Fletcher Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a90\u5e74\u4ee3\u672b\uff0c\u65e7\u91d1\u5c71\u4e2d\u592e\u9ad8\u901f\u516c\u8def\u7684\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u4e3a\u5efa\u7acb\u66f4\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u7684\u793e\u533a\u5f00\u8f9f\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u6d77\u65af\u8c37\u4e5f\u7531\u6b64\u91cd\u751f\u3002300 Ivy\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u5b83\u4ece\u4ee5\u524d\u88ab\u9ad8\u67b6\u9ad8\u901f\u516c\u8def\u5360\u7528\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u62d4\u5730\u800c\u8d77\uff0c\u4ee5\u5176\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u6df7\u5408\u7528\u9014\u7279\u70b9\u3001\u878d\u5165\u8857\u666f\u4ee5\u53ca\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u65e7\u91d1\u5c71\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u65b0\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n

Fletcher Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe demolition of the San Francisco Central Freeway in the late 90s sparked the rebirth of Hayes Valley by opening up new development opportunities for a more human scale neighborhood. 300 Ivy is a great example of this new approach as it rises from the land that was previously occupied by the elevated freeway and with its mixed use approach, inviting streetscape and pedestrian friendly spaces represents a new standard for development in San Francisco.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8857\u666f\u662f\u4e3a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u89c4\u5212\u800c\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u8fb9\u754c\u4e24\u4fa7\u7684\u8857\u9053\u79cd\u690d\u533a\u53ef\u5904\u7406\u96e8\u6c34\uff0c\u8fd8\u6cbf\u8857\u5b9e\u65bd\u591a\u9879\u7ebe\u7f13\u4ea4\u901a\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u52a0\u88c5\u4e86\u65b0\u706f\u6ce1\u548c\u4ea4\u901a\u8868\uff1b\u5e38\u9752\u85e4\u8857\u6cbf\u7ebf\u7684\u8857\u9053\u7eff\u5316\u79cd\u690d\u4e86\u9e70\u5634\u8c46\uff0c\u4ee5\u5bb9\u7eb3\u8857\u9053\u6811\u6728\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u4ea4\u901a\u7ebe\u7f13\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u8857\u9053\u666f\u89c2\u7f8e\u5316\u6d3b\u8dc3\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5730\u9762\u5c42\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u79cd\u690d\u8005\u548c\u6811\u4e95\u754c\u5b9a\u4e86\u6d41\u901a\u548c\u6237\u5916\u7528\u9910\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5e38\u9752\u85e4\u548c\u9ad8\u592b\u62d0\u89d2\u5904\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7403\u72b6\u7269\u7531\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u94a2\u62a4\u67f1\u6784\u6210\uff0c\u5b83\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u672a\u6765\u9053\u8def\u53f3\u4fa7\u7684\u6269\u5c55\uff0c\u5e76\u5bb9\u7eb3\u5546\u4e1a\u62d0\u89d2\u5904\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u516c\u56ed\u7eff\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The streetscape of the project is carefully designed for sustainable and social programming. Stormwater is treated within the street planting flanking the boundaries of the property. Traffic calming measures are implemented along Ivy Street with a new bulb out and traffic table; street planting along Ivy Street is designed with chicanes to accommodate street trees and traffic calming measures. Street landscaping enlivens the commercial ground level of the building as planters and tree wells define spaces of circulation and outdoor dining. A new bulbout at the corner of Ivy and Gough is framed by Custom steel bollards and it allows the expansion of the right of way to accommodate a permanent parklet along the commercial corner.<\/p>\n
