OOPEAA<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u5bf9\u8001\u65e7\u5730\u6807\u6027\u5efa\u7b51\u7ffb\u65b0\u8865\u5145\u7684\u5178\u8303\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5efa\u9020\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e86\u73b0\u4ee3\u4e3b\u4e49\u5efa\u7b51\u9057\u4ea7\u5e76\u6ee1\u8db3\u73b0\u6709\u7528\u6237\u7684\u65b0\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

Located just outside of Helsinki, the renovated Villa Koivikko provides an excellent setting for remote work and life surrounded by nature. The modernist villa and the caretaker\u2019s house by Aarne Ervi from 1958 were restored and three wooden buildings were added to complement them. The technical systems were updated, and a new geothermal heating system was installed. The built-in garage was replaced by a free-standing car-shed, a new sauna was built in place of the old one, and a writer\u2019s studio was built on top of the old stone cellar.<\/p>\n

\u51ed\u501f\u5176\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u539f\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff1a\u51ed\u501f\u5176\u5929\u7136\u6750\u6599\u3001\u6df1\u8272\u5916\u58f3\u3001\u503e\u659c\u5c4b\u9876\u548c\u4f20\u7edf\u5efa\u7b51\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u539f\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u7b14\u76f4\u6c34\u5e73\u7ebf\u3001\u767d\u8272\u8868\u9762\u3001\u5e73\u9762\u5c4b\u9876\u548c\u73b0\u4ee3\u5efa\u7b51\u6280\u672f\u5f62\u6210\u9c9c\u660e\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002OOPEAA\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u534f\u8c03\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u611f\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u8fd8\u5c0a\u91cd\u4e86Ervi\u7684\u521d\u8877\uff0c\u5373\u5728\u5c06\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u5f15\u5411\u534a\u5c71\u8170\u7684\u522b\u5885\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u5f00\u9614\u4e86\u6e56\u8fb9\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\u3002<\/p>\n

With their strong sculptural character, the new buildings enter into dialogue with Ervi\u2019s architecture. With their natural materials, dark outer shell, pitched roofs and traditional building methods, they stand in stark contrast to the straight horizontal lines, white surfaces, flat roofs, and modern building techniques of Ervi\u2019s buildings. Embracing the relationship between architecture and landscape, OOPEAA\u2019s design provides a new sense of balance to the estate. The composition of the new buildings respects Ervi\u2019s original intention to leave open the view to the lake while directing the attention to the villa mid-way up the hill.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7531\u6728\u6750\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5929\u7136\u6750\u6599\u5177\u6709\u751f\u6001\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u5e76\u4e14\u7ecf\u4e45\u8010\u7528\u3002\u8f66\u68da\u548c\u5199\u4f5c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u8986\u76d6\u7740\u4f20\u7edf\u6728\u74e6\uff0c\u672c\u5e94\u6709\u5f88\u5f3a\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u611f\uff0c\u4f46\u7528\u6df1\u8272\u5929\u7136\u6cb9\u6f06\u6216\u7126\u6cb9\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0e\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

The new buildings are made of wood, a natural material that ages well and is ecologically sustainable and long lasting. Clad with traditional shingles, the car-shed and the writer\u2019s studio take on a strong presence. Yet, treated with dark natural paint or tar, they almost blend in with nature.<\/p>\n

Highlighting the exposed structure, the light color of spruce in the interiors gives them a sense of warmth. The detailing is of steel with a black matte finish, or of copper. Interior design is by Studio Petra Majantie. The cabinetry and wooden detailing were realized by Punavuoren puuhevonen. The landscape design was developed with VSU Landscape Architects.<\/p>\n

The sauna by the lake is built with logs with a tailormade joint and has a green roof. Under the steep hill, technical facilities and an outdoor barbeque kitchen are placed inside an embankment wall, and a garden is formed between the concrete wall and the wooden log wall of the sauna.<\/p>\n
