Taller Capital<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u672c\u6848\u4f4d\u4e8e\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u76c6\u5730\u7684\u5723\u5362\u5361\u65af\u00b7\u514b\u6d1b\u514b\u5c0f\u9547\uff0c2020\u5e748\u6708\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6536\u5230\u59d4\u6258\u5c06\u91cd\u65b0\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5c0f\u9547\u4e0a\u7684\u524d\u54e5\u4f26\u5e03\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u5728\u5468\u671d\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5386\u53f2\u5efa\u7b51\u5728\u793e\u533a\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u4fdd\u6301\u7740\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u548c\u91cd\u8981\u5386\u53f2\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u4f46\u6b64\u524d\uff0c\u5386\u53f2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u90e8\u5206\u88ab\u5206\u5272\u6210\u8857\u9053\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u4e3b\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\u6027\u53ca\u5176\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

Taller Capital<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aIn August 2020 we received the commission to redesign the pre-Columbian center of the town of San Lucas Xoloc, built on the slopes of a volcano in the Basin of Mexico. The entity, still governed by a communal committee, constantly fights against development to maintain its character and dignity. Previously, the historic core had been divided into streets, breaking the unity of the main square and the relevance of its historic buildings.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u66f4\u65b0\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7740\u91cd\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u5f53\u5730\u6750\u6599\u201c\u706b\u5c71\u5ca9\u201d\u6765\u4fdd\u5b58\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5730\u65b9\u7684\u7279\u8272\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e3a\u96e8\u6c34\u5f84\u6d41\u817e\u51fa\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5e73\u884c\u4e8e\u4e3b\u8981\u8857\u9053\u548c\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u7531\u6392\u6c34\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u8db3\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u96e8\u6d2a\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n

Our project focuses on preserving the identity of the place from the use of local material: volcanic rock. At the same time, we address the pressing problem of flooding caused by an insufficient drainage system by making room for stormwater runoff that will now run parallel to the main streets and squares.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u57fa\u4e8e\u56db\u4e2a\u660e\u786e\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u65b9\u9488\u800c\u5236\u5b9a\uff1a<\/p>\n

1. \u5236\u5b9a\u201c\u6c34\u5904\u7406\u201d\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u914d\u7f6e\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u9053\u8def\u548c\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u65b0\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5728\u66b4\u96e8\u9ad8\u5cf0\u671f\u758f\u5bfc\u548c\u51cf\u7f13\u96e8\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n

The architectural program was developed through four clear guidelines that structure the proposal:<\/p>\n

1. Generate a water strategy that reconfigures the existing urban landscape, creating a new space shared with roads and pedestrian sidewalks for the conduction and slowing of rainwater during peak storms.<\/p>\n
