\u4f73\u8054\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5e7f\u5dde\u62db\u5546\u00b7\u91d1\u5c71\u8c37\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u73b0\u72b6\u548c\u5730\u7406\u6587\u8109\u6df7\u7f16\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u63a2\u7d22\uff0c\u800c\u5b83\u7684\u7740\u8ff7\u4e4b\u5904\u4e0d\u662f\u4f20\u7edf\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u586b\u8865\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u65f6\u95f4\u4e2d\u98ce\u666f\u7684\u518d\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n

JL Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCMPD Jinshangu is an exploratory project to well mix the location with the geographic context there. What is fascinating about it is not the arrangement of traditional functions or the consummation of interests, but the representation of time-framed scenes.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5357\u4fa7\u539f\u6709\u4e00\u6e56\u4f53\uff0c\u5317\u4fa7\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u6e56\u4f53\u95f4\u6709\u4e24\u7c73\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u6e56\u4f53\u4e4b\u95f4\u5efa\u7acb\u60c5\u611f\u7684\u3001\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd1\u671f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9500\u552e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u524d\u573a\uff0c\u8fdc\u671f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9152\u5e97\u540e\u5ead\u8fd9\u4e00\u529f\u80fd\u53e0\u7f6e\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u9762\u4e34\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6311\u6218\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

On the south is a lake, which has a 2m discrepancy in elevation against the building on the north. How to set up an affective and spacial bond between the building and the lake, and how to transform the Sales Center in the earlier stage to the hotel backyard in the later stage, has become the biggest challenge for us.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8df3\u8131\u51fa\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u573a\u5730\u63a8\u6f14\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u5f62\u800c\u4e0a\u201d\u7684\u89c6\u89d2\u91cd\u65b0\u5ba1\u89c6\u8fd9\u4e00\u573a\u6240\u3002\u4e8e\u662f\u4e4e\u9762\u671d\u5927\u6d77\uff0c\u6625\u6696\u82b1\u5f00\uff0c\u539f\u6709\u7684\u6c60\u5858\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u5927\u6d77\uff0c\u4e24\u7c73\u7684\u9ad8\u5dee\u4e3a\u6d77\u6d6a\u548c\u7901\u77f3\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6f14\u7ece\u7684\u6e29\u5e8a\uff0c\u884c\u8d70\u7684\u98ce\u666f\u5c06\u4f1a\u4e32\u63a5\u8d77\u4e00\u5e45\u5e45\u843d\u821f\u3001\u8e0f\u6d6a\u3001\u8fc7\u7901\u3001\u7a7f\u5ca9\u3001\u89c2\u65e5\u7684\u610f\u5883\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u201c\u610f\u5883\u201d\u65e2\u662f\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u7edf\u9886\uff0c\u53c8\u662f\u5bf9\u5e7f\u4e1c\u8fd9\u4e00\u767e\u5e74\u6d77\u6ee8\u7701\u5e02\u5927\u5730\u7406\u73af\u5883\u7684\u81f4\u656c\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u7684\u573a\u5730\u6e38\u8d70\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u5728\u9759\u6b62\u4e4b\u5f62\u4e0e\u6d41\u52a8\u4e4b\u52bf\u4e2d\u7684\u884c\u541f\u3002<\/p>\n

Here, to survey this location anew, we discard the deductive design method and take on a metaphysical perspective. Just imagine that the lake becomes a sea and the 2m discrepancy in elevation is billowing waves with reefs hidden in. Then a vivid imaginary picture of someone setting sail, treading waves, steering away from reefs, travelling through rocks and watching the sunrise will conjure up. This imaginary picture is the guideline of expectations for this location and also a salute to the great geographic environment of century-old coastal Guangdong. A tour of the location here is like a chant for a static pattern and the flowing motion within.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u5e02\u653f\u9053\u8f6c\u8fdb\u6765\uff0c\u5e7b\u5316\u7684\u6ee9\u6d82\u6258\u8d77\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6848\u540d\u3002\u7ed5\u6ee9\u800c\u8fc7\uff0c\u51e0\u5757\u7901\u77f3\u6210\u4e3a\u524d\u573a\u5c0f\u61a9\u7684\u843d\u811a\u5904\u3002\u800c\u6b63\u5bf9\u4e24\u7c73\u843d\u5dee\uff0c\u5219\u5f62\u6210\u7531\u6d77\u6d6a\u65e5\u591c\u51b2\u5237\u53d8\u6210\u7684\u5ca9\u58c1\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u628a\u5efa\u7b51\u4fa7\u9762\u5f53\u6210\u51b2\u5929\u800c\u51fa\u7684\u6d77\u6d6a\uff0c\u6d6a\u82b1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c42\u5c42\u53e0\u53e0\u7684\u5ca9\u77f3\u6216\u51fa\u6311\uff0c\u6216\u7f13\u8dcc\uff0c\u6216\u805a\u62e2\uff0c\u6216\u5206\u6563\u51fa\u77f3\u5757\uff0c\u9ed1\u767d\u53e0\u52a0\uff0c\u5149\u5f71\u6591\u9a73\u3002\u6700\u5177\u89c6\u89c9\u51b2\u51fb\u529b\u7684\u60ac\u6311\u7901\u77f3\uff0c\u5219\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82b1\u6797\u5939\u9053\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u5904\uff0c\u5f15\u5bfc\u7740\u4eba\u4eec\u671d\u91cc\u8d70\u53bb\u3002<\/p>\n

Enter through the road, and you can catch the sight of the name of the project on a mimic mud flat. Bypass the mud flat, and you can take a rest on one of the several reefs. Opposite to the reefs are 2m palisades caused by washout of waves day and night. Here, we can imagine the sides of building as sea waves surging to the sky. Under the waves, rocks stick out, lay low, cluster up, or splutter stones, in a black-and-white tone, shed by sunlight. The most striking is the overhanging reef at the entrance of the flowery path, guiding people to go inside.<\/p>\n

After detouring the flowery forest like passing through a grotto, you can see a view of tranquility and euphoria right before your eyes. The undulating waves in ebb as imagined from the 2m discrepancy in elevation, along with the gradational heights of the building’s facade, make up a picture in which a sea and land meet, with sea water left in the stone pits on the mud flat.<\/p>\n

Ascend the stairs like skipping about on a reef flat, and you’ll arrive at the entrance of the building. Now take a look back at the imaginary sea, the mud flat, the rippling water terrace, and things in the distance. Then a sense of secular seclusion may arise from your heart. Feel free to gazing at the sky and clouds, let your mind wander while holding a novel in your hand, and even dance the waltz on the water barefoot. That is exactly joviality and romance on a sea beach. When darkness descends, “lights on fishing boats” dotting the sea, people saunter on the “beach” to have a leisurely time with their family after a day’s work. The sea, the sky, and the bright moon in the starry sky, framed into a picture, everything now is at peace.<\/p>\n

As a whole, the location here has three types of scenes, which corresponds to the profundity of height, the profundity of depth and the profundity of distance – the three top approaches to present spaces in Chinese painting. These scenes catch the instant motions of the sea and the reefs, as well as the dynamism of light and shade in times. In different perspectives of the flowing motions, these scenes will present different kinetic sensation.<\/p>\n

We hope to make this project begin with “pattern” and end up with “motion”. Pattern is static, while “motion” is dynamic. This time, by fusing perpetuity with fluctuation and expressing “motion” as “pattern”, we finally make a chant for a static pattern and the flowing motion within.<\/p>\n
