperly reused to save cost and add extra value to the landscape.<\/p>\n

The inner-ring landscape axis leads people into the park and the green space under trees is well organized for rest and relaxation. In addition, outdoor meeting areas are created at the entrance between buildings.<\/p>\n
