Minax Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThere is an impassable boundary between physical buildings and free space in a high-density city. Under the principle of efficiency first, the using function often takes precedence over spatial interest and the two seem not to achieve symbiosis. The same goes for school buildings, where economic use of land is strictly regulated, resulting in the similarity of buildings. After the fundamental teaching units and auxiliary functions are laid out, space for free activities can no longer form a complete and continuous expression. The site is divided by buildings, in which the scale of the public space is in sharp contrast to the concentrated playing field. Buildings have little uniqueness and a clear narrative; thus, it\u2019s easy to fall into a set of paradigms. On this basis, the school urgently needs new strategies to form new expressions and visions.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u57fa\u5730\u5904\u4e8e\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u65b0\u53d1\u5c55\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u5468\u8fb9\u6709\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u548c\u5c3a\u5ea6\u5b8f\u5927\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e76\u672a\u5ef6\u7528\u4f20\u7edf\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c06\u5b66\u6821\u4e2d\u4e0d\u540c\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\uff0c\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6574\u4f53\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u201c\u5468\u8fb9\u56f4\u5408\uff0c\u4e2d\u90e8\u5f00\u653e\u201d\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8ba9\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u6cbf\u57fa\u5730\u4e0e\u9053\u8def\u5c55\u5f00\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u6298\u7ebf\u5851\u9020\u81ea\u8eab\uff0c\u56f4\u5408\u51fa\u76f8\u5bf9\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u65e2\u4ee5\u5b8c\u6574\u4f53\u91cf\u547c\u5e94\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff0c\u53c8\u5c06\u57fa\u5730\u5212\u5206\u4e3a\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u548c\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u5ead\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n

The site is located in a new development area in the city, surrounded by high-density housing and large-scale urban infrastructures. Instead of using the traditional layout of the campus, buildings with different functions were viewed as a whole element. The periphery of the site was enclosed, and the middle was in openness. By spreading the buildings along with the site and roads and shaping them with continuous broken lines, relative independent courtyards were enclosed.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u5c06\u4e0d\u540c\u6821\u56ed\u529f\u80fd\u4f53\u7edf\u4e00\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ebf\u6027\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u4f53\u91cf\u4e4b\u4e2d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5728\u5185\u5916\u4e24\u4e2a\u4fa7\u9762\uff0c\u90fd\u5f62\u6210\u6c34\u5e73\u4f38\u5c55\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u8fde\u7eed\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u6821\u56ed\u5177\u6709\u4e86\u4e0e\u4f17\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8bc6\u522b\u6027\u548c\u751f\u6210\u903b\u8f91\u3002\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u5206\u8bbe\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5357\u90e8\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e3b\u4f53\u91cf\u7684\u503e\u659c\uff0c\u5212\u5206\u51fa\u4ea4\u901a\u96c6\u6563\u533a\u57df\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4f53\u5757\u6309\u7167\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u88ab\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ea7\u751f\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u903b\u8f91\u548c\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u5219\u7531\u7ef4\u5ea6\u8f6c\u6362\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u7c98\u5408\u4e0e\u5851\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n

This corresponded to the city scale with whole mass, and divided the site into open sports areas and enclosed courtyards. Multiple school functions were integrated into a continuous linear volume, and continuous visual spaces horizontally extended were formed on both the inside and outside sides, enabling the school with a distinctive identification and generative logic. The main entrance was in the south of the site, and the traffic distribution area was divided through the incline of the main body. All the masses were placed on the site according to the interrelation of their functions, generating basic logic and composition, and the space carries on a new kind of bonding and shaping by the way of dimensional transformation.<\/p>\n

\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u6c34\u5e73\u5212\u5206\u4e3a\u9996\u5c42\uff0c\u4e2d\u90e8\u4e0e\u5c4b\u9876\u3002\u5728\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e0a\uff0c\u6709\u610f\u8bc6\u7684\u5c06\u516c\u5171\u6559\u5b66\u4e0e\u8f85\u52a9\u90e8\u5206\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e8e\u9996\u5c42\uff0c\u6807\u51c6\u6559\u5b66\u5355\u5143\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e8e\u4e2d\u90e8\uff0c\u5c4b\u9876\u5219\u6210\u4e3a\u4e32\u63a5\u6574\u4e2a\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u9996\u5c42\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5177\u6709\u516c\u5171\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u4e0e\u4e2d\u90e8\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u6559\u5b66\u5355\u5143\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The continuous building is horizontally divided into the first floor, the middle part, and the roof. In terms of functional organization, public teaching and auxiliary components are deliberately set on the first floor, the standard teaching units are set in the middle, and the roof connects the whole continuous elements in the school. The first floor of the building is an open space for a public function, which has different characteristics from the standard teaching units in the middle.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u95f4\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u9996\u5c42\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u591a\u7c7b\u578b\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u6784\u7b51\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u8ba9\u5efa\u7b51\u5f62\u4f53\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u53d1\u751f\u6709\u8da3\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6c34\u5e73\u7ef4\u5ea6\u5212\u5206\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u662f\u4f53\u73b0\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u91cf\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u4e0e\u5229\u7528\u3002\u5f62\u4f53\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u548c\u8f6c\u6298\uff0c\u5728\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u533a\u57df\u95f4\u5f62\u6210\u591a\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u56de\u5eca\uff0c\u67b6\u7a7a\u7684\u770b\u53f0\uff0c\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u6311\u9ad8\uff0c\u5bfb\u6c42\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7a81\u7834\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u5206\u6563\u5e03\u7f6e\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u601d\u8def\uff0c\u4ee5\u65b0\u7684\u8303\u5f0f\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u8fd9\u79cd\u5efa\u7b51\u8fde\u7eed\u751f\u6210\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u6548\u80fd\uff0c\u8ba9\u516c\u5171\u6d3b\u52a8\u4f34\u968f\u4f53\u91cf\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u6e17\u900f\u5230\u4e86\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\u548c\u754c\u9762\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5c4b\u9762\u7531\u539f\u6765\u6d88\u6781\u548c\u5206\u79bb\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u6821\u56ed\u6700\u5177\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u7684\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5728\u5bb9\u7eb3\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5851\u9020\u4e86\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\u6559\u4e0e\u80b2\uff0c\u5c31\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u53d8\u5316\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e2d\u81ea\u4e3b\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u3002\u5f00\u653e\u6027\u548c\u516c\u5171\u6027\u5728\u56f4\u5408\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u5185\u81ea\u7136\u8513\u5ef6\uff0c\u6216\u5e73\u6ed1\u5c55\u5f00\uff0c\u6216\u8f6c\u6298\u6df1\u5165\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u516c\u5171\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u800c\u751f\uff0c\u968f\u5f62\u800c\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

In the naturally enclosed buildings, the multi-type and function places are created on the first floor, establishing different interfaces to let the architectural forms also interestingly change. This horizontal division is an embodiment of the combination and utilization of buildings. The movement and turning of the shapes form multiple types of public communication and activity spaces between different areas of the school. The cloisters of the courtyard, the overhead stands and the lifted entrance seek to further break through the traditional decentralized building. Secondly, the roof, which was initially overlooked and separated, became the most iconic element of the school, creating a unique image of the school while accommodating more teaching activities. Teaching and educating autonomously happen in this change and communication. Openness and publicity naturally spread in the enclosed building, or smoothly unfold, or turn deep. Due to the intervention of public activities, the buildings correspondingly change, born naturally and moves with the shape.<\/p>\n
