TK Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u6253\u9020\u201c\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u76f8\u4ea4\u878d\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u201d\uff0c\u4e3a\u5e74\u8f7b\u4e00\u4ee3\u63d0\u4f9b\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u6c1b\u56f4\u548c\u9690\u79c1\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u573a\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5de7\u5999\u5229\u7528\u591a\u5c42\u6b21\u68af\u7530\u5f0f\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u8ba9\u6237\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u6700\u5927\u5316\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u9690\u79c1\u5ea6\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5f3a\u8c03\u7a7a\u95f4\u5212\u5206\u548c\u7a81\u51fa\u5404\u81ea\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u8ba9\u6240\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u90fd\u80fd\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\u4eab\u53d7\u5230\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

TK Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe concept for the Base Sukhumvit 50 project is \u2013 Interlace between Landscape and the Living Environment that provides both dynamic vibe and privacy for younger generation. Although the property is limited, all outdoor space will be maximized by creating levels of terraces, which will enhance privacy for residents. The awareness of spatial characters and division will be emphasized so that all users can enjoy the nice landscape at all corners.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u4e24\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u521b\u9020\u201c\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u4ea4\u7ec7\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u201d\u3002\u9996\u5148\u662f\u8ba9\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u76f8\u878d\uff0c\u4ece\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u51e0\u4f55\u56fe\u6848\u548c\u989c\u8272\u4e2d\u6c72\u53d6\u7075\u611f\uff0c\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56fe\u5f62\u8fd0\u7528\u5230\u666f\u89c2\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5f62\u6210\u7edf\u4e00\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8bed\u8a00\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u666f\u89c2\u603b\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u666f\u89c2\u5f62\u6001\u3001\u94fa\u88c5\u56fe\u6848\u7b49\u5143\u7d20\u90fd\u6709\u8fd0\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

We are interlacing the landscape in two ways. Firstly, the landscape is interlaced with the architecture. Inspired by the geometrical pattern and the colors of the building fa\u00e7ade, we have adapted this graphic into landscape design to form a strong design language for the entire project. The geometrical graphics that have been applied on landscape masterplan, landscape forms, paving pattern and other elements.<\/p>\n
