WTD\u7eac\u56fe\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u95f2\u9002\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u96c5\u81f4\u7684\u4e66\u9999\uff0c\u6587\u5316\u7684\u4f20\u627f\uff0c\u5305\u5bb9\u7684\u5c71\u5ddd\uff0c\u5851\u9020\u4e86\u6210\u90fd\u8fd9\u7247\u571f\u5730\u6df1\u539a\u7684\u4e1c\u65b9\u5e95\u8574\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u7528\u5f53\u4ee3\u5ba1\u7f8e\u53bb\u89e3\u8bfb\u4e1c\u65b9\u6c14\u97f5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c1d\u8bd5\u6784\u5efa\u51fa\u4e00\u5904\u73b0\u4ee3\u5178\u96c5\uff0c\u6e29\u6da6\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u3001\u96c5\u81f4\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5904\u4e8e\u4e00\u7247\u5341\u5b57\u8def\u53e3\u65c1\u7684\u5761\u5730\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u7ea613000\u33a1\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5305\u62ec\u9500\u552e\u533a\u53ca\u90e8\u5206\u672a\u6765\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\u3002\u9760\u8fd1L\u578b\u8857\u89d2\u7ea65000\u33a1\u5728\u7ea2\u7ebf\u5916\uff0c\u5c06\u573a\u5730\u4ece\u7528\u5730\u5c5e\u6027\u4e0a\u533a\u5206\u5f00\uff0c\u8fd9\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u840c\u751f\u4e86\u5c06\u7ea2\u7ebf\u5916\u533a\u57df\u505a\u6210\u53e3\u888b\u516c\u56ed\u4f5c\u4e3a\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f00\u653e\u7ed9\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n

The site is located on a sloping land next to a crossroad, and the space of about 13,000 square meters includes the sales area and some future living areas. About 5,000 square meters near the L-shaped street corner is outside the red line, which separates the site from the land use attributes, which gave us the idea of making the area outside the red line a pocket park as a public space open to more people.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c1d\u8bd5\u7528\u4e24\u79cd\u6c14\u8d28\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5982\u4f55\u540c\u65f6\u6f14\u7ece\u51fa\u73b0\u4ee3\u4e1c\u65b9\u7f8e\u5b66\u6c14\u97f5\uff0c\u5728\u4fdd\u7559\u4e1c\u65b9\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u6784\u6210\u5185\u6838\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4ece\u79e9\u5e8f\u5185\u655b\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fc7\u6e21\u5230\u91ce\u6027\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u53e3\u888b\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u4e0e\u8f6c\u6362\uff0c\u4e00\u9759\u4e00\u52a8\uff0c\u5185\u5916\u8054\u52a8\uff0c\u4e32\u8054\u573a\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The designer tries to use two spaces with completely different temperaments to deduce the charm of modern oriental aesthetics at the same time. While retaining the core of the oriental tradition, it transitions from the orderly and restrained courtyard space to the wild and natural pocket park, realizing the transition and transformation of space. One still and one moving, internal and external linkages, connecting venues in series.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u79c9\u627f\u4e1c\u65b9\u7f8e\u5b66\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\u548c\u73b0\u4ee3\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u514b\u5236\u539f\u5219\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u4f53\u5757\uff0c\u6d41\u7545\u7684\u7ebf\u6761\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u610f\u5883\uff0c\u63cf\u7ed8\u6e29\u6696\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u4eba\u5c45\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u51fa\u5185\u655b\u5145\u6ee1\u79e9\u5e8f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The design focuses on the temperament of oriental aesthetics and the restraint principle of modernism. Through simple blocks, smooth lines, and natural artistic conception, it depicts warm and natural living scenes and builds a restrained and orderly space.<\/p>\n

\u6c89\u7a33\u7684\u6697\u8272\u8c03\u6210\u4e3a\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e3b\u57fa\u8c03\uff0c\u8c26\u900a\u800c\u4f4e\u8c03\u3002\u7c97\u7c9d\u7684\u77f3\u6750\u3001\u6e29\u6696\u7684\u6728\u6599\u3001\u7cbe\u5de7\u7684\u91d1\u5c5e\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u6750\u8d28\u901a\u8fc7\u7cbe\u7ec6\u7684\u5de5\u827a\u548c\u6070\u5f53\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u8fbe\u6210\u7075\u52a8\u4e4b\u7f8e\u3002<\/p>\n

The calm dark tone becomes the main tone of the space, which is humble and low-key. Rough stone, warm wood, and exquisite metal, different materials achieve a dynamic beauty in the space through fine craftsmanship and appropriate proportions.<\/p>\n

\u690d\u7269\u7684\u624b\u6cd5\u6e29\u5a49\u67d4\u548c\uff0c\u690d\u7269\u3001\u5149\u5f71\u3001\u6750\u8d28\u3001\u8272\u5f69\u4ea4\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\uff0c\u5728\u6709\u5e8f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u97f5\u5f8b\u4e2d\u5448\u73b0\u4e1c\u65b9\u610f\u5883\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u8868\u8fbe\u3002<\/p>\n

The technique of plants is gentle and soft, plants, light and shadow, materials, and colors echo each other, presenting a modern expression of oriental artistic conception in an orderly rhythm of space.<\/p>\n
