Xinghe Mingzhu Bay Park is located by Hanma Lake, Yunluo Town, Puning City, Jieyang, Chaoshan District, Guangdong Province. It is part of the overall planning of Hanma Lake area. It is a full-age lakeside leisure park that carries the functions needed by all ages. It takes advantage of the superior natural conditions of the mountain facing the lake to create an urban space that provides public leisure, recreation and sports.<\/p>\n

The original texture of the site is also a public green space. The perennial lack of maintenance makes the site overgrown with weeds, and the large area of open land lacks the placement of practical functions. With the call and construction of child-friendly cities, the emergence of public green space mainly for children’s activities may be an effective measure to activate the site.<\/p>\n

The site is a peninsula extending to the lake along the shore. We put different functions into a “circular space”, which falls into the “jade plate” like pearls to enrich the whole site, so that activities can take place in the site and people can gather in the site.<\/p>\n

The activity sandbox is located on the east side of the site. The height difference between the activity corridor and the ground is used to lower the slope, forming a natural playing field. The slope is equipped with climbing points, drilling holes, slides, loudspeakers and other game facilities, which not only meet the children’s nature of playing and pursuing excitement, but also exercise their physical and physical flexibility.<\/p>\n

On the sand pond stands a bright pearl, the round shape is very sculptural, and the glass steel shell clearly reflects the beauty of Pearl Bay. The inside of the “Pearl” is a staggered climbing net, where children can walk freely and experience the joy of climbing on the walls.<\/p>\n

The sand pond floor brings breathing space to the earth, surrounded by green trees, brings cool shelter to the site, so that children can enjoy playing in the hot summer. The activity corridor sets up the three-dimensional traffic system of Pearl Park, connecting three main activity Spaces: the children’s play area, the grass terrace and the activity sandbox.
