Ruang Nyaman<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u613f\u666f\u662f\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u7528\u6237\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u73af\u5883\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u5171\u4eab\u5c45\u4f4f\uff08 co-living\uff09\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5fae\u578b\u751f\u6d3b\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e2d\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u4f01\u4e1a\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u8fd8\u662f\u6570\u5b57\u6e38\u6c11<\/a>\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u7075\u611f\u5206\u4eab\u548c\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eba\u805a\u4f1a\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n

Ruang Nyaman<\/strong><\/a>: Vision for this place was to create a new user experience and environment for working. With the concept of co-living, we create a model of a micro living where the business founder and digital nomad finds their own space for private living as well as places to work, share ideas, and gather around with others.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u5f2f\u66f2\u7684\u7af9\u7ed3\u6784\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5496\u5561\u8272\u6811\u679d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u7cbe\u5fc3\u5730\u5e03\u7f6e\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u8fd9\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u3002\u8fd9\u680b\u4e09\u5c42\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6bcf\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\u5747\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5496\u5561\u8272\u679d\u6761\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6392\u5e03\u7ec4\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u697c\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u6905\u3001\u4e8c\u697c\u7684\u540a\u5e8a\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u53f0\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8ff7\u4eba\u7684\u666f\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n

Designed from the existing structural building, the main concept was composed using curved bamboo as a facade combined with coffee branches as a primary material that orchestrated as a focal point for the Clan Living. This place consists of a 3 storey building, with different design approaches for each floor. From the arranged coffee branch composed as a lounge chair on the first floor, using a hammock on the second floor to provide a new way to experience the spaces, as well as providing the workstool table with exciting views towards its surroundings.<\/p>\n

Clan living\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5c06\u6570\u5b57\u6e38\u6c11\u7d27\u5bc6\u7ed3\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u5fae\u89c2\u751f\u6d3b\u73af\u5883\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u516c\u5171\u533a\u57df\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f53\u9a8c\u6ce1\u811a\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u653e\u677e\u611f\u3002\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u3001\u8336\u6c34\u95f4\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u7af9\u7ed3\u6784\u805a\u4f1a\u533a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9882\u626c\u5f53\u5730\u6587\u5316\u7684\u8c61\u5f81\uff0c\u4ee5\u67d0\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f20\u8fbe\u4e86\u51dd\u805a\u4e4b\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

Clan living is a model for micro living environment to bring the digital nomads together closely. We provide and dedicating for them to work, a communal area as a workspace with soaking the feet underwater while working to experiencing a relaxing feel, a swimming pool, pantry, to a gathering area with bamboo as a main material used, as a symbol of appreciating for the local culture in a way to conveys the sense of togetherness.<\/p>\n

\u7af9\u5b50\u3001\u5496\u5561\u8272\u679d\u6761\u3001\u540a\u5e8a\u548c\u5929\u7136\u786c\u8d28\u77f3\u6750\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e86clan living\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8fd94\u79cd\u4e3b\u8981\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u79c9\u627f\u4e86\u751f\u6001\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5373\u4f18\u5148\u5229\u7528\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u5f53\u5730\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u51cf\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u56e0\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u9009\u62e9\u5bf9\u73b0\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u8fdb\u884c\u7ffb\u65b0\uff0c\u6765\u521b\u9020\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002<\/p>\n

Bamboo, coffee branches, hammock, and natural hardstones as a main material on binding the image of clan living. Composed from 4 main materials, this concept carries the principles of ecology and sustainability, prioritizing to use local materiality from its surroundings, as well as to reduce the permanent construction. This is why we chose to work with renovating the existing building yet to create a remarkable architecture design.<\/p>\n

\u62f1\u5f62\u7684\u7af9\u7ed3\u6784\u4f20\u8fbe\u4e86\u5982\u4eca\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u5728\u5efa\u7acb\u9762\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0a\u5bbd\u4e0b\u7a84\u7684\u4e2d\u7a7a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5bf9\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u9633\u5149\u7167\u5c04\u548c\u80fd\u89c1\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

Arch shaped bamboo conveys the sense of flexibility towards the digital nomads era of working. Using a secondary skin facade that is arranged in a hollow and with enlarged shape on top of it, as a natural response to the surrounding environment, from visibility to sun exposure.<\/p>\n

Clan Living\u751f\u6d3b\u6a21\u5f0f\u5c06\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u58ee\u5927\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6765\u7406\u89e3\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u8425\u9020\u826f\u597d\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u65b0\u89c6\u89d2\uff0c\u5c31\u5982\u540c\u4eba\u4eec\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u521b\u9020\u548c\u594b\u6597\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u660e\u5929\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n

The Clan Living will grow throughout time, and make it a strong foundation in understanding spaces through new ways of view to achieve a new perspective of a good living space, as we create and build today for tomorrow’s living.<\/p>\n
