For the lawn golf course grass was used which offered good resistance to trampling and improves the drainage efficiency of the grass base to ensure the rate of survival of the lawn. The planting boundary around the perimeter is a combination of subtropical seasonal plants used to reflect the characteristics of the area whilst creating a dense biophilic contrast to the open lawn. Feature trees planted in clusters define the offices tower and entrances.
