\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u90fd\u7531Openbox Architects\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u662f\u7531\u5143\u7d20\u65e0\u7f1d\u5730\u76f8\u4e92\u4ea4\u7ec7\u6210\u4e00\u79cd\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u5355\u4e00\u4e8b\u7269\u3002Openbox Architects\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u63a2\u7d22\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u666f\u89c2\u5143\u7d20\u5145\u5206\u878d\u5408\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002The Base Downtown\u662f\u666e\u5409\u5c9b\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u516c\u5bd3\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u968f\u7740\u57ce\u5e02\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u9700\u8981\u666e\u5409\u5c9b\u7684\u5ea6\u5047\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

We have a mission to explore potential of full integration of Architectural and Landscape elements. The Base Downtown is a Condominium project for working residences of Phuket. With conveniences of an urban location, the development is calling for a touch of vacation experience of Phuket.<\/p>\n

\u6574\u4e2a\u5efa\u7b51\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u6e29\u6696\u3001\u6d01\u767d\u3001\u660e\u4eae\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u521a\u6027\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8d28\u611f\uff0c\u7ed9\u4eba\u4e00\u79cd\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002\u5165\u53e3\u548c\u5927\u5802\u533a\u57df\u6709\u4e00\u79cd\u5962\u534e\u7684\u611f\u89c9\uff0c\u5899\u58c1\u548c\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u4e0a\u90fd\u6709\u6728\u5236\u683c\u5b50\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u901a\u8fc7\u4e3b\u5927\u5385\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u770b\u51fa\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u521a\u6027\u548c\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u67d4\u8f6f\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6109\u5feb\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n

The overall pallet is warm, white and bright, rendered with rigid architectural texture to give a residential feeling. A touch of luxury is composed at the entrance and lobby area with wall and ceiling panels of timber trellis. Only through the main lobby, reveals the pleasant contrast between rigidity of the external and softness of the internal.<\/p>\n

The project consists of two building surrounding an internal courtyard, screening away contextual interruption, creating a \u2018Private Sanctuary\u2019 with bright, open, airy, beach like atmosphere. Light blue water surface and sandy color deck finish create breezy feeling of a nice sunny day on a beach.A linear swimming pool stretches out to combine with water feature elements creating a long continuous water surface, framed by a gentle curved lines running through full courtyard length. The curve and pattern were inspired by nature, from the branch pattern to stem and veins of a leaf. The curves start from the center of the courtyard and grows like any living elements consistently onto the building internal fa\u00e7ade, creating a slight movement, just enough to create a spatial flow.<\/p>\n

The curve lines flow through different parts of the projects, turn into different landscape and architectural features, and contrast with a few rigid corners that turn inward to break the monotony at the right moments. At some part of the fa\u00e7ade, the lines split open, creating green pockets where fa\u00e7ade planting tospur out, to soften and diffuse the building mass into soft, calm and pleasant sanctuary for residences to rest their hearts and souls.<\/p>\n
