\u8fd9\u7247\u5e7f\u9614\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4f4d\u4e8e\u88ab\u66b4\u98ce\u96e8\u7834\u574f\u7684\u5730\u57df\u5185\u3002\u66b4\u98ce\u96e8\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u65e5\u76ca\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5929\u6c14\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u5df2\u7ecf\u7ed9\u5965\u9a6c\u54c8\u793e\u533a\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4f17\u591a\u623f\u5c4b\u3001\u519c\u573a\u635f\u6bc1\u5728\u5185\u7684\u8d8510\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u635f\u5931\u3002Meyer\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u7ba1\u7406\u96e8\u6c34\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fd8\u5c06\u628a\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u6da8\u843d\u73b0\u8c61\u5448\u73b0\u5230\u4eba\u4eec\u9762\u524d\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u4eba\u4eec\u66f4\u81ea\u89c9\u5730\u89c2\u5bdf\u81ea\u7136\u4e16\u754c\u3002<\/p>\n

The expansive site lies within a watershed ravaged by storms \u2014 an increasingly common weather pattern that has cost the Omaha community many homes, farms, and more than a billion dollars in damages recently. Meyer Studio\u2019s goal was to go beyond managing stormwater and instead bring nature\u2019s ebb and force to the foreground and encourage people to be more conscious observers of the natural world.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u873f\u8712\u6d41\u6dcc\u5728\u5730\u9762\u7684\u96d5\u5851\u822c\u7684\u571f\u5236\u5bb9\u5668\uff0c\u660e\u663e\u5730\u6807\u8bb0\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u53d8\u5316\u6765\u63d0\u5347\u751f\u6001\u610f\u8bc6\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u571f\u5236\u5bb9\u5668\u7f13\u89e3\u6d2a\u6c34\u662f\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u8be5\u65b9\u6848\u7b56\u7565\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u8865\u5145\u542b\u6c34\u5c42\u3001\u91cd\u5efa\u539f\u751f\u6797\u5730\u548c\u6e7f\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u901a\u8fc7\u91cd\u65b0\u5f15\u5165\u8349\u539f\u690d\u88ab\u6765\u6062\u590d\u73cd\u8d35\u7684\u8868\u5c42\u571f\u58e4\u3002<\/p>\n

Through a series of sculptural earthen water vessels that flow sinuously across the land, we are elevating ecological awareness by visibly marking time and change. While flood mitigation via these earthen vessels is central to the sustainability solution, the strategy includes replenishing aquifers, reestablishing native woodlands and wetlands, and restoring precious topsoil by reintroducing prairie grasses.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u4fdd\u62a4\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u65b9\u6cd5\u56e0\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u5230\u8bbf\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u800c\u5f97\u5230\u8865\u5145\u5b8c\u5584\u3002\u8d85\u8fc714\u82f1\u91cc\u7684\u65e0\u969c\u788d\u6b65\u9053\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee500\u82f1\u4ea9\u7684\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u5965\u9a6c\u54c8\u7684 \u201c\u63a2\u7d22\u4e4b\u8def\u201d\u76f8\u8fde\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6b65\u9053\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u5965\u9a6c\u54c8\u591a\u6a21\u5f0f\u6b65\u9053\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4f53\u9a8c\u8352\u91ce\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u6816\u606f\u751f\u7269\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n

This holistic approach to safeguarding biodiversity is complemented by the fact that people can easily access it and participate with it.\u00a0 Over fourteen miles of universally accessible trails extend throughout the project\u2019s 500 acres and connect with Omaha\u2019s \u201cPaths of Discovery\u201d network. These thoroughfares bring greater continuity to Omaha\u2019s multi-modal trail network and give all residents the life-affirming opportunity to experience wild lands and their inhabitants.<\/p>\n

To further culture and support the arts Heartwood\u2019s amenities will include amphitheaters and intimate festival spaces that accommodate a wide array of public happenings. A preserved barn and silo are being carefully restored and will be a fitting home to annual seasonal celebrations that foster belonging and celebration.<\/p>\n

To further recognize the region\u2019s agricultural past and present, Heartwood neighborhood includes orchards, a community greenhouse and activity center. Marked nature trails enhance the opportunity to connect with the land.<\/p>\n
