SHUISHI<\/strong><\/a>:\u00a0 Over the past decades, China’s rapid urbanization and industrialization have developed the cities and strengthened the industry. However, unbalanced and uncoordinated development between the urban and rural areas have become increasingly prominent. Rural vitalization, put forward as a national strategy, makes it an inevitable need for cities to nurture the rural areas and for the industry to nurture the agriculture. Rural vitalization aims to bring back the charm of the countryside, extend and boost the Chinese culture contained in the countryside, and attract more young people and entrepreneurial talent to return to the countryside, to vitalize industries, and make farmers richer and the countryside more beautiful.<\/p>\n

01 \u521d\u89c1\u674e\u7a91\uff1a\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u8574\u9c9c\u660e\u7684\u7f8e\u4e3d\u4e61\u6751\u00a0 Liyao Village at First Sight: Beautiful Countryside with Distinct Cultural Heritage<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u6625\u65e5\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0b\u5348\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u6765\u5230\u5949\u8d24\u674e\u7a91\u6751\u3002\u674e\u7a91\u6751\u662f\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u7b2c\u4e09\u6279\u4e61\u6751\u632f\u5174\u793a\u8303\u6751\uff0c 2019\u5e74\u901a\u8fc7\u7f8e\u4e3d\u4e61\u6751\u8bc4\u9009\uff0c\u5728\u6574\u4f53\u7684\u4e61\u6751\u808c\u7406\u98ce\u8c8c\u4e0a\u6709\u4e86\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5927\u7247\u7684\u6c34\u7a3b\u7530\uff0c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6cb3\u9053\u6c34\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u5316\u5df2\u6210\u578b\u3002\u8fdb\u5165\u6751\u53e3\u7684\u6751\u53f2\u9986\uff0c\u9547\u9886\u5bfc\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u674e\u7a91\u56e0\u660e\u6e05\u65f6\u671f\u674e\u59d3\u5927\u65cf\u5357\u8fc1\u9752\u6eaa\u4e1c\u5357\uff0c\u7f6e\u7530\u9020\u5c4b\uff0c\u5f00\u7816\u7a91\u591a\u5ea7\uff0c\u6240\u4ea7\u9752\u7816\u91cf\u5927\u8d28\u4f18\u800c\u95fb\u540d\u9050\u8fe9\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u6162\u6162\u5f62\u6210\u674e\u7a91\u6751\uff0c\u6709\u7740\u81ea\u8eab\u9c9c\u660e\u7684\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u8574\u3002<\/p>\n

One spring afternoon, the design team came to Liyao Village of Fengxian District for the first time. Liyao Village was listed in the third batch of rural vitalization demonstration villages in Shanghai. It was rated as a beautiful village in 2019. It has a good foundation in the overall rural landscape texture, featuring vast stretches of paddy fields, rich river system, and well-established basic greening landscape. In the village history museum at the entrance of the village, the town leaders said that Liyao enjoyed widespread renown because in the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Li clan moved southward to settle down in the southeast of Qingxi, bought fields and built houses, and ran a number of brick kilns, producing large quantity of quality black bricks. On this basis, the Liyao Village slowly formed, with its own distinct cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
