Studio Symbiosis Architect<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aKD45\u662f\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a8\u4eba\u8054\u5408\u5bb6\u5ead\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u522b\u5885\uff0c\u6210\u5458\u5305\u62ec\u7236\u6bcd\u53ca\u5176\u4e24\u4e2a\u513f\u5b50\u548c\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8bc9\u6c42\u662f\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u5ea7\u4eab\u6709\u6700\u5927\u7eff\u5316\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u516c\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u5e76\u540c\u65f6\u4f9b\u8054\u5408\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u522b\u5885\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u5144\u5f1f\u4e00\u5bb6\u548c\u7956\u7236\u6bcd\u4f4f\u5728\u4e00\u697c\uff0c\u4ed6\u548c\u59bb\u513f\u5219\u4f4f\u5728\u4e8c\u697c\u3002\u5bb6\u5ead\u5f71\u9662\u3001\u9152\u5427\u548c\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5730\u4e0b\u5ba4\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u7740\u4f18\u96c5\u7684\u6237\u5916\u697c\u68af\u548c\u91c7\u5149\u5929\u4e95\u3002<\/p>\n

Studio Symbiosis Architect<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aKD 45 is a villa designed for a joint family consisting of 8 members, parents and their two sons with families. Clients design brief was to create a villa with maximum green space and views to the park. The space requirement is to create a villa for one joint family. Clients brother with his wife and grandparents on the ground floor and he, his wife and son on the first floor. Home theatre, bar and gym in the basement connected with a nice outdoor staircase and a patio to bring in light.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u573a\u5730\u4e09\u9762\u88ab\u522b\u5885\u73af\u7ed5\uff0c\u5728\u5f00\u53e3\u6700\u7a84\u7684\u7b2c\u56db\u9762\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u6bd7\u90bb\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u3002\u73b0\u573a\u6709\u4e09\u68f5\u8038\u7acb\u7684\u5927\u6811\uff0c\u4e00\u68f5\u5728\u5165\u53e3\u5904\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u4e24\u68f5\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5730\u5757\u540e\u65b9\u3002\u5ba2\u6237\u8981\u6c42\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u4fdd\u7559\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6811\u6728\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u8054\u5408\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u5ba2\u6237\u5e0c\u671b\u5bb6\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u623f\u95f4\u91cc\u4eab\u6709\u53cc\u91cd\u4e92\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u5176\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u5144\u5f1f\u4e00\u5bb6\u548c\u4ed6\u81ea\u5df1\u4e00\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u9690\u79c1\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u8981\u4e3a\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u623f\u5b50\u91cc\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6210\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u9002\u91cf\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The site is surrounded with villas on 3 sides, offering views of the neighbourhood park on the shortest 4th<\/sup>\u00a0side. Alongside there are three prominent trees on the site, one at the entrance, and two flanking the rear side of the plot. The design brief from the client was to try and retain these trees as much as possible.<\/p>\n

Being a joint family the client wanted dual interaction in the house. Firstly, zones of privacy were required for his parents, his brother\u2019s family and his family and secondly few spaces where all members living in the house can be together.<\/p>\n
