SHUISHI<\/strong><\/a>: While carrying out block renewal, SHUISHI views the familiar environment from a unique perspective in its urban regeneration design, and guides people to change from concept to behavior with the shaping of scenes. In the block renewal of Leshan New Village in Xuhui District, Shanghai, we have once again practiced our “reflection” on the road space in central urban areas, and put into practice a number of models for the transformation of the “15-minute life circle” street elements in the domain of Xujiahui area.<\/p>\n

01 \u5f90\u5bb6\u6c47\u7684\u540e\u8857 Back street of Xujiahui<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e50\u5c71\u65b0\u6751\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5f90\u5bb6\u6c47\u7684\u897f\u4fa7\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5728\u4e8c\u5341\u4e16\u7eaa\u516b\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\u7531\u68da\u6237\u533a\u6539\u5efa\u800c\u6210\u7684\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8001\u5c0f\u533a\u3002\u53ef\u8c13\u201c\u9ebb\u96c0\u867d\u5c0f\uff0c\u4e94\u810f\u4ff1\u5168\u201d\uff0c\u4ece\u83dc\u573a\u3001\u5b66\u6821\u5230\u96c6\u4e2d\u7eff\u5730\u4e00\u5e94\u4ff1\u5168\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u53d7\u5230\u573a\u5730\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u516c\u5171\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0e\u4f4f\u5b85\u697c\u4ee5\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u95f4\u8ddd\u6392\u5e03\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7eff\u5730\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u8857\u533a\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5f00\u655e\u7684\u7a7a\u5730\u3002\u9053\u8def\u662f\u4e50\u5c71\u793e\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\u6700\u5178\u578b\u7684\u6237\u5916\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6539\u9020\u4e4b\u524d\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u4e0a\u65e2\u6709\u4e71\u5806\u653e\u7684\u975e\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u5c45\u6c11\u6652\u592a\u9633\u65f6\u5750\u7684\u4e00\u6392\u51f3\u5b50\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5728\u8001\u4eba\u4eec\u5520\u55d1\u95f4\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u8ba9\u8857\u9053\u7ba1\u7406\u56e2\u961f\u5f88\u662f\u5934\u75bc\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6539\u9020\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e26\u7740\u201c\u4f60\u5e0c\u671b\u4e50\u5c71\u65b0\u6751\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\u505a\u4e9b\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\u201d\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8d70\u8bbf\u4e86\u5c45\u59d4\u4f1a\u4e0e\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u4ece\u53cd\u9988\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u6539\u9020\u8bc9\u6c42\u66f4\u591a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u5c0f\u533a\u5185\u800c\u975e\u5c0f\u533a\u5916\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5e76\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u5e94\u8be5\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u4f4f\u4e86\u4e09\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u5bb6\u56ed\u505a\u4e9b\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002<\/p>\n

Located in the west side of Xujiahui, the Leshan New Village is a high-density old residential area reconstructed from shantytowns in the 1980s. It is “small but complete”, with grocery market, school and centralized green space readily available. Due to site restrictions, all public facilities were arranged with residential buildings at a minimum distance. There was little open space in the entire block except for the central greenbelt. Roads were the most typical outdoor social space for the residents of the Leshan community. But before the renovation, the narrow sidewalks were piled up with non-motor vehicles, rows of stools that residents sat to bask in the sun, and garbage left behind by nagging old people. It was a headache for the street management team.<\/p>\n

When the renovation started, we visited the neighborhood committee and the residents with the question “What do you expect in the renewal of the Leshan New Village?” As shown in the feedback, the residents were more concerned with renovation in the community than outside. They did not know what to do for the homestead where they had lived for more than three decades.<\/p>\n
