Kernel Design<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u201cDcondo Tann\u201d\u4f4e\u5c42\u5171\u7ba1\u516c\u5bd3\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6cf0\u56fd\u66fc\u8c37\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u6bd7\u90bb\u516c\u5171\u8fd0\u6cb3\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4e00\u79cd\u6cf0\u5f0f\u6ee8\u6c34\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u501f\u9274\u4e86\u6cf0\u56fd\u6cb3\u6d41\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u548c\u52a8\u7ebf\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u6ee8\u6c34\u9732\u53f0\u8fd8\u662f\u53cd\u6620\u8001\u5f0f\u6cf0\u56fd\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u690d\u7269\u90fd\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

Kernel Design<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u2018Dcondo Tann\u2019 is a low-rise condominium project in Bangkok, Thailand. The boundary of the site is adjacent to the public canal. Which is reminiscent of the atmosphere of the Thai house riverfront. Therefore, Characteristics and activities along the Thai river have been used in the design, whether it is a waterfront terrace or even the plants that express the Thai gardens of the past.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u7684\u5899\u58c1\u56fe\u6848\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u4e00\u5ea7\u8001\u5f0f\u6cf0\u56fd\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u96d5\u523b\u6728\u9694\u65ad\uff0c\u6761\u5f62led\u706f\u5e26\u96c6\u6210\u5728\u5899\u677f\u5185\u90e8\uff0c\u53d1\u51fa\u6f2b\u5c04\u5149\u7ebf\u4ee5\u4f9b\u7167\u660e\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u5f15\u5bfc\u884c\u4eba\u8fdb\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n

At the gateway of this project, the pattern of the wall is inspired by a carved-wooden partition of an old Thai house. Additionally, led strip lights are integrated with some panels of the wall, which creates vertical random light for more brightness and gimmicks at the entrance leading people to the project.<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5ead\u9662\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u666f\u89c2\u533a\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u5ba4\u5185\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u3001\u8054\u5408\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u534a\u5ba4\u5916\u5de5\u4f5c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7b49\u516c\u5171\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65e8\u5728\u652f\u6301\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

The main landscape area is located in the center courtyard of the project related to public facilities including an indoor gym, co-working space, and semi-outdoor working space. which the landscape works are designed to support the surrounding activities.<\/p>\n

\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u73af\u7ed5\u7740\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u548c\u8054\u5408\u529e\u516c\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0e\u6cf0\u5f0f\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u6ee8\u6cb3\u6982\u5ff5\u76f8\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u5b83\u8ba9\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4eb2\u8fd1\u6c34\u9762\u3001\u611f\u53d7\u6c34\u7684\u51c9\u723d\u3001\u4f34\u7740\u6c34\u6d41\u58f0\u653e\u677e\u8eab\u5fc3\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u6ea2\u51fa\u7684\u6c34\u4e5f\u4e3a\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u5185\u7684\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u5165\u591c\u540e\u53c8\u5145\u5f53\u5012\u5f71\u6c60\uff0c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u591c\u666f\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u89c6\u89d2\u3002<\/p>\n

The swimming pools are created surrounding the fitness room and co-working space room to relate the Thai house riverfront concept. It makes people who come to be able close to the water in various aspects such as contact with the water surface, feel cooler ambient temperatures and relaxing sound of water flow. Moreover, The overflowing water from the swimming pool also provides perspective benefits for people who use the gym. In addition, the swimming pool surrounding the project’s clubhouse also acts as a reflecting pool, \u00a0adding an interesting perspective at the project’s nighttime.<\/p>\n

There are 2 L-shaped swimming pools in this project, which are designed to accommodate different people\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n

\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f25\u7c73\u957f\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u5065\u8eab\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u6f02\u6d6e\u7684\u8eba\u6905\u4f9b\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u6c34\u9762\u4e0a\u4f11\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n

One is designed for a 25-meter length lap pool. Besides, there are also floating lounge chairs for people who sit close to the water.<\/p>\n

\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u88ab\u52a8\u5f0f\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u6309\u6469\u6d74\u7f38\u533a\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6ce1\u6cab\u55b7\u5634\u65c1\u8fb9\u7684\u6d6e\u52a8\u8eba\u6905\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u8eba\u5728\u6811\u4e0b\u542c\u7740\u6c34\u6d41\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u653e\u677e\u8eab\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

On the other hand is for a passive pool including a kid pool, jacuzzi area, and floating daybeds located next to bubble jets. In the daybeds area, people can relax by lying down underneath trees and listening to the sound of water jets.<\/p>\n

\u5728L\u578b\u6c34\u6c60\u7684\u89d2\u843d\u65c1\u8fb9\uff0c\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u4e0b\u6c89\u9732\u53f0\u3002\u4e00\u79cd\u662f\u5e26\u6709\u5ea7\u4f4d\u7684\u4ead\u5b50\uff0c\u5176\u56fe\u6848\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u6cf0\u5f0f\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u3002<\/p>\n

There are 2 types of outdoor sunken terraces located next to the corner of L-shaped pools. Firstly, there is a pavilion, which is designed to integrate with a seat for an area of the terrace, which the pattern of the pavilion is inspired by a character of the Thai house.<\/p>\n

\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0b\u6c89\u5f0f\u9732\u53f0\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u6cf0\u56fd\u6ee8\u6cb3\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u957f\u51f3\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u9732\u53f0\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u9ad8\u5dee\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53ef\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

Secondly, the sunken terrace is inspired by the atmosphere of the Thai riverfront terrace. The bench is designed to surround the terrace area and is created to play the level with high and low, depending on the working function.<\/p>\n

\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5c0f\u533a\u4f4f\u6237\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ece\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u5f80\u4e0b\u770b\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u8fd8\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5c0f\u5de7\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f11\u95f2\u653e\u677e\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u591a\u5f69\u7684\u704c\u6728\u548c\u690d\u88ab\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u5ea7\u6905\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ece\u5c4b\u9876\u82b1\u56ed\u4e0a\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u4ff1\u4e50\u90e8\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u68d5\u6988\u6811\u548c\u6cf3\u6c60\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u6811\u68a2\uff0c\u8fd9\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u5404\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u89c6\u89d2\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u4eec\u611f\u89c9\u66f4\u52a0\u4eb2\u8fd1\u4e8e\u6cf0\u5f0f\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u3002<\/p>\n

The view from above for people who live in their room, not only the swimming pool but green roof garden is also created for them. \u00a0There is a pocket court area which is a relaxing space, providing seats surrounded by colorful shrubs and trees. Moreover, this roof garden offers views of the treetops. Whether it’s palm trees around the clubhouse and trees on the pool. That makes a variety of new landscape perspectives of this project, making people feel closer to the nature of the Thai garden.<\/p>\n
