\u5883\u4e0a\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u6545\u4e8b\u7684\u5f00\u59cb\u65f6\u95f4\u4e3a2012\u5e749\u67086\u65e5\uff0c\u4e07\u79d1\u62ff\u4e0b\u5f53\u65f6\u5408\u80a5\u57ce\u4e61\u7ed3\u5408\u90e8\u56db\u91cc\u6cb3\u677f\u5757\u7ea6774 \u4ea9\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5386\u65f610\u5e74\u201c\u68ee\u6797\u516c\u56ed\u201d \u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u540d\u5b57\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u5408\u80a5\u6700\u5b9c\u5c45\u6700\u5177\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u7684\u5927\u578b\u7efc\u5408\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

GS Design<\/a><\/strong>: The story started on Sept. 6, 2012, when Vanke bought the approximately 774 mu of land at Silihe Section of Hefei Urban Fringe Area at the time. In ten years, \u201cForest Park\u201d became the name of here, the most liveable and influential large integrated community in Hefei.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u80cc\u666f\u4e28PROJECT CONTEXT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u68ee\u6797\u516c\u56ed\u201d\u793e\u533a\u5386\u7ecf10\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u6b64\u5b89\u5c45\u4e50\u4e1a\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c6\u516c\u56ed\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u517b\u8001\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u5c45\u4f4f\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u793e\u533a\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u627f\u8f7d\u7740\u7ea64\u4e07\u4eba\u53e3\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u7ea68000\u4e2a\u5b66\u9f84\u524d\u513f\u7ae5\u548c5000\u4e2a\u521d\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b66\u5728\u6821\u5b66\u751f\u3002\u968f\u7740\u793e\u533a\u4eba\u53e3\u8d8b\u4e8e\u9971\u548c\uff0c\u8fde\u540c\u793e\u533a\u9010\u6b65\u5f00\u53d1\u52a8\u6001\u5efa\u8bbe\u7b49\u81ea\u8eab\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u793e\u533a\u98ce\u8c8c\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\u6027\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u9690\u60a3\u3001\u516c\u5171\u8bbe\u65bd\u8001\u65e7\u4e0e\u7f3a\u5931\u7b49\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u800c\u6765\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u572810\u5468\u5e74\u4e4b\u9645\u518d\u6b21\u5bf9\u6838\u5fc3\u8857\u533a\u505a\u4e00\u6b21\u5168\u9762\u73af\u5883\u4f53\u68c0\u5e76\u4ece\u533a\u57df\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u54c1\u8d28\u65b9\u9762\u8fdb\u884c\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u672c\u6b21\u7115\u65b0\u4e5f\u662f\u5bf9\u6210\u719f\u65b0\u57ce\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u63a2\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n

After development for ten years, \u201cForest Park\u201d community has attracted more and more residents to live and work here in peace, forming a compositive community integrating park, business, providing for the elderly, education and dwelling. The place carries the daily life of around 40,000 people, including around 8,000 preschool children and 5,000 students in primary and secondary schools. As the population grows increasingly saturated in the community, and due to the gradual development of dynamic construction in the community among other reasons, emerge more and more environmental problems, such as the unity of its appearance, potential transportation and safety hazards, and the ageing and lack of infrastructure. Hence the overall environmental inspection of the core block for improvement in terms of the functions and quality of the region on the 10 th anniversary of the establishment of the community. The renovation is also an exploration towards mature urban renewal.<\/p>\n

\u9075\u5faa\u6700\u521d\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u793e\u533a\u751f\u6d3b\u6cbf\u7740\u56fa\u9547\u8def\u5f00\u5c55\u518d\u5411\u5357\u5317\u4e24\u4fa7\u53d1\u6563\uff0c\u4e1c\u8d77\u56db\u91cc\u6cb3\u8def\u897f\u81f3\u7eff\u67f3\u8def\u5168\u957f1km\uff0c\u81ea\u4e1c\u5411\u897f\u5206\u522b\u89c4\u5212\u6709\u96c6\u4e2d\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u60c5\u666f\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u957f\u8005\u670d\u52a1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u4e2d\u5b66\u5c0f\u5b66\u53ca\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u3002\u6bcf\u5929\u8001\u4e2d\u9752\u4e09\u4ee34\u4e07\u4eba\u5728\u8fd9\u6761\u8f66\u884c\u9053\u8def\u4e0e\u4e24\u4fa7\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u5730\u5e26\u5ddd\u6d41\u4e0d\u606f\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5e76\u89e3\u51b3\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u4fbf\u6377\u8212\u9002\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u5c31\u662f\u672c\u6b21\u7115\u65b0\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u68ee\u6797\u516c\u56ed\u793e\u533a\u518d\u6b21\u840c\u82bd\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u5951\u673a\u3002<\/p>\n

According to the initial planning, community life develops along Guzhen Road, and expands to the south and north. Stretching for 1km from Silihe Road in the east to Lyuliu Road in the west, concentrated business, situational business, community center, service center for the elders, primary schools, secondary schools and kindergartens. Every day, 40,000 people composed of the old, middle-aged and young, come and go in an endless flow on the motorway and the intermediate zone between buildings on both sides. Finding and solving problems, and offering more convenient and comfortable life are crucial to the renovation this time as an opportunity for the sprouting and new birth of the forest park community.<\/p>\n

PART 2 \u5341\u5e74\u5341\u666f TEN YEARS TEN SCENERY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u793e\u533a\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u7b56\u7565\u5c31\u662f\u56e0\u5730\u5236\u5b9c\uff0c\u968f\u673a\u800c\u53d8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u573a\u5730\u5f62\u6001\u548c\u5185\u5bb9\u5f62\u5f0f\u90fd\u662f\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u573a\u95ee\u9898\u800c\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u65f6\u95f4\u6bb5\u6cbf\u7740\u9053\u8def\u8fdb\u884c\u89c2\u5bdf\u3001\u91c7\u8bbf\u548c\u8e0f\u52d8\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u5e02\u6c11\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5fc3\u58f0\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u4e8610\u4e2a\u7115\u65b0\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u6b63\u597d\u5951\u5408\u793e\u533a10\u5468\u5e74\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u68ee\u6797\u516c\u56ed\u793e\u533a\u7684\u201c\u5341\u5e74\u5341\u666f\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

The basic strategy of community renewal is to adapt to local condition, and go with the times, therefore, the venue form, content and format of the renewal all depend on problems on site. We observed, interviewed and investigated along the road at different periods and found 10 scenarios for renewal in combination with citizens\u2019 heartfelt wishes in daily life, which happens to fit in with the theme of the 10 th anniversary of the community through building \u201cTen Sights in Ten Years\u201d for Forest Park community.<\/p>\n

\u840c\u82bd\u4e4b\u5883\u4f4d\u4e8e\u56fa\u9547\u8def\u56db\u91cc\u6cb3\u8def\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u4e1c\u8fb9\u95e8\u6237\uff0c\u5317\u4fa7\u5c31\u662f\u5546\u4e1a\u4e07\u79d1\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\u5c55\u793a\u70b9\u4e5f\u662f\u4eba\u5458\u805a\u96c6\u533a\uff0c\u7115\u65b0\u5de5\u4f5c\u9996\u5148\u5229\u7528\u9694\u79bb\u82b1\u7bb1\u5bf9\u539f\u672c\u6df7\u4e71\u7684\u975e\u673a\u548c\u4eba\u884c\u4ea4\u901a\u8fdb\u884c\u68b3\u7406\u63d0\u5347\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c06\u8001\u65e7\u7684LOGO \u7115\u7136\u4e00\u65b0\uff0c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u539f\u6709\u5e02\u6c11\u516c\u7ea6\u5899\u7ed3\u5408\u94fa\u88c5\u4fee\u590d\u548c\u706f\u5149\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u201c\u840c\u82bd\u201d \u7279\u8272\u5c0f\u54c1\uff0c\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u4e0e\u73bb\u7483\u548c\u539f\u6709\u7684\u7ea2\u7816\u8010\u5019\u94a2\u677f\u5f62\u6210\u53cd\u5dee\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u4e00\u9897\u9897\u5ae9\u82bd\u4ece\u73b0\u6709\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7834\u571f\u800c\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n

Realm of Sprouting is located at the intersection of Silihe Rd. and Guzhen Rd.As the eastern gateway, it\u2019s south to Vanke Mall. Therefore, the most important image display point here is also crowded. First of all, the renewal takes advantage of shielded flower boxes to sort out the originally chaotic non-driveways and pedestrian streets to promote security. Secondly, the aged LOGOs take on an altogether new aspect. Then, the original civic convention walls are combined with auxiliary repair and lighting design to build the special \u201cSprouting\u201d sketch, with the new material of stainless steel and glass contrasting against the original red-brick weather-resisting steel plates, as if grains of tender shoots breaking through the soil in the existing environment.<\/p>\n

Corridor of Forest is located to the south of No. 45 Middle School, where there used to be a gallery frame, only lacking a sense of existence and left without anybody to care for it due to its mediocrity. However, it\u2019s actually a junction of business and schools, with great human traffic. Therefore, to renew the place is to fully stimulate the traffic of the The design installs glass at the top of the gallery frame to add to its protectiveness. Meanwhile, benches and flower boxes are added to provide for the clustered use of the scenes. Then, three facades are made use of to display the growth of Forest Park Community in a decade and its operation concept of beautiful community, so as to interact with citizens coming here for a rest, in an effort of fully stimulate the sense of identification and pride among residents of the community.<\/p>\n

Animal Party is also located on the original three rubber sites to the south of No.45 Middle School. Two of the sites are installed with sport equipment, but the old and damaged mats are indeed a wet blanket with potential safety hazards. According to the low-cost principle of the renewal, only the mats are renewed, and two simple groups of sport equipment are supplemented. This design is insipred by animals hidden in forests. The texture of the mats is abstracted from animal skins, adding to the fun of the scene after renewal, while further boosting its attractiveness.<\/p>\n

Forest of Wisdom is located at the northwestern corner of Nanmen Primary School. The design originated in an on-site survey before renewal. We saw the chaotic traffic and students\u2019 parents rubbing shoulders with each other and feeling out of place after school. Besides, the road pavement in some area was damaged, with electric boxes exposed in the middle of the pedestrian streets among other commonplace circumstances, causing many inconveniences and potential safety hazards. Therefore, this renewal has renovated the pavement partially and the plastic cement of the children\u2019s activity area, customizing individualized entertainment facilities in areas such as gathering plazas, commercial pedestrian seetreets and the southeastern street corners of the kindergarten, improving the convenience and comfort of the urban space.<\/p>\n

This renewal stretches for one kilometer, with a host of special links incorporated in \u201cTen Sights in Ten Years\u201d. However, it requires strict cost control, one of the targets set at the beginning of the renewal. Because of the renewal of the city, many existing facilities don\u2019t have to be scrapped and started all over again. Micro-renewal is everywhere to be seen in the design. We try to make the best use of everything. For example, the old logos that have been torn down are recycled in other places, and many sketches are realized through transplating, and combining the new and the old. Facilities are only added when necessary. At unimportant links, we also try to design models easy to process to control costs.<\/p>\n
