Onyx is situated at one of Bangkok\u2019s busiest neighborhood next to the main busy road and surrounded by congested building blocks. \u201cPassage\u201d is the concept aims to create a unique journey through various transitional spaces between city and the project. Between exterior and interior space. This transitional space is not only help to slowly adjust people\u2019s mood while they move through these spaces but also provide a unique setting for building as well as facilities.<\/p>\n

\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u88ab\u5206\u5c42\u4ee5\u521b\u5efa\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8fc7\u6e21\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u697c\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u4eec\u4ece\u4e00\u6761\u7e41\u5fd9\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u8d70\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u6162\u6162\u5730\u7a7f\u8fc7\u8fce\u5bbe\u7684\u201c\u77f3\u5934\u82b1\u56ed\u201d\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u7a7f\u8fc7\u4e00\u583512\u7c73\u9ad8\u7684\u7a7f\u5b54\u5899\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5165\u53e3\u3002\u201c\u5899\u201d\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u8fc7\u6ee4\u566a\u97f3\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u5c4f\u853d\u4e3b\u8981\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u89c6\u89c9\u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5730\u6807\uff0c\u77d7\u7acb\u5728\u4e3b\u5e72\u9053\u4e0a\u5355\u8c03\u7684\u4e00\u6392\u6392\u5546\u94fa\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

Different spaces are layered to create these transitional spaces. On ground floor, residents move from a busy road, slowly cross over \u201cstone garden\u201d which celebrates the arrival moment then walk through a twelve meter tall perforated wall that forms a gateway. \u201cThe wall\u201d helps to filter noise pollution and screen public visual from the main road. It is also perform as project landmark standing out of the monotonous rows of shop house along the main road.<\/p>\n

\u5c45\u6c11\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u9662\u5899\u201d\u540e\uff0c\u8fdb\u5165\u201c\u68ee\u6797\u201d\u533a\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u79cd\u690d\u7740\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u690d\u7269\u3002\u4e2d\u95f4\u6709\u6210\u6392\u7684\u6c34\u7eb9\u6761\uff0c\u5c06\u6f6e\u6e7f\u548c\u58f0\u97f3\u7684\u6c34\u5f15\u5165\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u201c\u65c5\u7a0b\u201d\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u7ed3\u675f\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u8fdb\u5165\u5927\u5385\u4e4b\u524d\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n

After passing through the \u201cgate wall\u201d, residents enter to \u201cForest\u201d area where lush tropical plants are planted here. There are rows of water feature strips laid in between to introduce moist and sound of water to the space. The journey is ended here where tranquility is found before entering into the lobby.<\/p>\n

At the facility area on 5th floor, sunken \u201cstone garden\u201d is introduced not only to form a transitional space between the residential area and swimming pool area but also helps to provide a unique setting for the swimming pool space. Residents have to move across a stone garden before entering pool deck where it is floating over a 50 meter long lap pool.<\/p>\n

At the roof garden on 18th 19th and 20th floor, series of stepping lawns and planters are introduced to connect these three separated gardens to become one continuous space. As a result, the resident has a larger space to move around and connect. It becomes a unique artificial hill in the sky where resident can relax with great view of Bangkok\u2018s Skyline.<\/p>\n
