GM LANDSCAPE<\/strong><\/a>: About 330,000 square meters of “Suhewan Center” is the key area of “One axis and Three Belts” in Shanghai Jing ‘an District. The Suhewan waterfront Business Cluster Zone is a quality work created by CRLand with its forward-looking urban renovation thinking, which has been deeply cultivated in East China for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n

\u5168\u533a\u57df\u5305\u542b\u4e0a\u6d77\u9996\u5bb6\u4e07\u8c61\u5929\u5730\u3001\u6ee8\u6c34\u57ce\u5e02\u7eff\u5730\u516c\u56ed\u3001\u9ad8\u5c42\u5199\u5b57\u697c\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u4f11\u95f2\u3001\u5a31\u4e50\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u4e5f\u4fdd\u7559\u590d\u5efa\u4e86\u5386\u53f2\u5efa\u7b51\u614e\u4f59\u91cc\u3001\u5929\u540e\u5bab\u7b49\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u5316\u7ecf\u5178\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4eab\u53d7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57ce\u5e02\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e0e\u751f\u6d3b\u7f8e\u5b66\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u8f7d\u4f53\u6b63\u662f\u201c\u82cf\u6cb3\u6e7e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u201d\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u6d77\u6d3e\u9ad8\u7aef\u4f4f\u5b85\u300e\u82cf\u6cb3\u6e7e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u00b7\u6da6\u5e9c\u300f<\/p>\n

The whole area includes the first MIXC in Shanghai, waterfront urban green park, high-rise office buildings and other places for work, leisure and entertainment. It also retains the urban cultural classics such as the restored historic buildings Shenyuli and Tianhou Palace.<\/p>\n

It is Majestic Mansion, the only Shanghai luxury residence in Suhewan Center, that experiences these urban memories and life aesthetics<\/p>\n

\u8d85\u4e00\u7ebf\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u571f\u5730\u8d44\u6e90\u6781\u4e3a\u7a00\u7f3a\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u201c\u6da6\u7cfb\u201d\u54c1\u724c\u8c03\u6027\u7684\u628a\u63a7\u4e0b\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c1b\u56f4\u3001\u54c1\u8d28\u5982\u4e94\u661f\u9152\u5e97\u822c\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5e26\u7ed9\u4eba\u4eec\u4e00\u79cd\u60a0\u95f2\u7684\u5ea6\u5047\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u653e\u6162\u8282\u594f\uff0c\u4eab\u53d7\u81ea\u7136\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f46\u4e00\u676110\u7c73\u7684\u6d88\u9632\u516c\u5171\u901a\u9053\u4e0e\u89c4\u8303\u9ad8\u5ea62.2\u7c73\u7684\u56f4\u5899\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9879\u96be\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n

Shanghai’s land resources are extremely scarce. Under the tonal control of the brand, it needs a landscape space with the quality of a five-star hotel, which can bring people a relaxed holiday feeling and enjoy nature.<\/p>\n

A 10-meter public fire escape and a 2.2-meter wall became our first challenge.<\/p>\n

2.2\u7c73\u7684\u56f4\u5899\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7edd\u5bf9\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u300e\u82cf\u6cb3\u6e7e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u00b7\u6da6\u5e9c\u300f\u7684\u8c03\u6027\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u56f4\u5899\u4e0e\u4e00\u53f7\u4f4f\u5b85\u697c\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\u8fc7\u8fd1\uff0c\u4f4e\u697c\u5c42\u4e1a\u4e3b\u7684\u9690\u79c1\u4e0e\u91c7\u5149\u90fd\u6210\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8d85\u5927\u786c\u8d28\u9762\u7684\u7ea6\u675f\u4e0b\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65e0\u6cd5\u642d\u5efa\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u6784\u7b51\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n

The wall height of 2.2 meters can not meet our requirements for Majestic Mansion. Due to the close distance between the wall and the No.1 residential building, the privacy and lighting of the low floor owners have become the issues to be considered. We were unable to design any structures under the constraints of fire protection requirements.<\/p>\n

\u90a3\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7d20\u6750\u552f\u6709\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u6cbf\u56f4\u5899\u79cd\u690d\u6734\u6811\u3001\u9999\u6a1f\u7b49\u4e54\u6728\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u201c\u5899\u4f53\u201d\uff0c\u5ef6\u5c55\u56f4\u5899\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f46\u8fc7\u591a\u7684\u786c\u8d28\u9762\u540c\u6837\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u4e54\u6728\u7684\u5e03\u5c40\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u201c\u5982\u4f55\u521b\u9020\u666f\u89c2\u7528\u5730\uff1f\u201d\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898\u4e0b\uff0c\u5e7f\u4ea9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e0e\u534e\u6da6\u7f6e\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u591a\u8f6e\u6c9f\u901a\uff0c\u7ec8\u4e8e\u6572\u5b9a\u786e\u5b9a\u201c\u79fb\u52a8\u82b1\u56ed\u201d\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c118\u4e2a\u591a\u89c4\u683c\u7684\u5b9a\u5236\u82b1\u7bb1\u8bde\u751f\uff0c\u8ba9\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ece\u88ab\u52a8\u53d8\u4e3a\u4e3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

Landscape architects can only use plants, planting trees such as park trees and camphor trees along the wall to form a “wall” to extend the height of the wall, but too much hard surface also limits the layout space of trees.<\/p>\n

How to create Landscape Land is the core problem. GM and CRLand carried out several rounds of communication, and finally determined the concept of “moving garden”. 118 custom flower boxes of different sizes were created, changing the landscape from passive to active.<\/p>\n

\u53ef\u79fb\u52a8\u7684\u7ec4\u5408\u82b1\u7bb1\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u89c4\u5212\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5728\u4fdd\u8bc1\u7eff\u91cf\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4f4e\u697c\u5c42\u7684\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u4e0e\u91c7\u5149\u95ee\u9898\u4e5f\u5f97\u5230\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n

The movable combined flower box is placed in the landscape planning position, which ensures the amount of green while also solving the privacy and lighting problems of the lower floor.<\/p>\n

\u8003\u8651\u5230\u82b1\u7bb1\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\uff0c\u4e54\u6728\u9009\u7528\u7ea2\u67ab\uff0c\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u5f52\u5bb6\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e0b\u56db\u5b63\u7684\u53d8\u8fc1\uff0c\u70b9\u7f00\u4e0a\u7acb\u5f0f\u7684\u82b1\u94b5\u7ec4\u8fdb\u884c\u88c5\u9970\uff0c\u6f2b\u6b65\u95f4\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u79cd\u5ea6\u5047\u9152\u5e97\u5f0f\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e0e\u5de5\u5382\u7684\u591a\u8f6e\u6c9f\u901a\u4e0b\uff0c118\u4e2a\u591a\u89c4\u683c\u3001\u5168\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u82b1\u7bb1\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7a7a\u95f4<\/p>\n

Considering the volume of the flower box, red maple is selected as the tree to record the changes of the four seasons for each return home. The vertical flower bowl group creates a sense of atmosphere like a resort hotel.<\/p>\n

After several rounds of communication between GM and the factory, 118 fully customized flower boxes of different specifications created the space for the landscape<\/p>\n

\u89e3\u51b3\u5b8c\u666f\u89c2\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u968f\u4e4b\u800c\u6765\u5c31\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6d88\u9632\u767b\u9ad8\u9762\u4e0e10\u7c73\u901a\u9053\u5f62\u6210\u5939\u89d2\u72b6\uff0c\u51fa\u73b0\u4e00\u624715\u7c73\u7684\u6d88\u9632\u95e8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u300e\u82cf\u6cb3\u6e7e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u00b7\u6da6\u5e9c\u300f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8c03\u6027\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u5927\u6c14\uff0c\u4e14\u5bcc\u6709\u827a\u672f\u6027\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u8c6a\u5b85\uff0c\u5899\u9762\u4e0e\u6d88\u9632\u95e8\u7684\u6750\u8d28\u9009\u7528\u4eff\u94dc\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f18\u96c5\u7a33\u91cd\u8272\u7cfb\u7684\u54d1\u5149\u6f06\u4e0a\u8272\uff0c\u5728\u5149\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\u4e0b\u52fe\u52d2\u51fa\u201c\u6709\u68f1\u6709\u89d2\u201d\u7684\u7cbe\u81f4\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

After solving the landscape land, the second problem follows. The fire climbing surface forms an Angle with the 10-meter channel, and the requirement of a 15-meter fire door appears.<\/p>\n

Majestic Mansion should be an atmosphere, and the quality of artistic mansion. The material of wall and fire door chooses copper color stainless steel, with elegant matte paint color, show the delicate feeling of “edges and corners” below the sun.<\/p>\n

\u25bd\u4e3a\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5355\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u52a8\uff0c\u6ed1\u8f68\u3001\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u758f\u5bc6\u95f4\u9694\u3001\u91cd\u91cf\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u53cd\u590d\u7684\u63a8\u6572\u7814\u7a76\u3002 In order to ensure that a single person can push it, we have repeatedly studied the slide rail, structure, density interval and weight.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u672c\u6848\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\u7684\u53ef\u81ea\u7531\u8bbe\u8ba1\u666f\u89c2\u9762\u79ef\u4ec578\u5e73\uff0c\u82b1\u5883\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u6392\u98ce\u4e95\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u66b4\u9732\u5728\u573a\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u540c\u6837\u5229\u7528\u82b1\u7bb1\u7ec4\u589e\u52a0\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u6838\u5fc3\u666f\u89c2\u533a\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u53ef\u8986\u571f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ece\u827a\u672f\u6027\u3001\u5c42\u6b21\u611f\u3001\u54c1\u79cd\u4e30\u5bcc\u5ea6\u7b49\u51e0\u65b9\u9762\u8003\u8651\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c42\u53e0\u9519\u843d\u7684\u6697\u8272\u7cfb\u690d\u7269\u54c1\u79cd\u8fdb\u884c\u6df7\u683d\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u5e45\u5bcc\u6709\u8d28\u611f\u7684\u5de8\u5e45\u6cb9\u753b\uff0c\u88c5\u9970\u5728\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The core area of the project has a free design landscape area of only 78 square meters, and there is an air exhaust shaft directly in the site.<\/p>\n

Also, the flower box group is used to increase the design scope, and with the only soil covering space in the core landscape area, the overlapping dark plant varieties are mixed and planted from artistry, hierarchy, variety richness and so on, bringing a huge oil painting with rich texture in the entrance space.<\/p>\n

The overlapping water of the entrance is made of pure copper, with triangular surface as decoration, unified with the wall and fire door, so that the space is more consistent.<\/p>\n

In the shared green space, we also created an outdoor stage “Mirror Box” corresponding to the “Shadow Door”. The transparent space attracts people to stay. The 4.2-meter mirror stainless steel reflects different scenery and characters, which is an opportunity for interaction between people and nature.<\/p>\n
