Change Studio<\/strong><\/a>: There are several famous lakes in Ningbo city, JiuLong Lake is the smallest one among those. Walking by the lake, the skyline is no longer an endless lake, but rolling hills can be seen. People are surrounded by nature here, and the nearby lakes and mountains are more intimate.<\/p>\n

The site is located on the shores of Jiulong Lake, and the depth into nature makes this project unique. During the progress, we have experienced the four seasons, the mountain mudflat, the bayberry forest of hundred years, the rising sunrise and the sunset afterglow, which makes us more in awe of this land.<\/p>\n

\u7528\u5730\u5468\u8fb9\u5177\u5907\u591a\u5904\u51fa\u6e38\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u591a\u6b21\u8d70\u8bbf\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63a2\u5bfb\u5230\u666f\u533a\u91cc\u7684\u53e4\u6751\u843d\u9057\u5740\u3001\u77f3\u677f\u6c9f\u6e20\u3001\u5bfa\u5e99\u8001\u6811\u3001\u6c11\u5c45\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u90fd\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u957f\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u5c71\u6797\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u5b66\u7740\u5982\u4f55\u5411\u81ea\u7136\u6c72\u53d6\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u53c8\u4e0d\u53bb\u7834\u574f\u539f\u59cb\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u4e0e\u795e\u79d8\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u51fa\u6e38\u7684\u666f\u533a\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u516c\u5171\u914d\u5957\u5374\u6709\u7f3a\u5931\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3\u5f00\u53d1\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fdd\u6301\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u7684\u656c\u754f\u5fc3\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u4f4e\u5e72\u9884\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u4ecb\u5165\u8fd9\u7247\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5e73\u8861\u4eba\u5de5\u4ecb\u5165\u7684\u75d5\u8ff9\uff0c\u5c06\u81ea\u7136\u5b8c\u6574\u4fdd\u7559\u3002\u5728\u5f53\u4e0b\u57ce\u5e02\u9ad8\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5927\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e00\u7247\u5fc3\u5b89\u7684\u5e87\u62a4\u4e4b\u5730\u7559\u7ed9\u6e56\u6c34\u4e0e\u5c71\u6797\u3002<\/p>\n

There are many tourist destinations around the site. During our many visits, we found that the ancient village ruins, slate ditches, old temple trees, dwellings and buildings in the scenic area all grow naturally in various mountains and forests. Here people learn how to draw from nature without destroying the original beauty and mystery. As a scenic spot for people to travel, there is a lack of public facilities here, so appropriate development is necessary. So we hope that while the meeting the development needs, the overall design maintains a sense of reverence for the site, intervenes in the land with the lowest intervention, balances the traces of manual intervention, and preserves the natural integrity. In the current situation of rapid urban development, we can still keep it as a shelter for the peace, and leave it to lakes and mountains.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u89c4\u5212\u521d\u671f\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u63a2\u8ba8\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u201c\u751f\u957f\u4e8e\u6b64\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6751\u843d\u6709\u673a\u4f53\u201d\u7684\u613f\u666f\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c1d\u8bd5\u5c06\u697c\u680b\u4e09\u4e94\u6210\u7fa4\u5730\u62c6\u5206\u4e3a\u81ea\u7531\u7fa4\u843d\uff0c\u5e76\u6253\u6563\u539f\u6709\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u539f\u59cb\u5c71\u8109\u6d41\u6dcc\u81f3\u6e56\u8fb9\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0a\u5efa\u7acb\u591a\u6761\u5c0f\u9547\u98ce\u666f\u52a8\u7ebf\uff0c\u5c06\u5efa\u8bbe\u6307\u6807\u5206\u89e3\u5e76\u7f6e\u5165\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u7247\u539f\u59cb\u5c71\u6797\u4e4b\u5185\u3002\u81ea\u6b64\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u521b\u9020\u7684\u672a\u6765\u751f\u6d3b\u7248\u56fe\u4e5f\u662f\u4e5d\u9f99\u6e56\u666f\u533a\u914d\u5957\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

The landscape architects involved at the beginning of the planning. Through discussions with the architects, we proposed the vision of a “complete village organism growing here”. We tried to split the buildings into free communities in groups of three or five, and break up the original layout, while establishing multiple small town scenic lines on the natural structure of the original mountains flowing to the lake, and decomposing the construction indicators and placing them in such a primitive mountain forest. Since then, the future life map created by the project has also been part of the supporting facilities of the Jiulong Lake Scenic Area.<\/p>\n

We hope that such a newly developed “living town” can be accepted by this land, and also expect that the town should have its own “square”, “market”, “canteen”, “dock”, “station” Visitors from outside or local residents can also use this series of freely dispersed public places as a transit point to unfold the life on the island and bay area.<\/p>\n

Under the concept of the overall village organism, the “Forest Canteen” located in north bay area came into being. As a part of the living facilities in the future bay area, the canteen is completely external, and becomes the epitome of the entire village, and has the first area to open the future life of the bay area. As the first stop in the town, the “canteen” will not only satisfy the appetite, but also become the starting point or reception place for visitors. It connects the path of the mountains and forests of North Island and the path leading to the shore of south bay area, and even works as a public station in the entire Jiulong Lake scenic area, and presents the life atmosphere first.<\/p>\n

In the first demonstration of the streamline and layout of the “Forest Canteen”, the form of the early large-scale buildings was denied many times, because this lake bay does not need a large reinforced concrete box. In the design stage, the functions were separated into multiple small-scale structures as much as possible, and the building height was kept as low as possible to integrate into the original lake view. Although the buildings in the site are scattered, through the smooth tour route, multiple independent structures are effectively connected in series, and the design of different elevations is used to make each corner rich in its own spatial characteristics, while providing a complete natural village roaming experience.<\/p>\n

Borrowing the municipal opening of the future planned road to form one of the entrances of the village, which can be permanently reserved for future use, the design strives to retain and utilize the original growth of the large camphor forest, and a small platform overlooking the lower village is built here, and introduced into the forest from the east side to complete the functions and scales required by the entrance with minimal influence.<\/p>\n

Walking down the floating steps and entering the grove in the lower part, it forms a strong contrast with the upper space, and the change of elevation brings about the transformation of scene and mood. The sequence of the interior of the village unfolds from this, and the line of sight is wider. The sight passes through the artificially replanted woods on one side, and the sparkling light of the lake in the distance can be seen, and the original wildness is still preserved.<\/p>\n

From the small stones at the bottom of the pool to the large stones with stable terrain and soil on both sides, the most characteristic landscape here is formed. At the same time, crossing the ditch also implies entering the “territory” of the village. In order to make the vegetation more vigorously attached to the stone wall, designers and the local construction team innovatively searched for a local moss to be used in the joints of the large stone retaining wall. The original camphor in the site were preserved and given a new mission in the design, becoming the most characteristic and spiritual symbol of the site.<\/p>\n

In the process, the connection between several buildings is deliberately cut and disappears into the water tray of the courtyard. There is a water collection hole in the water tray, and the overflow is completed at a specific water level. The mountains and lakes are naturally there. Through the project, we have been insisting on our planting discovery. We try to use the small seedlings in the native forest as a medium to bring nature to the space within reach of people. The light and swaying branches and leaves soften the hard roads, walls and stony streams, such as the rock flower border in front of the retaining wall, the rosemary garden between the wooden platforms, the cannabis leaf zelan growing in the crevices of the stony stream, and so on. The natural patch-like planting method reserves space for the growth and reproduction of plants, and the rest of the surprises only need to be left to time. Today, the “new residents” in these scenes take root, sprout and grow naturally here, and together with mountains, forests and lakes, they have become a better nature.<\/p>\n
