\u5728\u884c\u5efa\u7b51<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u4e1c\u90ca\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7f18\u8d77\u662f\u5728\u539f\u56fd\u8425\u7ea2\u5149\u7535\u5b50\u7ba1\u5382\u65e7\u5740\u4e0a\u6539\u5efa\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6210\u90fd\u5e02\u6210\u534e\u533a\u4e1c\u4e8c\u73af\u5916\u4fa7\u7684\u539f\u8001\u5de5\u4e1a\u533a\u3002\u4e1c\u90ca\u8bb0\u5fc6\u662f\u6210\u90fd\u4e1c\u533a\u97f3\u4e50\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u96c6\u5408\u97f3\u4e50\u3001\u7f8e\u672f\u3001\u620f\u5267\u3001\u6444\u5f71\u7b49\u6587\u5316\u5f62\u6001\u7684\u591a\u5143\u6587\u5316\u56ed\u533a\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u65f6\u4ee3\u9057\u7559\u7684\u4ea7\u7269\uff0c\u5b83\u5b8c\u6574\u5730\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u51e0\u4ee3\u4eba\u719f\u6089\u7684\u5382\u623f\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3002<\/p>\n

Zaixing Architectural<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aDongjiao Memory was converted from the former site of the state-owned Hongguang Electronic Tube Factory, located in the former old industrial area on the outer side of the East Second Ring Road in Chenghua District, Chengdu. Dongjiao Memory is a music park in the eastern part of Chengdu, a multicultural park that brings together music, art, theatre, photography, and other cultural forms; as a legacy of the industrial era, it perfectly retains the factory memories familiar to the generations.<\/p>\n

\u8463\u5c0f\u59d0\u4e0e\u9a6c\u4e01\u516c\u5171\u827a\u672f\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c31\u5750\u843d\u5728\u4e1c\u5927\u95e8\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u3002\u5916\u56f4\u9762\u5411\u5546\u4e1a\u8857\u3002\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u89c6\u89d2\u65e2\u80fd\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u5916\u56f4\u8857\u9053\uff0c\u53c8\u80fd\u8d2f\u7a7f\u5230\u5382\u533a\u3002\u573a\u5730\u88ab\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u6811\u6797\u6240\u8986\u76d6\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u901a\u900f\u5ea6\u5e76\u4e0d\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e3a\u4fdd\u7559\u73b0\u6709\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u573a\u5730\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u4e0a\uff0c\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u539f\u6709\u6811\u6728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u907f\u8ba9\uff0c\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u9650\u6709\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u53bb\u5c55\u73b0\u8857\u9053\u4e0e\u5382\u533a\u7684\u6700\u5927\u89c6\u89c9\u9762\uff0c\u547c\u5e94\u51fa\u5efa\u7b51\u5728\u6797\u836b\u4e0b\u548c\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

Miss Dong and Martin\u2019s public art space is located at the entrance to the East Gate. The periphery faces the commercial street. The view of the area extends not only to the outer streets but also through to the factory. The site is covered by high-density woods and the transparency of the landscape is not very high. To preserve the existing trees, all the original ones were avoided when selecting the building site. In this sense, not only the largest visual aspect of the streets along with the factory area can be illustrated, but the relation between the building under the tree shade and the surrounding environment can also be further echoed.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e00\u7247\u5de5\u4e1a\u9057\u5740\u548c\u8302\u5bc6\u6811\u6797\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u6700\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6001\u5ea6\u5c31\u662f\u4ee5\u5c11\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u4ecb\u5165\u548c\u8f7b\u7684\u6784\u9020\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u642d\u5efa\u4e00\u79cd\u719f\u6089\u800c\u964c\u751f\u7684\u60c5\u5883\u3002\u529f\u80fd\u4e1a\u6001\u3001\u6750\u6599\u9009\u62e9\u3001\u6784\u9020\u63aa\u65bd\u548c\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u7b80\u6d01\u5f62\u6001\u90fd\u56f4\u7ed5\u8f7b\u4ecb\u5165\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u5c55\u5f00\u3002\u7816\u7684\u642d\u63a5\u987a\u5e94\u62f1\u5f62\u53d7\u529b\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u6876\u5f62\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u56f4\u5408\u8d77\u7ebf\u6027\u8def\u5f84\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u624b\u5de5\u7684\u7af9\u7f16\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u6d3b\u6cfc\u7684\u5f62\u6001\u652f\u6491\u8d77\u7684\u6ce1\u72b6\u819c\u56e2\uff0c\u4e32\u8054\u8d77\u7816\u5236\u7684\u6876\u5f62\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u5e76\u6210\u4e3a\u653e\u5927\u7684\u8282\u70b9\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6876\u5f62\u5355\u5143\u6697\u5408\u7740\u5de5\u4e1a\u5382\u533a\u7279\u6709\u7684\u201c\u70df\u56f1\u201d\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u70df\u56f1\u201d\u5706\u7b52\u5f62\u6001\u590d\u523b\u5382\u533a\u66fe\u7ecf\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u4e0e\u4e1c\u90ca\u56ed\u533a\u6587\u5316\u4e00\u8109\u76f8\u627f\u3002\u5706\u7b52\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u5382\u533a\u70df\u56f1\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\u548c\u65b0\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u91cd\u751f\uff0c\u65e7\u4e0e\u65b0\u7684\u5408\u5e76\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u7ec4\u5408\u6f14\u7ece\uff0c\u9610\u8ff0\u7740\u5bf9\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u81f4\u656c\u4e0e\u79ef\u6781\u91cd\u751f\u7684\u5411\u5f80\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u4e2a\u67b6\u7a7a\u201c\u6258\u76d8\u201d\u628a\u5efa\u7b51\u5f62\u4f53\u5c42\u6b21\u4e30\u5bcc\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5efa\u7b51\u5728\u573a\u5730\u5185\u66f4\u52a0\u8f7b\u5de7\u7075\u52a8\u3002\u573a\u5730\u539f\u751f\u6811\u6728\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\u5f88\u81ea\u7136\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u8001\u6210\u90fd\u4eba\u7684\u5e02\u4e95\u9662\u575d\u6587\u5316\u7a7a\u95f4\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u8ba9\u5b83\u4e0e\u73b0\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e32\u8054\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5448\u73b0\u5728\u5f53\u4e0b\u7684\u65b0\u65f6\u5c1a\u4e0e\u65b0\u98ce\u5c1a\u7684\u5ba1\u7f8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Between an industrial site and a dense forest, the initial design attitude is to build a familiar but different context with minimal material interventions and light construction measures. The functional form, the choice of materials, the tectonic measures, and the resulting simple forms all revolve around a strategy of light intervention. The barrel-shaped units formed by the lap of the bricks in response to the forces of the arches enclose the linear path space; the vesicular membrane masses supported by the natural and lively form of the handmade bamboo weaving link the brick barrel-shaped units, becoming amplified nodal spaces. The barrel-shaped units allude to the unique “chimney” element of the industrial plant area and reproduce the memories of the plant site through the cylindrical shape of the “chimney”, making the design of the project in line with the original culture of the Eastern Suburbs Industrial Park. The cylinder represents the memory of the factory’s chimney and the rebirth of the new space, a merging of the old and the new, reassembled and interpreted as a tribute to the past and a yearning for positive rebirth. The building is enriched by an elevated ‘tray’, which makes the building lighter and more dynamic within the site. The preservation of the site’s native trees naturally creates a spatial atmosphere of the old Chengdu courtyard culture, linking it to modern life and ultimately demonstrating a new fashionable aesthetic space in the present.<\/p>\n
