The earliest gardens can be traced back to the Mesopotamian civilization. Building a garden will bring us physical pleasure and psychological benefits. It is peaceful, free and peaceful. The garden strengthens the connection between man and nature in a unique way. The beauty of the landscape will also have a positive effect on our psychology, which can help us calm our mind and even comfort the injured mind.<\/p>\n

\u4eba\u7c7b\u603b\u662f\u6267\u7740\u4e8e\u5c06\u4e00\u65b9\u571f\u5730\u53d8\u6210\u4e50\u56ed\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u73b0\u8c61\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u4eba\u7c7b\u5bf9\u5b81\u9759\u7965\u548c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e73\u8861\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u8ffd\u6c42\uff0c\u800c\u82b1\u56ed\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u5230\u5e78\u798f\u548c\u8212\u9002\u30022020\u5e74\u4e1a\u4e3b\u627e\u5230Z+D\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u91cd\u5e86\u95f9\u5e02\u5efa\u4e00\u5ea7\u7279\u522b\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u6b64\u65f6\u75ab\u60c5\u8086\u8650\u5168\u56fd\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u5145\u6ee1\u7126\u8651\u4e0e\u4e0d\u5b89\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u5e0c\u671b\u5c06\u9879\u76ee\u6253\u9020\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u8da3\u5473\u573a\u5730\u3001\u4ea4\u6d41\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u8ba9\u4eba\u4f53\u9a8c\u5230\u9633\u5149\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u6109\u60a6\u3001\u8212\u5c55\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Human beings have always been obsessed with turning a piece of land into a paradise, a phenomenon that reflects the pursuit of tranquility and peace as well as balance and freedom, and gardens make us feel happy and comfortable. 2020 the owner approached Z+D design team to build a special garden in downtown Chongqing, at a time when the epidemic was ravaging the country and the whole city was full of anxiety and anxiety. The design team wanted to make the project a fun venue, a communication space, as a way to create a garden space where people can experience sunshine, freedom, pleasure and stretching.<\/p>\n

The project is located halfway up Wanghai Flower Market on Hongfan Road in Jiangbei District, Chongqing, which is the largest flower and bird market in the main city. It has become a habit of Chongqing people to visit the Wanghai Flower Market on weekends and buy flowers for home, and the market is like a “garden” in the city, attracting thousands of people to come here every day. In this “big garden” to build a “small garden”, away from the daily life scene, into the outdoor space experience, is the original design of this garden.<\/p>\n

\u539f\u59cb\u573a\u5730\u72ed\u7a84\u3001\u5c40\u4fc3\uff0c\u4e14\u7626\u957f\uff0c\u662f\u5c71\u5761\u4e0a\u957f\u6761\u5f62\u53f0\u5730\u4e2d\u8f83\u4e3a\u5e73\u7f13\u7684\u4e00\u6bb5\u3002\u573a\u5730\u5468\u8fb9\u9ad8\u538b\u7ebf\u6797\u7acb\uff0c\u6742\u8349\u4e1b\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n

The original site was narrow, confined, and long and skinny, a gentler section of the long terrace on the hillside. The site is surrounded by high voltage lines and overgrown with weeds.<\/p>\n

The long and thin site is divided into four interspersed and independent gardens according to the function of the space, and the building is arranged in the center of the site to serve as a top and bottom.

We wanted to borrow the image depicted in Tao Yuanming’s “TAOHUAYUANJI” to form a canyon through time as a way to define the space attributed to the city and given to the garden.<\/p>\n

The use of tall mirrored walls on both sides of the canyon creates a visually “infinite” spatial experience, which also creates a strong visual impact for every visitor entering the garden. At the same time, the boundary between human and nature is blurred. People are in the mirror, and the mirror is in the scene.<\/p>\n

After placing the main building, the front field of the garden has little space and is a space that lacks depth. The designer wanted to create an infinite landscape experience in a limited space, and used the concept of infinite circulation to create a pathway that allows people to visit the exquisite floral habitat again and again.<\/p>\n

Because the garden is built on the hillside and attached to the boundary of the site, we were able to create hidden windows looking out over the city. It allows people to be in deep contact with nature in the view, but also to watch the downtown crowd from the window.<\/p>\n

Garden is more or less regarded as a means of expression in various cultures. “Garden” not only meets some basic needs of human beings, but also becomes an important carrier for transmitting philosophy or stream of consciousness. This is the center of the whole garden and the best place to link life and nature. You can talk with nature and the city here<\/p>\n

Starting from the base itself, the design team scientifically planned the plant space around the building, making full use of its own ability to purify air and water, creating a more comfortable living environment and allowing the building to grow in the garden.<\/p>\n

Designer’s words: in Z+D, we cherish every project. The garden in this case is a low-cost project, and the operation team comes from all walks of life. During the design process, the owner also fully respects the designer and rarely interferes with the creation, which is a very enjoyable design experience for me. At the same time, due to the limited budget, the materials selected by the design team are based on easy construction and long-term use for later maintenance.
