KRAFT.RAUM<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u5728\u533a\u57dfNeuss Weckhoven\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5fb7\u56fd\u5317\u83b1\u8335-\u5a01\u65af\u7279\u6cd5\u4f26\u5dde\u9996\u5e9c\u675c\u585e\u5c14\u591a\u592b\u9644\u8fd1\u3002\u65b0\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u6b63\u5728\u5bf9 H\u00fclchrather\u5927\u8857\u73b0\u5b58\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u8fdb\u884c\u6539\u9020\u5347\u7ea7\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u72ec\u680b\u548c\u591a\u6237\u4f4f\u5b85\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u592e\u7eff\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

KRAFT.RAUM.<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project area Neuss Weckhoven is located close to the main city of North Rhine-Westfalia, D\u00fcsseldorf. The existing residential area at the H\u00fclchrather Strasse is being upgraded by a new district development with single and multi-family houses and a central green area.<\/p>\n

\u7eff\u5316\u533a\u57df\u4e2d\u65b0\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3a\u5e7f\u5927\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u73af\u5883\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\u573a\u6240\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u201c\u4e2d\u592e\u6c34\u8f74\u201d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u201c\u751f\u6d3b\u5728Neuss Weckhoven\u201d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u523b\u610f\u7ed3\u5408\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8bed\u8a00\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bed\u8a00\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n

The green area with new public spaces offers a broad section of the population a new place to stay and communicate with a high level of design quality. The main idea of the design concept based of the central water axis. \u2018Living in Neuss Weckhoven\u2019 is a project which deliberately combined the contrast between the orthogonal design language of the architecture and the natural language of the landscape design.<\/p>\n

\u783e\u77f3\u6c34\u9053\u662f\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u5b83\u4ece\u6392\u6c34\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u53d1\u5c55\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u589e\u6dfb\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u6392\u6c34\u6982\u5ff5\u610f\u5728\u5f15\u5bfc\u5c4b\u9876\u6c47\u96c6\u7684\u96e8\u6c34\u901a\u8fc7\u65b0\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u7684\u660e\u6e20\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4f7f\u6c34\u6d3b\u8dc3\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u5b69\u7ae5\u800c\u8a00\u5341\u5206\u5177\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

The gravel waterway is a key feature of the project which develops out of the drainage concept and should demonstrate a natural and sustainable aspect of the project. The drainage concept guides the rainwater of the roof areas through an open channel system in the new residential area and makes the water come alive which is especially nice for the children.<\/p>\n

\u96e8\u6c34\u6536\u96c6\u6e20\u9053\u6700\u7ec8\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u6c34\u8f74\uff0c\u4ec5\u5728\u6b65\u884c\u533a\u88ab\u906e\u76d6\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u533a\u57df\u4fdd\u6301\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u77f3\u5934\u3001\u5824\u575d\u548c\u5404\u79cd\u6c34\u751f\u690d\u7269\u5171\u540c\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u6c34\u9053\u3002\u6c34\u8f74\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u96e8\u6c34\u5f15\u81f3\u84c4\u6c34\u6c60\u4e2d\uff0c\u518d\u4ece\u4e2d\u6e17\u5165\u5230\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u84c4\u6c34\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

The rainwater collecting channels create a water axis. In the most areas the channels are open. They are only covered in walking areas. Different sized stones, barrages and various aquatic plants stage the waterway. The water axis directs the rainwater into a water reservoir and from there the water trickles lets it seep into a larger basin.<\/p>\n
