Kernel Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aChuan Chuen\u00a0Town Rangsit Klong3\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u8054\u6392\u522b\u5885\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u7eff\u5316\u9762\u79ef\u7ea6\u4e3a2602\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u533a\u3001\u4e3b\u4f53\u516c\u56ed\u548c\u8857\u9053\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

Kernel Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aChuan Chuen Town Rangsit Klong3 is the townhome project located in Rangsit Klong3. There are green areas of approximately 2,602 Sq.m. which consist of the main entrance area, main park,\u00a0and streetscape of the project.<\/p>\n

\u4e3b\u516c\u56ed\u62df\u4e0e\u8054\u6392\u522b\u5885\u7684\u4f1a\u6240\u76f8\u90bb\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u56ed\u9f13\u52b1\u6240\u6709\u5e74\u9f84\u6bb5\u7684\u4eba\u8fdb\u884c\u81ea\u53d1\u548c\u975e\u81ea\u53d1\u6027\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6d3b\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u5305\u62ec\u6162\u8dd1\u9053\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u64cd\u573a\u3001\u513f\u7ae5\u7bee\u7403\u573a\u3001\u6237\u5916\u5065\u8eab\u8bbe\u5907\u533a\u548c\u8001\u5e74\u6309\u6469\u7597\u517b\u8def\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n

The main park is proposed to be adjacent to the clubhouse of the townhomes. Therefore, active and passive activities are provided for people of all ages in this park. The areas of active activities comprise jogging track, educational playground, basketball court for kids, outdoor fitness equipment, and reflexology path for elders.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u4e3b\u4f53\u516c\u56ed\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u9650\u5236\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u7bee\u7403\u573a\u548cEPDM\u5851\u80f6\u64cd\u573a\u5730\u9762\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5747\u4e3a\u692d\u5706\u5f62\u3002\u7bee\u7403\u573a\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\u6709\u805a\u6c28\u916f\uff08PU\uff09\u6d82\u5c42\u6750\u6599\u5236\u6210\u7684\u51e0\u4f55\u56fe\u6848\uff0c\u4e14\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u88ab\u6d82\u6210\u7eff\u8272\u3002\u7eff\u8272\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u81ea\u7136\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0e\u64cd\u573a\u4e0a\u65b9\u7684\u6811\u53f6\u56fe\u6848\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n

The plans of the basketball court and EPDM playground floor are designed to be oval-shaped because of the condition of the confined area of the narrow shape of the main park. The basketball court is patterned of geometry form by using PU coating material and most of the floor is painted green. The green color represents nature related to the leaves pattern concept of the playground.<\/p>\n

\u516c\u56ed\u6d88\u6781\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4f11\u606f\u533a\u4e2d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f2f\u66f2\u7684\u6728\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u53d6\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u81ed\u6c27\u82b1\u56ed\u201d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6b64\u5904\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u80fd\u51c0\u5316\u7a7a\u6c14\u548c\u5438\u9644\u7070\u5c18\u7684\u690d\u7269\u3002\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f27\u5f62\u5ea7\u6905\u4e0e\u90c1\u90c1\u8471\u8471\u7684\u4e54\u704c\u6728\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5750\u5728\u6811\u836b\u4e0b\u653e\u677e\u4f11\u606f\u6216\u5728\u6b64\u547c\u5438\u65b0\u9c9c\u7a7a\u6c14\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ee1\u8db3\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u8349\u576a\u3002<\/p>\n

For the passive area of this park, a curved timber terrace is designed for the rest area, called \u2018Ozone garden\u2019 due to this place comprising air-purifying plants and dust trapping plants. In this garden, the curved seats are located to integrate with the lush trees and shrubs. So people can sit and relax underneath a shade of trees and breathe fresh air. Moreover, there is a multipurpose lawn for a variety of activities depending on needs.<\/p>\n

\u6700\u540e\u540c\u6837\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u4e00\u4e2a\u6837\u677f\u95f4\u524d\u7684\u533a\u57df\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u7fbd\u6bdb\u7403\u573a\u56fe\u6848\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5730\u677f\u548c\u5899\u58c1\u4e0a\u4e5f\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u5929\u84dd\u8272\u548c\u7c89\u8272\u7684\u805a\u6c28\u916f\uff08PU\uff09\u6d82\u5c42\u3002<\/p>\n

Last but not least, an area in the front of a show house of the project is create\u00a0with the pattern of the badminton court concept, which also uses the PU coating with sky blue and pink color on the floor and walls.<\/p>\n
