Aether Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u534e\u4fa8\u57ce\u521b\u610f\u56ed\u5185\uff0c\u539f\u5efa\u7b51\u4e3a\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u5de5\u5382\u9505\u7089\u697c\uff0c\u5899\u58c1\u56db\u9762\u65e0\u7a97\u4e14\u5df2\u5f00\u88c2\u6e17\u6c34\uff0c\u7ecf\u68c0\u6d4b\u5224\u5b9a\u4e3a\u5371\u697c\u9700\u505a\u7ed3\u6784\u52a0\u56fa\u624d\u53ef\u518d\u7528\u3002\u6539\u9020\u540e\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u4e3a\u4e2d\u57ce\u65b0\u4ea7\u4e1a\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u697c\uff0c\u4e00\u5c42\u53ca\u897f\u5ead\u9662\u4e3a\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e8c\u3001\u4e09\u5c42\u4e3a\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5ba4\u3002<\/p>\n

Aether Architects<\/strong><\/a>: The project is located in Shenzhen OCT Loft, Guangdong Province, China, the original building was an abandoned factory boiler building, it is walls had no windows on all sides and were cracked and seeped and it was determined that the building was dangerous and required structural reinforcement before reuse. After renovation it is the multi-purpose space of Zhongcheng \u201cSpace Holdings Group\u201d, the first floor and the west courtyard are open spaces for public and the second and third floors are multifunctional activity spaces for the company.<\/p>\n

\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e0e\u66f4\u65b0\uff5cContinuation and Renovation<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u867d\u7136\u539f\u5efa\u7b51\u5df2\u5e9f\u7f6e\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u65e0\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u65e0\u7a97\u6d17\u7c73\u77f3\u5916\u5899\u4f7f\u5efa\u7b51\u5982\u65b9\u77f3\u4e00\u822c\u77d7\u7acb\u5728\u8302\u76db\u690d\u7269\u7fa4\u4e2d\u7684\u573a\u6240\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5e0c\u671b\u5efa\u7b51\u5728\u9002\u5e94\u65b0\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u6539\u9020\u540e\u4ecd\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u7684\u573a\u6240\u5386\u53f2\u611f\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9002\u5e94\u672a\u6765\u4e3a\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u65f6\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u91c7\u5149\u548c\u901a\u98ce\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u7559\u539f\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8d28\u611f\u4e0e\u91cf\u611f\u662f\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u8c03\u6574\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

Although the original building has been abandoned for more than ten years, its windowless \u201cwashed rice stone\u201d (a traditional handmade texture of the exterior wall) elevations makes the building like an ashlar stand in the lush vegetation and present a unique site phenomenon, and this is the sense of place that design team hopes to keep after the renovation. Therefore, how to obtain the necessary lighting and ventilation adapting to the future for human use while retaining the site atmosphere is the core thinking of the renewal design of the facade.<\/p>\n
