\u4ece\u603b\u4f53\u89c4\u5212\u5230\u65bd\u5de5\u9636\u6bb5\uff0cASPECT Studios\u4e0e\u76f8\u5173\u8bbe\u8ba1\u54a8\u8be2\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u7d27\u5bc6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c06\u654f\u611f\u7684\u96c6\u6210\u9ad8\u67b6\u8f68\u9053\u4e0b\u65b9\u573a\u5730\u6253\u9020\u4e3a\u54c1\u8d28\u8212\u9002\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u73af\u5883\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65e8\u5728\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u8352\u5e9f\u7684\u7070\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u94c1\u8def\u6865\u6881\uff0c\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\uff0c\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u6e38\u4e50\u548c\u5a31\u4e50\u517c\u5b58\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002\u5728\u6539\u5584\u573a\u5730\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u793e\u533a\u7684\u8ba4\u540c\u611f\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u6784\u5efa\u66fe\u88ab\u9ad8\u67b6\u6865\u800c\u5272\u88c2\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u884c\u4eba\u3001\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u548c\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

ASPECT Studios worked closely with consultants and stakeholders from the master planning phase through to construction to develop this elegant and sensitively integrated elevated rail solution. The project identified and then seized opportunities to create new railway bridge, public open space, play and recreation place, improve site ecology, strengthen community identity and connect previously disjointed pedestrian, cycle, and open space links.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u65b0\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u9879\u76ee\u7ea6 6,000 \u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u6237\u5916\u4f11\u95f2\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u3001\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u6d41\u7ebf\u3001\u751f\u6001\u7684\u690d\u7269\u79cd\u690d\u533a\u57df\u4ee5\u53ca\u5229\u7528croft\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0b\u7684\u9ad8\u6865\u65b0\u6e38\u4e50\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5171\u4eab\u7a7a\u95f4\u573a\u5730\u7684\u6784\u6210\u6781\u5927\u5730\u6539\u5584\u4e86Tooronga\u516c\u56ed\u548cSir Zelman Cowen\u516c\u56ed\u5728Toorak\u8def\u4e0a\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u52a8\u7ebf\u548c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u3001\u826f\u597d\u7684\u516c\u5171\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

The project created over 6,000m2 of new public open space, which features activity areas, active transport network connections, significant areas of planting, and a new play space that makes use of the high bridge under croft space. The composition of the new open space vastly improved the visual presence of Tooronga Park and Sir Zelman Cowen Parks on Toorak Road, while introducing a new active transport network and series of well-used public.<\/p>\n

The bridge, bridge screens and retaining walls throughout were designed to maximise local identity and to reduce visual impact for adjacent residents.<\/p>\n
