Lab D+H<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u7802\u5382\u5904\u4e8e\u90d1\u5dde\u8001\u57ce\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\uff0c\u5b83\u66fe\u7ecf\u662f\u4e9a\u6d32\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7802\u8f6e\u5382\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u56fd\u5404\u5730\u8f93\u9001\u201c\u91cd\u5de5\u4e1a\u7259\u9f7f\u201d\u7802\u8f6e\u78e8\u5177\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e00\u4e94\u8ba1\u5212\u65f6\u671f\u4e1c\u5fb7\u63f4\u5efa\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u5176\u5177\u6709\u5148\u950b\u98ce\u683c\u5305\u8c6a\u65af\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u5382\u623f\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u5f53\u5e74\u662f\u5728\u5fb7\u56fd\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ec4\u88c5\uff0c\u4f53\u73b0\u7740\u201c\u8d85\u8c6a\u534e\u201d\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\u89c4\u683c\uff0c\u4e5f\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u4e2d\u5fb7\u53cb\u8c0a\u4ee5\u53ca\u65b0\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u68a6\u60f3\u3002\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u5de5\u4e1a\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u53d8\u9769\uff0c\u5382\u533a\u751f\u4ea7\u4efb\u52a1\u7684\u5916\u8fc1\uff0c\u5df2\u5b8c\u5168\u7a7a\u7f6e\u5316\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ea7\u5386\u53f2\u4fdd\u62a4\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

Lab D+H<\/strong><\/a>: The 2nd Grinding Wheel Plant locates in the core area of the old city of Zhengzhou. It was once the largest grinding wheel factory in Asia, delivering grinding wheels and abrasive tools, “heavy industry teeth,” to all parts of the country. It is also an important project aided by East Germany during China’s First Five-Year Plan. At that time, the factory building structure system with the characteristics of the avant-garde Bauhaus was produced in Germany and assembled in China, reflecting the “super luxurious” construction specifications and carrying the Sino-German friendship and the industrial dream of the new China. However, with the change of urban development and industrial types, the relocation of production tasks in the factory area has been entirely vacant. It has become a National Historic Preservation Building.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u6b21\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u201c\u5f00\u653e\u878d\u5408\u4e0e\u591a\u5143\u91cd\u751f\u201d\uff0c\u5bf9\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5de5\u4e1a\u9057\u5740\u6539\u9020\u7684\u6587\u521b\u56ed\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u8109\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4fdd\u7559\u573a\u5730\u5185\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5668\u68b0\u3001\u4ee5\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\u5408\u7406\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u5c06\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bb0\u5fc6\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u4e0d\u540c\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u516c\u5171\u6d3b\u52a8\u573a\u6240\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u6846\u67b6\u6027\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7cfb\u7edf\u80fd\u591f\u8ba9\u4e8c\u7802\u5382\u4ee5\u65b0\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u91cd\u65b0\u878d\u5165\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u5316\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9762\u5411\u5404\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u90d1\u5dde\u4e8c\u7802\u5382\u6587\u521b\u56ed\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u6210\u4e3a\u90d1\u5dde\u8001\u57ce\u533a\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u6d3b\u529b\u65b0\u5730\u6807\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u539f\u672c\u8427\u6761\u7684\u65e7\u5de5\u4e1a\u533a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u54c1\u8d28\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u4e3a\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u5468\u8fb9\u793e\u533a\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

Transform industrial memory into different types of public activity spaces. The concept of landscape design is “open integration and diverse rebirth.” The public space of the cultural and creative park transformed from this industrial site is sorted out. Through the study of historical context, the industrial equipment in the area is preserved, and the modern design methods are used rationally. We hope that the framed landscape system will allow the 2nd Grinding Wheel Plant to reintegrate into the urban culture with a new attitude, welcoming various types of people. After the completion of Zhengzhou 2nd Grinding Wheel Plant Cultural and Creative Park, it has become a new landmark of urban vitality in the core of the old city of Zhengzhou. It improves the quality of public space in the originally depressed old industrial zone and establishes a more positive relationship with surrounding communities at the same time.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u4e2d\u56fd\u6210\u7acb\u521d\u671f\u5de5\u4e1a\u57fa\u7840\u8584\u5f31\uff0c\u5728\u82cf\u8054\u6d3e\u9063\u63f4\u5efa\u7684\u4e1c\u5fb7\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e86\u5168\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7802\u8f6e\u5382\u2014\u2014\u90d1\u5dde\u4e8c\u7802\u5382\u3002\u5382\u623f\u5177\u6709\u5178\u578b\u7684\u5305\u8c6a\u65af\u5efa\u7b51\u98ce\u683c\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u5f53\u65f6\u90d1\u5dde\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u652f\u67f1\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u662f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u90d1\u5dde\u4eba\u5fc3\u4e2d\u7684\u65f6\u4ee3\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9a\u6d32\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5305\u8c6a\u65af\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\u4e2d\uff0c\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u677f\u5236\u7684\u8001\u5f0f\u82cf\u8054\u5efa\u7b51\u5360\u636e\u4e3b\u5bfc\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u5de8\u5927\u96ea\u677e\u548c\u68a7\u6850\u751f\u957f\u7e41\u8302\uff0c\u9519\u7efc\u590d\u6742\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u65e0\u5904\u4e0d\u5728\u7684\u7802\u8f6e\u6a21\u5177\uff0c\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u539a\u91cd\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u6c14\u606f\uff0c\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u75d5\u8ff9\uff0c\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u51b2\u51fb\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u611f\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

In the early days of the founding of New China, the industrial foundation was weak. With the help of East German engineers dispatched by the Soviet Union, China built the largest grinding wheel factory, the Zhengzhou No.2 Grinding Wheel plant. The factory building has the typical Bauhaus architectural style, and it also became an important pillar industry in Zhengzhou at that moment. It is the memory of the times in the hearts of every Zhengzhou people. In the largest Bauhaus complex in Asia, old-fashioned Soviet buildings made of concrete slabs dominate, with giant cedars and plane trees growing between the buildings, intricate piping systems, ubiquitous grinding wheel molds, and abandoned industrial production tools. The heavy historical atmosphere, profound industrial traces, and strong visual impact make us feel the sense of mission and responsibility of history.<\/p>\n

Inheritance or Abandonment? To utilize, and how to use? Want to be reborn, and in what form? How to make the 2nd grinding wheel plant return to the daily life of Zhengzhou people with today’s mission of the times? The priority issue in this project is how to effectively use the historical relics of the old factory area and give them new era significance and functions while protecting them.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b56\u7565 DESIGN STRATEGY<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e8c\u7802\u5382\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u91cd\u751f\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u5382\u533a\u5386\u53f2\u9057\u8ff9\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\u91cd\u5851\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u666f\u89c2\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883\u7684\u6253\u9020\u3002\u4ee5\u201c\u8bb0\u5fc6\u91cd\u751f\u201d\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c0a\u91cd\u8001\u5382\u533a\u539f\u6709\u7a7a\u95f4\u683c\u5c40\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u68b3\u7406\u573a\u5730\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u8fd8\u539f\u5382\u533a\u5305\u8c6a\u65af\u73b0\u4ee3\u4e3b\u4e49\u5efa\u7b51\u98ce\u8c8c\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u9020\u8d4b\u4e88\u8001\u7269\u65b0\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n

We take “Rebirth of memory” as the design vision. The preservation and reconstruction of the historical relics reflect the rebirth of the No.2 grind wheel plant and the ecological landscape environment. The landscape design respects the original spatial pattern of the old factory area, reorganizes the public space layout of the site, restores the Bauhaus modernist architectural style of the factory area, and gives new life to the old things through renovation.<\/p>\n

We salvaged the industrial machinery donated by East Germany, the Czech Republic, and the Soviet Union and transformed them into amusement facilities, landscape structures. Considering the requirements of limited budget and simple craftsmanship, we used the method of embossing concrete with plane trees to increase the details of the concrete. We also reused and integrated the intricate pipes and instrument panels into the signage system.<\/p>\n
