\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u4f5c\u4e3a13\u5e74\u524d\u5b9d\u4f73\u4e30\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u751f\u6001\u4fee\u590d\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u5341\u4f59\u5e74\u7684\u6210\u957f\u884d\u53d8\u6210\u4e3a\u901a\u8fbd\u5e02\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u540d\u7247\u3001\u751f\u6001\u7eff\u80ba\u3002\u5979\u627f\u8f7d\u4e86\u5e02\u6c11\u4f11\u95f2\u3001\u5a31\u4e50\u3001\u5065\u8eab\u3001\u90ca\u6e38\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u662f\u5927\u5bb6\u559c\u95fb\u4e50\u89c1\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4f1a\u5ba2\u5385\u3002\u4e00\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u56e0\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u65ad\u751f\u957f\u7684\u6ee8\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u800c\u751f\u673a\u52c3\u52c3\uff01<\/p>\n

As an ecological restoration project designed by BJF 13 years ago, Liaohe Park has evolved into the city name card and ecological green lung of Tongliao after more than 10 years of growth. She carries the citizens’ leisure, entertainment, fitness, outing and other needs, is a popular city meeting room. A city is alive with a growing riverfront park!<\/p>\n

01.\u6982\u51b5 OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fbd\u5e02\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u662f\u6ee8\u6cb3\u5e26\u72b6\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u901a\u8fbd\u5e02\u660e\u4ec1\u5927\u8857\u897f\u6865\u5230\u5efa\u56fd\u8def\u6865\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u653e\u773c\u671b\u53bb\uff0c\u60a0\u60a0\u8fbd\u6cb3\u6c34\u7a7f\u57ce\u800c\u8fc7\uff0c\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u50cf\u4e00\u6761\u7389\u5e26\uff0c\u9576\u5d4c\u5728\u65b0\u8001\u57ce\u533a\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u690d\u7269\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u6c34\u7cfb\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u8c10\u4ea4\u878d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65e9\u57282010\u5e74\u6b63\u5f0f\u5efa\u8bbe\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u4ee5\u524d\uff0c\u897f\u8fbd\u6cb3\u7554\u66fe\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u4e00\u5757\u65e0\u4eba\u95ee\u6d25\u7684\u5f03\u7f6e\u5730\uff0c\u5e72\u6db8\u65e0\u6c34\u3001\u690d\u88ab\u7a00\u758f\u3001\u98ce\u8d77\u6c99\u626c\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u73af\u5883\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u4eba\u6c11\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u901a\u8fbd\u5e02\u7684\u5730\u6807\u6027\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u4e8e2012\u5e74\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u8ddd\u4eca\u521a\u597d\u5341\u5e74\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n

Before the formal construction of Liaohe Park in 2010, the West Liao River was once a deserted land in the city. It was dry and dry, with sparse vegetation and blowing wind, which seriously affected the quality of the city’s environment, people’s living quality and urban competitiveness.<\/p>\n

As a landmark park in Tongliao city, Liaohe Park officially opened in 2012, exactly 10 years ago.<\/p>\n

02.\u65b0\u751f REGENERATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u516c\u56ed\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eff\u8272\u547c\u5438\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u68ee\u6797\u201d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u5468\u8fb9\u7247\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\u8fd0\u52a8\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u7eff\u610f\u76ce\u7136\uff0c\u4e3a\u5fd9\u788c\u7684\u90fd\u5e02\u5de5\u85aa\u65cf\u7fa4\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u91ca\u653e\u538b\u529b\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4f11\u61a9\u4e4b\u6240\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u516c\u56ed\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u6109\u5feb\u5730\u6f2b\u6b65\u6797\u95f4\uff0c\u6cbf\u7ebf\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u7eff\u6811\u3001\u9c9c\u82b1\u6e38\u5f84\u3001\u9633\u5149\u6c99\u6ee9\u3001\u6797\u95f4\u5927\u8349\u5730\u3001\u85b0\u8863\u8349\u5e84\u56ed\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

The completion of the park provides a green breathing space, forming a “forest” in the city, while meeting the needs of residents in the surrounding area for movement and communication. After completion, the park is full of green, creating a natural resting place for busy urban wage earners to release pressure. People can easily walk in the forest in the park, along which they can see green trees, flower trails, sunny beaches, forest meadows, lavender estates, etc.<\/p>\n

\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u6700\u7f8e\u7684\u5b63\u8282\u662f\u590f\u5929\uff0c\u4ece\u5f69\u8679\u6865\u5230\u5efa\u56fd\u8def\u6865\u95f4\uff0c\u6709\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u8377\u82b1\uff0c\u5343\u59ff\u767e\u6001\uff0c\u7f8e\u4e0d\u80dc\u6536\uff0c\u5f15\u7684\u6e38\u4eba\u6d41\u8fde\u5fd8\u8fd4\uff0c\u62cd\u7167\u7559\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n

05.\u751f\u6001\u6e7f\u5730 ECOLOGICAL WETLAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5f53\u751f\u6001\u5b9c\u5c45\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u65f6\u4e0b\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5171\u540c\u8ffd\u6c42\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u56ed\u6b63\u6210\u4e3a\u4f53\u73b0\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a97\u53e3\u3002\u800c\u65e9\u57282016\u5e74\uff0c\u8fbd\u6cb3\u516c\u56ed\u5c31\u56e0\u5176\u5728\u6539\u5584\u57ce\u4e61\u73af\u5883\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u57ce\u9547\u603b\u4f53\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u521b\u9020\u826f\u597d\u4eba\u5c45\u73af\u5883\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7a81\u51fa\u8868\u73b0\uff0c\u8363\u83b7\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u5c45\u73af\u5883\u8303\u4f8b\u5956\u3002<\/p>\n

When ecological livable has become the common pursuit of the city, the city park is becoming a window to reflect the level of urban development. As early as 2016, Liaohe Park won the China Human Settlements Example Award for its outstanding performance in improving urban and rural environmental quality, enhancing the overall function of cities and towns, and creating a good living environment.<\/p>\n

As the river management project of Tongliao City Section of the West Liao River continues to extend to the east, Liaohe Park will be further optimized and upgraded to create a multi-functional and multi-purpose urban ecological park integrating sports activities, recreation and natural wetland experience, so as to make the city more connotation, make citizens more happy, and polish the new name card of quality Tongliao and ecological Tongliao.<\/p>\n

Good park design, like a key, helps us open the door to nature. The beauty of the park gives great comfort to people in the city life, it makes people believe that the beauty of nature is the root of the world. Liaohe Park is not a magnificent and breathtaking landscape, but there is a kind of quiet and moist inside, it is a poetic corner of the fast pace of busy life.<\/p>\n
