Bureau A4<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u201c\u57ce\u5e02\u9633\u53f0\u201d\u662f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u6cb3\u5824\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u89c2\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5728Balchug\u5824\u575d\u91cd\u5efa\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u7684Bureau A4\u5efa\u7b51\u516c\u53f8\u8d1f\u8d23\u4e86\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u65bd\u5de5\u30022021\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u4e09\u4e2a\u89c2\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\u5728\u5df4\u5c14\u4e18\u683c\u5c9b\u7684Raushskaya\u548cSofiyskaya\u5824\u5cb8\u4e0a\u843d\u5730\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u6709\u4e5d\u7ea7\u53f0\u9636\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f9b\u6e38\u5ba2\u4ece\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u6b23\u8d4f\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

Bureau A4<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aCity Balcony is a viewpoint platform situated on the Moskva River embankment in the very heart of Moscow, Russia. The platform ascends nine stairs and suggests a different perspective on the city center\u2019s historical sights. The project was initiated and established within the Balchug embankments reconstruction development.\u00a0Bureau A4, originating from Moscow, created the structures and conducted the project from concept to implementation. In September 2021 the three Balconies appeared on Raushskaya and Sofiyskaya Embankments of the Balchug Island.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u589e\u5f3a\u4e0e\u6cb3\u6d41\u5bf9\u9762\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u5efa\u7b51\u2014\u2014\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bab\u548c\u624e\u91cc\u4e9a\u8036\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u5339\u914d\uff0c\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u6982\u5ff5\u521b\u4f5c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bab\u7684\u9876\u90e8\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u624e\u91cc\u4e9a\u8036\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u6d6e\u6865\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff1a\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u4e09\u89d2\u5f62\u5f62\u6001\u3002\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bab\u4ee5\u4e00\u4fa7\u5899\u9762\u5bf9\u7740\u6cb3\uff0c\u800c\u6d6e\u6865\u5219\u4ee5\u4e00\u4e2a\u89d2\u5bf9\u7740\u6cb3\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7ec6\u8282\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e24\u4e2a\u89c2\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0d\u540c\u5916\u5f62\u7684\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\uff1a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u89d2\u671d\u5411\u6c34\u9762\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u4fa7\u8fb9\u671d\u5411\u6c34\u9762\u3002\u4e24\u79cd\u89c2\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u7acb\u9762\u56fe\u6848\uff1a\u5b83\u4eec\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e0e\u5bf9\u5cb8\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

We aimed to enhance a visual match with the iconic objects situated on the opposite side of the river, across the Balconies: Moscow Kremlin and Zaryadye Park. When developing the concept, we came across the fact the top views of the Kremlin and the Floating bridge of Zaryadye share a similar feature: they fit in a triangle. Yet the Kremlin Wall faces the river with a side, while the bridge \u2014 with an edge. This detail became a starting point that evolved into two balcony typologies: facing water with an edge and with a side.\u00a0Another difference between the two balcony typologies is in the facade patterns: they emphasize the connection with the place on the opposite river bank.<\/p>\n

We seeked to create a neat and agreeable shape. On the one hand we were restrained by normative regulations of indent from the embankment granite barrier, on the other \u2014 we were designing a simple and clear image, which would not disturb one from observing the marvelous views.<\/p>\n

\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u94a2\u7ed3\u6784\u8868\u9762\u662f\u5e26\u6709\u6eda\u82b1\u56fe\u6848\u7684\u7ea4\u7ef4\u6c34\u6ce5\u677f\uff0c\u65e0\u6276\u624b\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u8fde\u6392\u73bb\u7483\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u6d6e\u52a8\u6027\u3002\u6761\u5f62LED\u706f\u5e26\u5b89\u88c5\u5728U\u578b\u91d1\u5c5e\u677f\u5916\u58f3\u4e0a\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u663c\u591c\u7684\u9690\u853d\u7167\u660e\u3002\u603b\u7684\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u89c2\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u6c11\u4e0e\u6cb3\u6d41\u4e92\u52a8\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

Steel construction of the Balcony is faced with fiber cement boards with milled patterns. Continuous glazing short of a handrail provides for a better scene and emphasizes the floating shape of the structure. An LED strip light is installed in the metal U-profile of the enclosure for concealed architectural lightning in the daytime and in the evening. The City Balconies is a new way of interaction between the citizens and the river.<\/p>\n
