WTD<\/strong><\/a>: The cascading mountains and gurgling rivers have nurtured the hot character of Chongqing people and also shaped the unique topographical conditions of the mountain city. Nestled by the Jialing River, Riverone lies between mountains and rivers. Backed by mountains and built by the river, the wide Jialing River seems to flow in front of you, which is a natural advantage that can be used in the landscape.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6240\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u573a\u5730\u6761\u4ef6\u662f\u6781\u590d\u6742\u7684\uff1a\u4e1c\u897f\u5411170m\u7eb5\u6df1\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\u6709\u7ea640m\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u6781\u7aef\u5730\u5f62\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e2d\u6781\u4e3a\u7f55\u89c1\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u6309\u4e0d\u540c\u4e1a\u6001\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u56db\u7ea7\u53f0\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u53f0\u5730\u4e0e\u53f0\u5730\u4e4b\u95f4\u6700\u5927\u9ad8\u5dee\u7ea6\u4e3a18m\uff0c\u9ad8\u5dee\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6321\u5899\u5177\u6709\u5f3a\u70c8\u538b\u8feb\u611f\u3002\u4ee5\u897f\u4fa7\u4e34\u6c5f\u7684\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u4e3a\u8d77\u70b9\u5f80\u4e0a\u81f3\u4e1c\u4fa7\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u6784\u6210\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u666f\u89c2\u8f74\u3002\u6574\u6761\u8f74\u7ebf\u540c\u6837\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u56db\u7ea7\u4e0d\u540c\u53f0\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u9762\u5bbd\u4ece20m-38m\u4e0d\u7b49\uff0c\u6cbf\u8f74\u7ebf\u6240\u5728\u7684\u897f\u5357\u65b9\u5411\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u5f00\u9614\u5177\u6709\u7eb5\u6df1\u611f\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6c5f\u666f\u89c6\u91ce\u3002<\/p>\n

The site conditions faced by the design are extremely complex: there is a height difference of about 40m at a depth of 170m from east to west. Such extreme terrain is extremely rare in urban residences. The buildings are distributed on the four-level terraces according to different types of business. The maximum height difference between the terrace and the terrace is about 18m. The huge retaining wall formed by the height difference has a strong sense of oppression. Starting from the main entrance along the river on the west side and going up to the entrance on the east side, it forms the core landscape axis of the entire project. The entire axis is also distributed on four different terraces, and the width of the landscape ranges from 20m to 38m. Along the southwest direction where the axis is located, the best view of the river with a wide sense of depth can be obtained.<\/p>\n

\u7eac\u56fe\u5728\u7ed3\u5408\u524d\u671fSWA\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u201c\u62bd\u53d6\u5c71\u6c34\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u5c06\u7fa4\u5c71\u4e0e\u6c5f\u6d41\u7528\u666f\u89c2\u6d41\u7ebf\u4e0e\u5f62\u6001\u91cd\u65b0\u6f14\u7ece\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u601d\u8def\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u591a\u8f6e\u4f18\u5316\u7cbe\u7ec6\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u65b9\u6848\u53ca\u65bd\u5de5\u56fe\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u9879\u76ee\u9ad8\u6807\u51c6\u843d\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the concept of \u201cextracting the geometric forms of mountains and rivers, and reinterpreting the mountains and rivers with landscape streamlines and forms\u201d proposed by SWA in the early stage, Wisto carried out multiple rounds of optimized and fine design, completed the plan and construction drawing design, and ensured The project has been implemented with high standards.<\/p>\n

The height difference and the terrace are the huge challenges we face, and they also provide the basic conditions for the site to shape the multi-dimensional landscape. The design was based on the original conceptual design, and refined the elevation combing, space and site design.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u897f\u4fa7\u4e34\u6c5f\u5165\u53e3\u8fdb\u5165\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u662f\u7ea618m\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u8f74\u7ebf\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u53f0\u5730\u5dee\uff0c\u6c14\u52bf\u78c5\u7934\u7684\u5c71\u6c34\u53e0\u7011\u7ed9\u4e88\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u8fdb\u5165\u573a\u5730\u540e\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u573a\u89c6\u89c9\u76db\u5bb4\u3002<\/p>\n

Entering the site from the entrance to the river on the west side, it faces a height difference of about 18m, which is also the largest terrace difference on the entire axis. The majestic mountain and water waterfall gives people a strong first visual feast after entering the site.<\/p>\n

Before the formal construction of the waterfall, the team found a craftsman to scale down the mud film on site, confirm the combination, orientation, and size of the stones, and then make partial samples. After several times of stamping, the texture of the stone surface, the spacing of stripes and the color tendency of the stone surface were determined, and then a large area was put on the wall. The black pine dotted in the middle is also accurately planted after the shape, direction, and angle are all deduced in place.<\/p>\n

4\u7ea7\u53f0\u5730\uff0c40m\u9ad8\u5dee\u7684\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5927\u9762\u5e45\u7acb\u9762\u6321\u5899\u3002\u5728\u4ee5\u5c71\u6c34\u5143\u7d20\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u8bed\u8a00\u7684\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u540c\u6837\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3b\u9898\u5143\u7d20\u8fd0\u7528\u5230\u7acb\u9762\u5904\u7406\u3002\u4ee5\u5c71\u5f62\u666f\u5899\u6765\u5f31\u5316\u6321\u5899\u7684\u538b\u8feb\u611f\uff0c\u7ebf\u6761\u7ef5\u5ef6\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5c71\u5f62\u5899\u4e0e\u9053\u8def\u76f8\u63a5\uff0c\u5728\u6b65\u9053\u4e24\u4fa7\u7528\u9ad8\u5927\u7684\u7af9\u5b50\u5f31\u5316\u5176\u8fc7\u4e8e\u539a\u91cd\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n

The 4-level terrace and the site with a height difference of 40m bring a large-scale facade retaining wall to the landscape. In the site where landscape elements are used as the language of the landscape, the design also applies this theme element to the facade treatment. The gabled landscape wall is used to weaken the sense of oppression of the retaining wall. The gabled wall with undulating lines is connected to the road, and tall bamboos are used on both sides of the trail to weaken the feeling of overweight.<\/p>\n

The scenery wall adopts three colors of black, white and gray, and the chroma matches the elegant tone of the entire park as much as possible. At the pedestrian steps next to the waterfall, the design uses a perforated trunk wall to add interest to the facade and attract people to explore. The holes of different sizes form a gradual effect under the light and shadow, and people pass through the trunks and slowly climb up the steps, which is a little more interesting.<\/p>\n

The next level is connected to the east entrance courtyard. The still water surface of the rolling mountain-shaped reflection of the sky and the calm river surface on the opposite bank are set off to form a ritual view of the courtyard. So far, a rhythmic landscape scene fully expresses Chongqing’s life in the mountains and rivers.<\/p>\n

With a wide view of the river, a huge height difference, and intensive cultivation, we finally saw a picture in the middle of the mountains and rivers. The mountains are precious, the water is the source, and the mountains hold the water. Since March 2018, our design time has lasted three and a half years. As of September 2021, the plan optimization and construction drawing changes for large plots are still continuing. Party A is fighting side by side with us, spurring each other to find better solutions in the mountains of drawings, from the courtyard gates of the courtyard, the metal grilles of the bungalows, to the waterfalls, materials, skyline compositions, and plant varieties.
