\u542f\u4ed3\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u4e0d\u662f\u5355\u7eaf\u7269\u7406\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u62c6\u5efa\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c06\u7a7a\u95f4\u6539\u9020\u4e0e\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5347\u7ea7\u3001\u4f20\u627f\u4e0e\u521b\u65b0\u7cc5\u6742\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5e78\u798f\u611f\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u8fd8\u6e17\u900f\u7740\u4e00\u5c42\u5bf9\u571f\u5730\u7684\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ece\u201d\u57ce\u5e02\u589e\u957f\u201c\u5230\u201d\u57ce\u5e02\u6210\u957f\u201c\u7684\u8de8\u8d8a\u5f0f\u8f6c\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n

QICANG DESIGN<\/strong><\/a>: The urban renewal is not simply a demolition and construction of physical space, but a combination of spatial transformation with industrial upgrading, inheritance and innovation. Moreover, it contains the respect for the land so as to realize the great-leap-forward development of urban growth from quantity to quality.<\/p>\n

Lang Guan Lane has a very high reputation in old local people. The name was derived from two honest and upright officers who cared about their people in history. According to \u201cYin Annals\u201d written in the period of Republic of China, the old name of Lang Guan Lane was Lang Guan Di. Therefore, Lang Guan Lane was also called Lang Guan Di.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u90ce\u5b98\u5df7\u5185\uff0c\u66fe\u662f\u4e0a\u4e16\u7eaa\u56db\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\u8bbe\u7acb\u7684\u540e\u52e4\u90e8\uff0c\u5728\u540e\u52e4\u90e8\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\u4e0d\u754f\u8270\u96be\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u6591\u9a6c\u724c\u773c\u836f\u6c34\u5382\u30021958\u5e74\uff0c\u5b81\u6ce2\u5f00\u59cb\u6d8c\u73b0\u4e00\u5927\u6279\u7eba\u7ec7\u5de5\u5382\uff0c\u540e\u52e4\u90e8\u4e5f\u5728\u6b64\u65f6\u6447\u8eab\u53d8\u6210\u5236\u7ebf\u793e\u3002\u76f4\u52301994\u5e74\uff0c\u6c38\u4e30\u5e03\u5382\u521b\u5efa\u201c\u535a\u6d0b\u201d\u54c1\u724c\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5e74\uff0c\u534e\u4e30\u8272\u7ec7\u5382\u3001\u4e2d\u4e30\u5e03\u5382\u3001\u534e\u4e30\u5e03\u5382\u7b49\u5171\u540c\u5e76\u5165\u535a\u6d0b\u96c6\u56e2\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u534e\u4e30\u8272\u7ec7\u5382\u7684\u571f\u5730\u5f52\u4e8e\u535a\u6d0b\u65d7\u4e0b\uff0c\u5382\u5185\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u8f6c\u79fb\u5230\u535a\u6d0b\u8f66\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

The project, which used to be a logistics department set up in the 1940s, is just located in the Lang Guan Lane. People of the department overcame a lot of difficulties and founded a factory of Zebra eye drops. In the year of 1958, there emerged a large number of textile mills in Ningbo and the logistics department turned into a thread making factory at the moment. Until the year of 1944, the brand of Beyond was created by Yongfeng fabric factory. The following year, factories like Huafeng yarning factory, Zhongfeng fabric factory, Huafeng fabric factory were merged into Beyond Group. The land of Huafeng yarning factory was owned by Beyond Group and the workers of the factory were also transferred to Beyond workshops for production.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u4ea7\u4e1a\u66f4\u8fed\u548c\u8f6c\u79fb\uff0c\u8be5\u5382\u533a\u5df2\u505c\u8fd0\u95f2\u7f6e\u591a\u5e74\u3002\u4e3a\u4f7f\u8fd9\u5757\u6c89\u7761\u7684\u571f\u5730\u518d\u5ea6\u8f6c\u578b\u5347\u7ea7\uff0c\u8ba9\u5931\u8272\u7684\u65e7\u5382\u623f\u91cd\u7115\u751f\u673a\uff0c\u542f\u4ed3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53d7\u535a\u6d0b\u96c6\u56e2\u9080\u8bf7\u4e3a\u8be5\u7269\u4e1a\u7684\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u6539\u9020\u4e3b\u6301\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7acb\u8db3\u4e8e\u521b\u610f\u56ed\u533a\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u5171\u5efa\uff0c\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\u5171\u751f\u3001\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u521b\u610f\u56ed\u878d\u5165\u793e\u533a\u3001\u5c06\u793e\u533a\u66f4\u65b0\u878d\u5408\u521b\u610f\u56ed\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5b81\u6ce2\u8001\u57ce\u533a\u5382\u623f\u6539\u9020\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n

Because of industrial transfer, the factory has been unused for many years. Qicang Design was invited to take over the work for revitalizing the old buildings of the factory, and then integrating the whole project into urban renewal.<\/p>\n

The design stands on the co-building of the creative park and the community, sharing with the surrounding residents. That means integrating a creative park into the community updating program, which has directed a new way of factory renovation in the old town of Ningbo.<\/p>\n

01 \u5b9a\u4e49\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\uff5cTo define architectural renewal<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u535a\u6d0b\u96c6\u56e2\u6240\u6301\u65e7\u5382\u533a\u7269\u4e1a\uff0c\u5728\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u53d8\u8fc1\u4e2d\u7559\u5b58\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6846\u67b6\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6539\u9020\u65b9\u6848\u8bbe\u8ba1\u662f\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u9020\u4ef7\u4e0b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5382\u623f\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\u518d\u5229\u7528\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u63a2\u7d22\uff0c\u9700\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u5404\u5efa\u7b51\u95f4\u65b0\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

The property of the old factory owned by Beyond Group has survived the historical changes and becomes the framework of the project. The design of the renovation project is an exploration of the reuse of urban factory architecture at low cost, which requires a new definition of functional relationship between buildings.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u65e7\u5382\u533a\u7f6e\u8eab\u4e8e\u4e00\u7247\u8001\u65e7\u5c0f\u533a\u6700\u91cc\u9762 \uff0c\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u7e41\u534e\u51e0\u4e4e\u9694\u7edd\u3002 \u539f\u5148\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e2a\u6b7b\u89d2\u533a\u57df\uff0c \u95e8\u65c1\u8fb9\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u624e\u773c\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5395\u6240\uff0c \u53e6\u4e09\u9762\u5206\u522b\u88ab\u4e24\u4e2a\u5c0f\u533a\u7684\u56f4\u5899\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8857\u9053\u793e\u533a\u4fbf\u6c11\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8d34\u5408\u5305\u56f4\u3002 \u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5927\u80c6\u63d0\u51fa\u548c\u793e\u533a\u5171\u5efa\u6253\u9020\u521b\u610f\u793e\u533a\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c \u5229\u7528\u793e\u533a\u76f8\u5bf9\u5177\u6709\u5f62\u5f0f\u611f\u7684\u95e8\u9762\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u95e8\u9762\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\u6700\u7ec8\u7528\u65b9\u6848\u8d62\u5f97\u4e86\u793e\u533a\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n

The old factory is located at the very bottom of an old housing estate, almost isolated from the busy downtown. The only entrance was in a blind corner, next to an eye-catching public toilet. The other three sides were surrounded by the walls of two housing estates and a service center of the street service center. By using the facade of the community as the front door of the project, the architect boldly proposed the concept of building a new creative community together with the project , which finally won the support of the community.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u539f\u6709\u7a7a\u95f4\u8109\u7edc\u3001\u751f\u6001\u57fa\u5e95\u7684\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u91cd\u6574\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u539f\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u8857\u9053\u548c\u793e\u533a\uff0c\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u88ab\u9057\u5fd8\u7684\u7cbe\u9ad3\u91cd\u65b0\u5c55\u73b0\u5728\u4eba\u4eec\u9762\u524d\uff0c\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u6025\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7559\u4e0b\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u8ba9\u5f53\u4ee3\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u7b51\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u6709\u539a\u5ea6\u53ca\u5ef6\u7eed\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

By teasing out the existing spatial context, and reorganizing the relationship between the building, street and community, the architect brings all the forgotten essence of the past to the modern people, leaving a memory for the rapid development of city while making the contemporary urban architecture thicker and continuous with time.<\/p>\n
