SUTPC <\/strong><\/a>: Based on health and nature, the closed isolated green space is integrated into a continuous green corridor, and the bare land excavated by the subway is transformed into an inclusive and democratic urban park belt. While restoring the ecological environment, it creates a rich urban life experience. Here, the park is not only a space carrier for poetic life and cultural memory, but also a catalyst for residents to customize their block life and functional form.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u798f\u7530\u533a\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u4e0a\u6b65\u8def\u6cbf\u7ebf\u7ea63\u516c\u91cc\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e24\u4fa7\u7eff\u5730\uff0c\u517110.3\u4e07\u33a1\u3002\u573a\u5730\u5468\u8fb9\u4ee5\u5c45\u4f4f\u53ca\u751f\u6d3b\u670d\u52a1\u914d\u5957\u529f\u80fd\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u8f90\u5c04\u8fd120\u5ea7\u77e5\u540d\u5b66\u6821\uff0c\u670d\u52a112\u4e07\u8001\u65e7\u5c0f\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u5317\u901a\u94f6\u6e56\u5c71\uff0c\u5357\u63a5\u6df1\u5733\u6cb3\uff0c\u662f\u798f\u7530\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u901a\u5eca\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u52a8\u8109\u3002<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u539f\u4e3a\u5c01\u95ed\u7684\u9053\u8def\u9694\u79bb\u7eff\u5e26\uff0c\u4e8e2010\u5e74\u88ab\u5730\u94c16\u53f7\u7ebf\u5efa\u8bbe\u5f00\u6316\u5360\u7528\uff0c\u76f4\u52302020\u5e74\u5b8c\u5de5\u540e\u624d\u817e\u632a\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u5728\u5468\u8fb9\u57ce\u5e02\u7528\u5730\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6781\u9ad8\uff0c\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u6781\u532e\u4e4f\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd9\u7247\u5c18\u5c01\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u5e26\u72b6\u7a7a\u95f4\u663e\u5f97\u5c24\u4e3a\u73cd\u8d35\u3002<\/p>\n

The project is located in Futian, Shenzhen, including the green space on both sides of the road within about 3 kilometers along Shangbu Road, with a total area of 103,000 square meters. The surrounding area of the site is mainly for living and living service supporting functions. It radiates nearly 20 well-known schools and serves 120,000 residents of old communities. It connects Yinhu Mountain in the north and Shenzhen River in the south. It is an important urban corridor and living artery of Futian.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u6982\u51b5Site Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u573a\u573073%\u4e3a\u5f00\u6316\u6bb5\uff0c\u5730\u8868\u751f\u5883\u906d\u5230\u4e25\u91cd\u7834\u574f\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u6797\u7acb\uff0c\u5783\u573e\u5806\u53e0\uff0c\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u4e4b\u95f4\u6709\u56f4\u680f\u76f8\u9694\uff0c\u5b64\u7acb\u5c01\u95ed\uff0c\u73af\u5883\u6d88\u6781\uff0c\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u6e29\u99a8\u7684\u793e\u533a\u73af\u5883\u548c\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u8857\u9053\u5f62\u6210\u9c9c\u660e\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n

73% of the site is excavated, and the surface habitat has been severely damaged. There are many facilities, garbage piles, and fences between the site and the community. The isolated and closed, environmentally negative site contrasts with the surrounding welcoming community environment and busy city streets.<\/p>\n
