DONGDA (SHENZHEN) DESIGN CO., LTD.<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aTianjing park\uff08Also called Nanyou Municipal Plaza\uff09locates in the southeast corner of the intersection of Nanhai Avenue and Dengliang road in the center of Nanyou District, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, covering an area of about 13000 m2. The project location used to be the Nanyou Building and its front plaza, as well as the headquarters of Nanyou Group, which constituted one of the landmarks of Shenzhen in the 1980s. This place has witnessed the glory of Nanyou Group during the Period of Reform and Opening-up and carries the memory of a generation.<\/p>\n

With the progress of the era and the advance of the city, this plot was redefined and redeveloped, in which new buildings were constructed. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the space in front of the buildings. The project is centered around urban built-up areas with many residential and commercial buildings. The park is the only public space in the high-density built-up areas and one of the few urban public green space along Nanhai Avenue.<\/p>\n

\u516c\u56ed\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u547c\u5438\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u68ee\u6797\u201d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u5468\u8fb9\u7247\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\u8fd0\u52a8\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u7eff\u610f\u76ce\u7136\uff0c\u4e3a\u5fd9\u788c\u7684\u90fd\u5e02\u5de5\u85aa\u65cf\u7fa4\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u91ca\u653e\u538b\u529b\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4f11\u61a9\u4e4b\u6240\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u516c\u56ed\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u6f2b\u65e0\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u6f2b\u6b65\u6797\u95f4\uff0c\u6cbf\u7ebf\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u7eff\u6811\u3001\u9c9c\u82b1\u6e38\u5f84\u3001\u6797\u95f4\u6811\u5c4b\u3001\u4e0b\u6c89\u5927\u8349\u5730\u3001\u661f\u7a7a\u706f\u827a\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

After completion, the park provides green space as \u201cforest\u201d in the city and meet the needs of surrounding residents for sports and communication.<\/p>\n

After completion, green scenery inside the park creates a natural resting place for busy urban wage earners to release pressure. People can aimlessly walk through the forest in the park and enjoy green trees, flower paths, tree houses in forest, sunken lawn, starry lighting, etc. along the road.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u53ef\u4ee5\u65e0\u9650\u5faa\u73af\u7684\u6f2b\u6b65\u6e38\u5f84\uff0c\u6e38\u5f84\u4e24\u4fa7\u79cd\u690d\u4e24\u6392\u7d2b\u82b1\u98ce\u94c3\u6728\uff0c\u5728\u6625\u5929\u5f62\u6210\u7d2b\u8272\u7684\u82b1\u73af\uff0c\u5e02\u6c11\u53ef\u4ee5\u6cbf\u7740\u8fd9\u6761\u82b1\u73af\u6e38\u5f84\u5c3d\u60c5\u611f\u53d7\u6625\u5929\u7684\u6c14\u606f\u3002\u590f\u5929\uff0c\u884c\u8d70\u5176\u4e2d\u4eab\u53d7\u7740\u9633\u5149\u900f\u8fc7\u6811\u53f6\u6d12\u843d\u5728\u8349\u5730\u4e0a\u5149\u5f71\u6591\u9a73\u7684\u6726\u80e7\u4e4b\u7f8e\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5fae\u98ce\u5439\u62c2\u5728\u8138\u4e0a\uff0c\u5939\u6742\u7740\u55b7\u96fe\u7cfb\u7edf\u6240\u8425\u9020\u7684\u4e00\u4e1d\u4e1d\u51c9\u723d\u3002\u8d70\u7d2f\u4e86\u5c31\u5728\u8def\u8fb9\u7684\u6728\u8d28\u5ea7\u6905\u4e0a\u505c\u6b47\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u98ce\u666f\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u4eba\u7fa4\uff0c\u4eab\u53d7\u7740\u8fd9\u79cd\u81ea\u7136\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6162\u8282\u594f\uff0c\u611f\u53d7\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n

We designed a walking path where people can walk circularly. Handroanthus impetiginosus was planted on both sides of the path to form a purple wreath in spring. Citizens feel the spring along the wreath. In summer, when walking in the path, you can see the hazy beauty of light and shadow on the lawn through the leaves from sunlight. Breeze blows on your face with the cool mist from the spray system. If you are tired, get a break on the wooden bench on the roadside to enjoy the scenery, the people, the gentle pace in nature and the beauty of life.<\/p>\n

As a comfortable resting space in the forest, the site takes the sunken lawn as the core, surrounded by steps and benches, dotted with arbors. It is also a place for children to play together. Children run and play freely and happily on the lawn after school. Parents sit down along the roadside and share the experiences of the day with their friends.<\/p>\n

A dense forest of taxodium distichum locates in the center of the park, and a curved wooden plank road is erected in the middle of the forest. The tiny terrain on both sides is different in height, in which ferns, iris tectorum and other aquatic plants are planted to form a winding path leading to a quiet secluded place.<\/p>\n

Construction of the north entrance: The mountain-shaped construction forms a visual focal point in the space. When people pass through the bottom of the construction, the mirror stainless steel reflects the reflection of the person, creating a sense of interest. A closer look reveals that there are countless tiny holes in the mirror stainless steel. When the lights are turned on at night, look up at the top of the structure. The light penetrates through the holes, and it looks like a picture of the Milky Way and stars.<\/p>\n

Construction of the south entrance: The park is not far from Danan Mountain. The aged people nearby said that they could see the beautiful scenery of Danan Mountain when standing here in the past, but now the buildings around blocked the line of sight between this site and Danan Mountain, and they only had memories of the scenery. Therefore, the lamp poles were designed into the mountain shape, which not only conformed with Danan Mountain, but also retained those beautiful memories.<\/p>\n

Based on the construction of tiny terrain, the site was designed with three drainage zones. The concave green space is in the south. Permeable concrete is mainly used in the middle part and roads. Ecological grass ditches are on both sides of the road. Through the underground concealed pipes, excess rainwater is collected into the rainwater garden in the north. The area and maximum storage capacity of rainwater garden are about 300m2 and 110m\u00b3 respectively.<\/p>\n
