\u529b\u53e3\u5efa\u7b51<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u5728 80 \u5e74\u7684\u65e7\u4ed3\u5e93\u4e2d\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ba9\u4eba\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u5b81\u9759\u5ead\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u662f\u6b64\u6848\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u91cd\u70b9\u3002 \u63a8\u5f00\u9576\u6709\u9542\u7a7a 1942 \u6570\u5b57\u7684\u5927\u95e8\u628a\u624b\u8fdb\u5165\uff0c\u9633\u5149\u6d12\u843d\u5728\u5fae\u578b\u5ba4\u5185\u7eff\u666f\u70b9\u9910\u4e0e\u70d8\u57f9\u6559\u5b66\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u70b9\u9910\u540e\uff0c\u518d\u7ecf\u8fc7\u534a\u6237\u5916\u5ead\u9662\uff0c \u4fa7\u65c1\u697c\u68af\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5230\u4e8c\u697c\u827a\u5eca\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u9009\u62e9\u8fdb\u53bb\u5ba4\u5185\u7528\u9910\u533a\uff0c\u5750\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u53ef\u4e00\u773c\u671b\u7a7f\u77f3\u9662\u5b50\u7684\u5168\u666f\uff0c\u9633\u5149\u900f\u8fc7\u683e\u6811\u7684\u6811\u836b\u6492\u5165\u73bb\u7483\u5c4b\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n

Studio APL<\/a><\/strong>: The architects designed an independent exterior courtyard as the focal point of the project, in order to breathe life into the 80 year old building. The entrance in the coffee shop by Studio APL, is made by pulling the handle embedded with the number 1942, that reveals the age of the structure. Upon entering, the visitor meets a spacious, well-lit coffee roasting room and dining room. After ordering, customers can pass by the semi outdoor courtyard, and visit the gallery on the second floor or just stay in the indoor dining space of the first floor. Sitting inside, one can gaze at the golden-rain trees that filter the sunlight.<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u5496\u5561\u5de5\u574a\u7684\u7f6e\u5165\u8ba9\u5927\u548c\u987f\u7269\u6240\u6709\u4e86\u6269\u5145\u5ea7\u4f4d\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u673a\u80fd\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u540e\u9662\u95f2\u7f6e\u7684\u5c71\u578b\u5927\u8de8\u5ea6\u94a2\u6784\u534a\u9732\u5929\u4ed3\u5e93\uff0c\u65e0\u843d\u67f1\u5bbd\u5e7f\u7a7a\u95f4\u6210\u4e3a\u4e8c\u671f\u4e0e\u4e09\u671f\u7684\u65b0\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The placement of the new coffee workshop enables Yamato to increase the number of seats to meet the functional needs. Previously, there was a derelict semi-outdoor warehouse with mountain-shaped large trusses in the backyard. By removing the columns, the large open area becomes a new space, in the second and third design phases.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u77f3\u9662\u5b50\u91cc\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u5355\u4eba\u9760\u5899\u7684\u5ea7\u4f4d\u533a\uff0c\u5b89\u9759\u5730\u4eab\u6709\u6c89\u601d\u4e0e\u9605\u8bfb\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u56db\u4eba\u4e0e\u516d\u4eba\u7684\u77f3\u684c\u5219\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u4eba\u805a\u4f1a\u7684\u9009\u9879\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u9662\u5b50\u7a7a\u95f4\u5bc4\u671b\u80fd\u6709\u5305\u573a\u5f53\u4f5c\u5a5a\u5bb4\u8f7b\u98df\u7684\u573a\u57df\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u65e7\u6709\u4ed3\u5e93\u5927\u8de8\u5ea6\u94a2\u6784\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u65e0\u843d\u67f1\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u65b0\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7f6e\u5165\uff0c\u4ee5 100*100mm \u9540\u950c\u65b9\u7ba1\u5efa\u6784\u4e86\u5782\u76f4\u5411\u7684\u67f1\u5b50\u4e0e\u6c34\u5e73\u5411\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u6784\u9020\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n

Within this stone courtyard, customers can sit in a window one-seater and enjoy some reading, but there are also tables to accommodate diners who seek a place for meetings or celebrations. In addition, the courtyard can also be used as wedding venue. The original big-scale grain bin with long span structure generates a space without columns. As for the new structure, 100*100mm galvanized steel pipes were used to construct the structure system combined with vertical columns and an horizontal roof.<\/p>\n

The site showcases an interesting conversation between the built environment and the surrounding plants. In winter, trees turn into brown, matching the color of corroded grain depository\u2019s steel structure. In summer, green leaves of the tree in the courtyard and those of the trees outside on the street, blur the boundary of the warehouse.<\/p>\n

Time is the section of memory. All old things should be considered, treated and preserved in careful manner. This reuse and redesign of the old industrial buildings in Zhu tian Township will continue to evolve, and the old boundary will gradually shape the new courtyard housing space.<\/p>\n
