Chain + Siman<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5c0f\u5c4b\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5e03\u62c9\u6c83\u8c37\u7684Rancho Av\u00e1ndaro\u6e56\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4ece\u5468\u56f4\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6c72\u53d6\u7075\u611f\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e29\u99a8\u800c\u4f18\u96c5\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002<\/p>\n

\u671d\u5357\u7684\u53cc\u9ad8\u5bbd\u655e\u7a7a\u95f4\u501f\u6e56\u666f\u7a81\u51fa\u4e86\u4e0e\u5916\u90e8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u5c0f\u5c4b\u6574\u4f53\u91c7\u7528\u94a2\u7b4b\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u7ed3\u6784\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u514b\u670d\u56e0\u5730\u9762\u9760\u8fd1\u6c34\u4f53\u800c\u975e\u5e38\u677e\u6563\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n

Wide south-facing double-height spaces accentuate the connection with the exterior through views of the lake. A monolithic reinforced concrete structure was chosen to obtain considerable clearings, since the ground is very loose due to its proximity to water.<\/p>\n

\u4e09\u9762\u5916\u5899\u91c7\u7528\u5f53\u5730\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u767d\u8272\u624b\u5de5\u7816\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e24\u9762\u76f8\u4e92\u5e73\u884c\uff0c\u4e0a\u65b9\u4e3a\u9ed1\u8272\u74e6\u7247\u7684\u5761\u5c4b\u9876\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65f6\u8003\u8651\u5230\u4e86\u4e3b\u5367\u7684\u52a8\u7ebf\uff1a\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\u3002\u56e0\u800c\u76f8\u4e92\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u623f\u95f4\u4f7f\u623f\u4e3b\u4ec5\u9700\u8d70\u51e0\u6b65\u5c31\u80fd\u7a7f\u8fc7\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The exterior walls of the three volumes are covered with locally sourced white handcrafted brick, whose measurements served as the basis for the design’s proportion. Two of the volumes, set parallel to each other, bear gabled roofs with flat black tiles. The project was designed with the dynamics of a Master Suite in mind: everything revolves around the main bedroom. The interconnected rooms allow the client to pass through several spaces with just a few steps.<\/p>\n

\u5965\u5730\u5229\u6a61\u6728\u8986\u76d6\u4e86\u5730\u677f\u3001\u5899\u58c1\u548c\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u3002\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u6750\u6599\u7684\u7f8e\u5b66\u88ab\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u7528\u6765\u521b\u9020\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8bed\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f3c\u4e4e\u80fd\u8ba9\u5404\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u90fd\u76f8\u4e92\u878d\u5408\u3002\u5728\u6574\u5408\u623f\u95f4\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u70b9\u662f\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u591a\u5730\u521b\u9020\u5899\u9762\u827a\u672f\u5c55\u793a\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5899\u9762\u827a\u672f\u5c55\u793a\u662f\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5174\u8da3\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

Austrian oak wood covers the floors, walls and ceilings. The aesthetics of the material were exploited to the maximum to create the same architectural language throughout the project; it seems that the spaces merge with each other. It was crucial to integrate the rooms and, at the same time, generate as many walls as possible for curated art, one of the client’s main interests.<\/p>\n

\u5ba2\u5385\u548c\u9910\u5385\u7684\u4e00\u4fa7\u662f\u4e3b\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4fa7\u662f\u5bb6\u5ead\u6d3b\u52a8\u5ba4\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e26\u6309\u6469\u6d74\u7f38\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u9633\u53f0\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fef\u77b0\u6e56\u9762\u3002\u5f53\u6574\u9762\u843d\u5730\u7a97\u5b8c\u5168\u6253\u5f00\u65f6\uff0c\u5c31\u597d\u50cf\u516c\u5171\u533a\u57df\u4e0e\u5916\u9762\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u3002\u9732\u53f0\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5c4b\u9876\u5b89\u88c5\u6709\u7535\u52a8\u767e\u53f6\u7a97\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u8fc7\u81ea\u7136\u5149\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u6321\u96e8\u3002\u5916\u90e8\u7684\u5706\u5f62\u6309\u6469\u6d74\u7f38\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u6728\u677f\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u611f\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n

The living room and dining room are flanked by the master bedroom on one side, the family room on the other, and an open terrace with a Jacuzzi overlooking the lake. When the ceiling-to-floor windows are open, it is as if the common area overflowed into the terrace outside. This terrace is partially roofed with electric shutters to allow natural light in and provide cover from the rain. A round Jacuzzi outside breaks with the orthogonal lines in the wood as a disruptive element.<\/p>\n

The family room also has its own private terrace with a fireplace and access to a mezzanine with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. This area can be separated from the living room by sliding doors to serve as a guest room.<\/p>\n

\u56f4\u7ed5\u6574\u4e2a\u623f\u5b50\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u88ab\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u68ee\u6797\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u89c6\u89c9\u5c4f\u969c\uff0c\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u623f\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u7136\u666f\u8272\uff0c\u5e76\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u8fdb\u5165\u623f\u5b50\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u4e00\u6765\uff0c\u4f4f\u5b85\u7ed9\u4eba\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u9690\u85cf\u5728\u6811\u4e1b\u4e2d\u7684\u5c0f\u6728\u5c4b\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u4ece\u67d0\u4e00\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u770b\u5230\u6574\u4f53\u6837\u8c8c\u3002<\/p>\n

The garden that surrounds the entire house was designed as a small forest to create a visual barrier and provide privacy to each room, views of nature, and to make the most of the natural light that enters the house. This way, the residence gives the impression of a small cabin hidden among the trees, as it is impossible to see the whole house from one angle.<\/p>\n

The choice of simple volumes combined with the polished finishes and the indirect lightning highlights the open layout of the spaces, resulting in a cabin in the woods with a touch of elegance, luxury and at the same time, homey warmth.<\/p>\n
