ZHA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe mixed-use Zugl\u00f3 City Centre in Budapest\u2019s 14th district integrates new civic spaces surrounded by nature together with homes, shops and offices on a site of nearly seven hectares between Bosny\u00e1k Square and R\u00e1kos Creek. Developed in phases by Bayer Construct Group in Hungary, the project will begin construction early next year and is scheduled for completion in 2029.<\/p>\n

Defined by the surrounding urban fabric of the district\u2019s avenues and parks, Zugl\u00f3 City Centre weaves new public squares and gardens through the heart of the design to connect with the re-established natural ecosystem at R\u00e1kos Creek; creating a network of interconnected gardens and plazas lined with restaurants and cafes, shops, apartments and offices as well as a new medical clinic and town hall.<\/p>\n

Zugl\u00f3 City Centre embeds future-proof solutions within its design to reduce energy consumption and emissions while enhancing the quality of life for the local community. Incorporating insulating green roofs as well as the collection, storage and reuse of 90,000 cubic meters of rainwater per year, and the orientation and composition of its buildings contribute to naturally regulate temperatures within the centre; decreasing summer peaks by up to 6\u00b0C compared to average temperatures in downtown Budapest.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fd13.5\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u65b0\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u516c\u5171\u7eff\u5730\u3001\u6797\u836b\u6811\u3001\u6c34\u6c60\u7b49\u666f\u89c2\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u5c06\u662f\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7b2c\u4e09\u5927\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u3002\u4e0e\u4f7f\u7528\u4f20\u7edf\u4f9b\u6696\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u5e94\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u7531\u667a\u80fd\u7cfb\u7edf\u63a7\u5236\u5e76\u7531\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u96c6\u4e2d\u5f0f\u5de5\u5382\u5c06\u51cf\u5c11\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3002<\/p>\n

To achieve these goals, the design includes nearly 35,000 sq.m of communal green space, shade trees and ponds to establish a new park that will be the third largest in the district. A centralised plant controlled by smart systems and powered by renewables will reduce energy consumption compared to buildings using traditional heating and energy supply.<\/p>\n

\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u6b65\u884c\u533a\u548c\u65b0\u7684\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u9053\u5c06\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u5a31\u4e50\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fde\u63a5\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u57ce\u5e02\u5fae\u578b\u4ea4\u901a\u3002\u6839\u636e\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u5f71\u54cd\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u5fae\u89c2\/\u5b8f\u89c2\u6a21\u62df\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u5efa\u76841.2\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u666f\u89c2\u533a\u5728\u5185\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u9053\u8def\u7f51\u7edc\u5c06\u5f97\u5230\u6539\u5584\u3002<\/p>\n

Extensive pedestrian zones and new bike paths will encourage urban micro-mobility by connecting living, working and recreational spaces within short walking distances. Determined by detailed transport impact assessments together with micro\/macro simulations, the surrounding infrastructure and road networks will be improved and include the creation of 12,000 sq.m of new landscaped areas.<\/p>\n

900\u68f5\u65b0\u7684\u690d\u7269\u6784\u6210\u7684\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u4e2d\u67a2\u201d\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u4e2d\u8f74\uff0c\u5e76\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3R\u00e1kos Creek\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c06\u57ce\u5e02\u5e7f\u573a\u548c\u82b1\u56ed\u8f6c\u53d8\u4e3a\u6c34\u8fb9\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u4f7f\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u7b2c14\u533a\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u90fd\u80fd\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u4eb2\u5bc6\u63a5\u89e6\u3002<\/p>\n

Extending to the natural ecosystem of R\u00e1kos Creek, the \u2018green spine\u2019 includes the planting of 900 new trees and defines the central axis of the City Centre design; transforming from urban plazas and gardens into natural parkland at the creek, enabling all those living in the 14th district to easily connect with nature.<\/p>\n
