ACNarquitectura<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u5728\u5730\u4f4d\u4e8e\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u4e1c\u90e8\u9a6c\u7565\u5361\u5c9bMarratx\u00ed\u7684\u4e00\u7247\u7eff\u8272\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u5757\u975e\u5e38\u4e0d\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u4e0a\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u66fe\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u91c7\u77f3\u573a\uff0c\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\uff0c\u5b83\u5df2\u88ab\u4e00\u7247\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u6240\u8986\u76d6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5730\u4e2d\u6d77\u677e\u6811\uff08pinus halepensis\uff09\u7684\u5c24\u4e3a\u7a81\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n

ACNarquitectura<\/strong><\/a>: The intervention is located in the green area where “Sa Cova Son Caulelles” is located in P\u00f3rtol (Marratx\u00ed, Mallorca) which lies on a very irregular terrain. This is due to the existence of an old sea quarry that has been covered over time by a blanket of vegetal soil and a leafy vegetation where the existence of the Mediterranean pine (pinus halepensis) stands out.<\/p>\n

The location that is the object of the action is bordered by Costa i Llobera Street, the municipal sports center and the Son Cauelles geriatric home, which aims to be an extension of the latter turning into an archaeological park.<\/p>\n

The proposal consists of a sensorial and accessible “promenade”, where the user is surrounded by the unique smells and colors of the Mediterranean vegetation until reaching the magical heritage corner where the Son Caulelles tidal cave is located. This experience takes place along an adapted route that adjusts to its bumpy and irregular topography allowing in turn to overcome the different existing differences. In addition, it offers a path as if it had been plowed in the same land and therefore it is defined by means of an earth-colored deactivated concrete slab. At the same time and as if they had appeared from the same terrain, a tidal curb and a dry stone coastal wall (marge), very common in the limits of the urban-forest environment of the municipality of Marratx\u00ed, delimit this path.<\/p>\n

Following this construction and landscape tradition of the municipality referring to the dry stone wall, so characteristic of the Balearic Islands, the only boundary accessible from the street that the project has is defined by this type of wall with “pie de rey” faces . At the same time that it generates the facade of the project and defines at its two ends the two entrances to the archeological site by means of two tidal landmarks. The main entrance is an extension of the geriatric residence through which the user accesses, while the secondary one is the access for maintenance work.<\/p>\n

Finally, this archaeological park offers two wonderful resting areas for users, one next to the access where a large halepensis pine tree provides shade for the first hours of the day and the other, a small bench in the form of an “agora” located in the end of the route and oriented towards the Cueva de Son Caulelles.<\/p>\n
