Lab D+H<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u94f6\u57ceKinma Q+ \u9752\u5e74\u793e\u533a\uff08Kinma Q+ Youth Community \uff09 \u662f\u94f6\u57ce\u5730\u4ea7\u4e0e\u817e\u8baf\u5408\u4f5c\u6253\u9020\u7684\u5357\u4eac\u9996\u4e2a\u4e3a\u9752\u5e74\u4eba\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u667a\u6167\u4e92\u8054\u793e\u533a\u3002Lab D+H\u53d7\u94f6\u57ce\u5730\u4ea7\u7684\u59d4\u6258\uff0c\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e00\u96c6\u9752\u5e74\u4eba\u805a\u4f1a\u3001\u793e\u4ea4\u3001\u4f1a\u8c08\u548c\u521b\u4e1a\u4e8e\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u4e4c\u6258\u90a6\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u533a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

Lab D+H<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aLab D+H was commissioned to design the Kinma Youth Commune, Nanjing. This was to be the first international youth community in Nanjing and was to be operated by Yincheng Real Estate and the giant internet mogul\u2013Tecent. The 1.7-hectare Artificial Intelligence (AI) oriented complex brought apartments, hotels, retails, startup incubators and public spaces together, all within one campus.<\/p>\n

\u7ed3\u5408\u573a\u5730\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5 \u201c\u7f18\u5708\u201d \u4f5c\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff1a\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u5706\u5708\u201d\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8bed\u8a00\u521b\u9020\u805a\u96c6\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u7684\u201c\u7f18\u5708\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u56e0\u7f18\u5206\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u573a\u5730\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u201c\u670b\u53cb\u5708\u201d\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u5ea71.7\u516c\u9877\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7ed3\u5408\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4e1a\u6001\u5e03\u7f6e\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u201c\u670b\u53cb\u5708\u201d\uff1a\u8fd0\u52a8\u5708\u3001\u9605\u8bfb\u5708\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u5708\u3001\u4e92\u52a8\u5708\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u5708\u3001\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5708\u548c\u805a\u4f1a\u5708\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cCircle\u201d was used as the central landscape strategy for this mixed-use complex. It involved creating a circle of youth that brought young people together with a spatial language of \u201ccircle\u201d. The commune included various themed \u201ccircles\u201d\u2013 Athletic Circle, Reading Circle, Share Circle, Interactive Circle, Open Circle and Party Circle\u2013 which were linked by a multi-functional path that runs through the whole commune. Many interactive programs that usually took place indoors were brought out to open spaces, greatly exceeding lifestyle expectations of the young residents. Here, the young generation discovered different \u201ccircles\u201d based on their personal interest and also began exploring new lifestyle avenues.<\/p>\n

\u897f\u5317\u5e7f\u573a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u9996\u5148\u5efa\u6210\u5e76\u5bf9\u5916\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u6cbf\u5761\u6d88\u9690\u7684\u53f0\u9636\u548c\u6cbf\u5f27\u62ac\u5347\u7684\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u6811\u6c60\uff0c\u4f18\u96c5\u5730\u5316\u89e3\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u5ba4\u5185\u548c\u5e02\u653f\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u4e4b\u95f41.8\u7c73\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\u3002\u4e00\u6761\u5f27\u5f62\u7684\u5761\u9053\u5c06\u884c\u4eba\u5f15\u5bfc\u81f3\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u524d\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5e7f\u573a\u4e0a\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u201c\u670b\u53cb\u5708\u201d\uff1a\u5267\u573a\u5708\u548c\u4e92\u52a8\u5708\u3002<\/p>\n

Northwest square as a community exhibition area was first built and opened to the public. The steps along the slope and the stainless steel tree ponds that rise along the arc have elegantly resolved the 1.8m height difference between the building’s interior and the city’s sidewalks. A curved ramp leads pedestrians to the front square of the exhibition area, where there are two “friend circles” : the theater circle and the interactive circle.<\/p>\n

The arc-shaped device of the interactive circle spirals up to three meters above the ground, providing various possibilities for the behavior and movement of different poses. At night, a curved strip of light from a perforated steel plate makes the installation a landmark of the square.<\/p>\n
