\u8377\u5170\u516c\u56ed\u522b\u5885\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u9760\u8fd1\u8377\u5170\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u516c\u56ed\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4e3b\u4e49\u73af\u5883\u3002\u4e00\u7247\u4fdd\u7559\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u6797\u5730\u548c\u65b0\u957f\u51fa\u7684\u7fe0\u7eff\u7684\u6811\u6728\u73af\u7ed5\u7740\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u4e09\u9762\uff0c\u5305\u56f4\u7740\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u4e0e\u76f8\u90bb\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u65e0\u7f1d\u5730\u878d\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The design for the landscapes at Holland Park Villas draws inspiration from the sites close proximity to Holland Park and provides a green, naturalistic setting. A woodland belt of retained and new verdant trees wraps around three sides of the development, enveloping the architecture and seamlessly integrating the development with the adjacent park, whilst achieving a degree of seclusion for its residents.<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u5230\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u4e00\u68f5\u91d1\u78a7\u8f89\u714c\u768430\u5c81\u7684\u5b8f\u7881\u638c\u4e0a\u7535\u8111\u6811\u5c31\u5360\u636e\u4e86\u821e\u53f0\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8f\u4f1f\u800c\u620f\u5267\u6027\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u3002\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u82b1\u5c97\u5ca9\u94fa\u8def\uff0c\u6709\u8936\u76b1\u7684\u89d2\u6881\u6811\uff0c\u6709\u88c5\u9970\u6027\u7684\u79cd\u690d\uff0c\u6709\u4fee\u526a\u8fc7\u7684\u6811\u7bf1\u548c\u6c34\u5899\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8fd9\u79cd\u5e84\u4e25\u548c\u4f18\u96c5\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002<\/p>\n

On arrival, a resplendent 30\u2011year\u2011old Acer Palmatum tree takes centre stage, creating a grand and dramatic entrance. High quality granite paving, pleached hornbeam trees, ornamental planting, clipped hedging and a water wall further add to this sense of grandeur and elegance.<\/p>\n

At the centre of the development is a beautiful central courtyard. Designed to feel mature and natural, the garden is encircled by the apartments affording residents stunning views over the courtyard space. Surrounded on all sides by a moat, the central courtyard provides a secluded and tranquil space for the residents to walk, sit and relax. Off the central path, stepping stones meander through the naturalistic ornamental planting and reveal moments of delight \u2014 reflection pools concealed within the planting and clipped box balls that add a playful expression of artifice to the naturalistic planting.<\/p>\n

A sequence of lawn terraces step down to embrace the residential villas, providing a secluded space for residents to sit and relax.
