Workshop, Design + Construction<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aCasa Maca\u662f\u8bde\u751f\u4e8e\u201c\u6ce2\u83f2\u91cc\u5965\u201d\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u4e00\u5ea7\u5386\u53f2\u5c45\u6240\uff0c\u4e0e\u6885\u91cc\u8fbe\u5e02\u7684\u4e00\u6761\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u8857\u9053\u76f8\u6bd7\u90bb\u3002\u8eab\u5904\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u8bbf\u5ba2\u4eff\u4f5b\u88ab\u5e26\u56de\u5230\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u5c81\u6708\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u3001\u808c\u7406\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u6df1\u6df1\u5438\u5f15\u7740\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n

Workshop, Design + Construction<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aLocated a few steps from one of the most emblematic avenues of the city of M\u00e9rida, Casa Maca is a historic former residence from the Porfiriato era. Visitors are transported to the past, where they are easily captivated by the vitality of the structure\u2019s colors and textures.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5386\u53f2\u5c45\u6240\u7684\u4fee\u590d\u79fb\u9664\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u7684\u53d7\u635f\u9970\u9762\uff0c\u968f\u4e4b\u663e\u9732\u51fa\u539f\u59cb\u5899\u58c1\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u5de5\u827a\u54c1\u8d28\u3002\u539f\u59cb\u7684\u3001\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u5916\u7684\u780c\u77f3\u88ab\u4fdd\u7559\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u7528\u6d45\u8272\u7ebf\u811a\u88c5\u88f1\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u5b9b\u82e5\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e2a\u6027\u5316\u7684\u827a\u672f\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n

After removing any damaged finishings during restoration, the excellent quality of workmanship with which the original walls were built is easy to appreciate. The original, freshly exposed stone masonry was preserved and framed by lightly colored moldings, as though they are their own works of art.<\/p>\n

\u8fde\u63a5\u8d77\u5c45\u5ba4\u548c\u7535\u89c6\u5c4b\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6761\u8d70\u5eca\u4e0a\u65b9\u7684\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u91c7\u7528\u91d1\u5c5e\u6881\u548c\u6728\u6258\u6881\u5efa\u9020\uff0c\u5e76\u7528\u4e0e\u7ebf\u811a\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u8272\u8c03\u8fdb\u884c\u4fee\u590d\u8c03\u548c\uff0c\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u4e2d\u6027\u7684\u8272\u611f\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u4e00\u6765\uff0c\u5730\u677f\u4e0a\u4e94\u989c\u516d\u8272\u7684\u9762\u7816\u548c\u5899\u4e0a\u7684\u77f3\u5934\u7eb9\u7406\u4fbf\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e3b\u89d2\u7126\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

The historic ceilings located over the first corridor (where the living and TV rooms are located) are constructed with metal beams and wooden joists and were restored in the same tones as the moldings, obtaining a neutral palette. This leaves the role of protagonist to the colorful pasta tiles found on the floors and to the stone texture on the walls.<\/p>\n
