Atelier du Pont<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aRATP Habitat\u65b0\u603b\u90e8\u521a\u521a\u5728\u5df4\u9ece\u7b2c20\u533a\u5df4\u683c\u8bfa\u83b1\u8857158\u53f7\u843d\u6210\u3002Atelier du Pont\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u8857\u533a\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3a\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e09\u5c42\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u671d\u5357\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u878d\u5408\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c42\u6b21\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u5c34\u5c2c\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u7531\u6b64\u53d8\u5f97\u8212\u9002\u5b9c\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n

Atelier du Pont\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8303\u56f4\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u6709\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u5bb6\u5177\u548c\u6807\u8bc6\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u90fd\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u5171\u540c\u534f\u4f5c\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u5efa\u7b51\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u7075\u6d3b\u53ef\u5347\u7ea7\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u5404\u5de5\u4f5c\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u5c5e\u6027\u3001\u9002\u5e94\u6027\u548c\u56e2\u961f\u534f\u4f5c\u6027\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u65e0\u8bba\u5ba4\u5185\u4e0e\u5ba4\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u90fd\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4eba\u5458\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n

Atelier du Pont<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aRATP Habitat has just received its new headquarters at 158 rue de Bagnolet in Paris\u2019 20th arrondissement. Atelier du Pont designed a wood frame, three-story building for this project nestled amidst a densely constructed block. Sculpted into different levels, the south-facing terraces make the rooftops fully inhabitable, blending architecture and nature.<\/p>\n

The studio also designed all the interior spaces, furniture, and signage, working with the client at all stages to define its new workspaces.<\/p>\n

The interior spaces are flexible and upgradable. Emphasis was given to the sociability, adaptability, and domesticity of the various work areas. The project was designed to promote interaction and exchange among everyone who work here, both in and outdoors.<\/p>\n

RATP Habitat\u7684\u65b0\u603b\u90e8\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4f4f\u5b85\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u7684\u95e8\u5eca\u8fdb\u5165\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u5efa\u7b51\u8986\u76d6\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u5730\u5757\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fbf\u91c7\u7528\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u5c4b\u9876\u82b1\u56ed\u62b5\u6d88\u4e00\u5c42\u5b8c\u5168\u5360\u636e\u7684\u6237\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u652f\u67f1\u548c\u6a2a\u6881\u6846\u67b6\u90fd\u7528\u80f6\u5408\u5c42\u538b\u6728\u6750\u5236\u6210\u3002\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7acb\u9762\u7f51\u683c\u4e0e\u539f\u6765\u7684\u505c\u8f66\u7ed3\u6784\u6574\u9f50\u547c\u5e94\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u5730\u4e0b\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u8fd4\u5de5\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728\u65bd\u5de5\u671f\u95f4\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u90bb\u8fd1\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u566a\u97f3\u6c61\u67d3\u3002<\/p>\n

The new RATP Habitat headquarters are accessed through the portico of a housing complex. The building takes up the entire parcel, and so, the space that is fully occupied on the ground level is offset by the succession of open rooftop gardens. Its post and beam framework is in glued-laminated timber. The grid of the timber framework is aligned onto the existing parking structure, limiting the structural rework below ground. During the construction, this method lowered noise levels for the neighboring buildings.<\/p>\n

The space is organized around two patios and an atrium that distribute natural light evenly across the entire building and provide an effective source of natural ventilation.<\/p>\n

The services (bathrooms, reprographics, storage, and others) were consolidated along the north side of the building to create large workspaces that can be reconfigured at will.<\/p>\n

The green rooftops are for RATP Habitat employees to enjoy. With full exposure to the sun, they allow people work and relax, all while being in the middle of Paris. Plant-filled beds and pots line punctuate the various spaces on these terraces, where people can come to have lunch, take a break, chat with their colleagues, or engage in soft athletic activities such as yoga or ping-pong. The uppermost level is entirely devoted to a vegetable garden.<\/p>\n

The building\u2019s interior layout fundamentally disrupts the traditional office model to meet the needs of today\u2019s workspaces: flexibility, upgradability, multiple use, and creativity. It provides a good balance between the individual and the collective. The spaces were designed to be occupied in different ways throughout the day, from work to coffee breaks, relaxation, meetings, videoconferences, and beyond.<\/p>\n

With its abstract, geometric evocation of trees, Atelier YokYok\u2019s sculpture Bois Debout fills the entire height of the 13-meter-tall atrium. The seats at its base turn the space into an agora where people can meet to talk and exchange ideas or simply take a break.<\/p>\n
