Tierra Design (S) Pte Ltd<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u8d64\u9053\u96e8\u6797\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e00\u79cd\u539f\u4ea7\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5e76\u5728\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u65b9\u6709\u6240\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u5e38\u7eff\u9614\u53f6\u6811\u9999\u7070\u8389\u6728(Cyrtophyllum fragrans) \u547d\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n

Tierra Design (S) Pte Ltd<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aNamed after the Tembusu tree (Cyrtophyllum fragrans) an evergreen hardwood tree native to Singapore and found elsewhere in South East Asia, the Project\u2019s landscape design adopts an equatorial rain-forest theme.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u4e1a\u5c40\uff08PUB\uff09\u7684\u201cABC\u201d\u6c34\u7ba1\u7406\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u6355\u83b7\u548c\u6ede\u7559\u96e8\u6c34\u7684\u94f0\u63a5\u5f0f\u6c34\u666f\uff0c\u90c1\u90c1\u8471\u8471\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u5ead\u9662\u3001\u690d\u8349\u6c9f\u548c\u96e8\u6c34\u82b1\u56ed\u5c0f\u6eaa\u8d2f\u7a7f\u573a\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

Singapore\u2019s PUB Active, Beautiful and Clean (ABC) rain-water management program was adopted for this project. Through articulated water features which capture and retain rainwater, lush green gardens, vegetated swales and rain garden streams abound.<\/p>\n

\u73b0\u573a\u79cd\u690d\u4e86\u9999\u7070\u8389\u6728\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u633a\u6c34\u690d\u7269\u4ee5\u53ca\u96e8\u6797\u51a0\u5c42\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5e2e\u52a9\u6539\u5584\u548c\u52a0\u5f3a\u96e8\u6797\u73af\u5883\u3002 \u4ece\u6218\u7565\u4e0a\u8bb2\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4fdd\u5b58\u3001\u622a\u7559\u3001\u8fc7\u6ee4\u548c\u51c0\u5316\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u96e8\u6c34\uff0c\u5e76\u6700\u7ec8\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

Tembusu and other emergent and canopy trees were planted on the site to help enhance and to reinforce the rain-forest environment. Strategically, the project conserves, harvests, filters and cleanses the captured rain-water which is eventually recycled and reused.<\/p>\n
